I asked to have the tank cleaned. Yesterdays cleaning job was fantastic and the tank looks like new. And today, a supervisor of the cleaning crew stopped by to make sure that we were happy with the cleaning. How impressive is that? We couldnt be more pleased with Crystal Flash!

Outstanding service! My tank was down to 20% when I called for a refill delivery, standard procedure. Within 48 hours my tank was filled. The hard working delivery driver had to drag the hose through thigh deep snow 150 feet. I highly recommend Crystal Flash for dependable service of your propane heating needs.

Out of all the different types of utilities I have used in my 30 years, propane is new to me. Customer Care Specialist, Stephanie H. (KZO) was very patient with my ignorance regarding how the process of how a home propane tank is filled. Driver 5079 was quick and quiet while delivering our propane. If I didnt look out my window, I would have never known they were even at my home.Thank you for a great first experience!

Never want to help a customer. Customer service doesnt know what they are talking about and drivers get to make their own guidelines.

Others may start with better prices then the second load they gouge you. I switched one time thinking I was getting a better deal but found out different.

Overpriced with hidden fees and a very liberal company in a conservative west Michigan. Ill support conservative companies....dont be fooled.

Called for a price per gallon to change service with them and the lady told me the only way they would do Buisness with me is if I had a receipt for my original purchase of my tank since I own my tank. Well that was 25 years ago. Sorry but no one has 25 year old receipts. Took about 30 seconds to realize I’m never going to deal with them again. lady was rude! No thanks

Well I own 2 houses one with a 500gl tank and one with a 250gl tank,I had them filled just before winter was told my price was 149 a gallon signed papers all was great,so .on my next fill up I decided to look at bill and noticed they charged me 1.70gl,so we called to dispute are bill and ended up arguing with this absolute rude lady telling me that thats what I agreed to.i told her we did not agree on that price cause if that was the case I would of switched companies. not a happy customer and will be switching real soon

Best customer service! A+ Had a late night reoccurring issue the service tech/one of the service mangers came out after midnight and was extremely helpful and fixed the problem very fast! The tech deserves a pat on the back it’s people like him that make companies successful. Willing to go above and beyond in today’s world is hard to find!

We have been a customer since 2002. Always had dependable service and have been treated fairly. Is it the cheapest propane available always? Who knows for sure but service counts too.

We have a 250 gal tank along with a 500 gal tank. When the 500 gal tank is filled it is for a reasonable price/gal. When the 250 is filled we are charged quite a bit more/gal. Makes no sense to me. Might be checking into another supplier before next winter season.RP

Wont ever leave with the quality of customer service I receive when I call my Greenville store. They are so helpful and the prices are unbeatable.

So frustrated that we ever had to deal with this company. I asked for a simple phone call before they came out to my house to take the empty tank. 3+ months later they show up un-announced at 8am to tear up my lawn and take the tank, with no phone call or heads up. This companys communication has proven to be beyond horrible. Im just thankful were done with them now...UPDATE: Got home from work last night to find out that there was a sprinkler head taken out in the process yesterday as well. This could have been avoided if they had simple let me know when they would be there.

First off my main source of heat in the winter is wood. So that being said i dont use much propane, Crystal Flash called me one day and told me I dont use my tank enough so they are coming to take it. I have filled my tank with them before but i didnt do it enough. so i just asked to buy the tank, it wasnt for sale.. so i bought a smaller tank from them. the day comes for them to come switch me tanks and hook up and the new one. first thing the guy does when he gets to my house is back into my crabapple tree and take a big branch off!! now thats not to big of a deal but i shouldve known right there to run away from this company! he switched my tanks and told me he couldnt hook up the new tank because i had gas leaks in my basement. which i understand. but he took my 2 regulators i already paid for and locked my tank with a special lock so i couldnt hook it up myself (which i dont know how to do anyway) but to take something i already paid for pissed me off. so i called a few days later and asked for my regulators so i could go to a different company. the lady on the phone asked if i fixed my leaks. i said not yet but wanted my paid for regulators so i didnt have to deal with crystal flash anymore and she said okay. A couple days later i get 2 checks in the mail. no note or invoice just checks i had no idea what they were for ( i assumed the regulators) but ill never know without a recipt or invoice. All in all i will never use this company again and i will discourage anyone from doing so.

Worst attitudes ever...i was at speedway 44th and eastern tjis a.m. and the man child driving for this company was so rude

They re-certify old LP tanks on site and it only takes a few minutes.

Filled up tank for garage and let my family freeze with no heat all weekend because they forgot or just didnt care.

Employees are helpful.
