Had them install windows in July, there install team did a very poor job pictures below show facia all cracked up (6 out of 12 windows). For close to 9k you would expect better. Had them come back out to fix said cracked and broken parts they fixe 3 or 4 left 2 still broken. Through out this experience it has been hard to get people on the phone. I will say they’re nice when you finally do get someone on the phone. Just a general lack of pride or caring once they’re paid! It’s October still waiting for final repair. Definitely find another company!!

I will continue the review once installed. My first experience with the Sales Professional was excellent. Austin Parks explained all window options thoroughly and was very helpful in my deciding which option to choose. Very customer focused...and interested in truly helping discover the window need for my home. I would - at this point - highly recommend them. I did have another experience with another high-end company....and my experience with Pella surpassed that one for sure.

Our main priority was timing and I understand with COVID delays in certain industries are expected. But even with the delay which was a 2-3 month wait they still had the multiple competitors beat by a month or so. They assured us of these times and we made it apparent this was the deciding factor for choosing them. They even initially scheduled us sooner than expected, which was great . Then weeks later they called us to tell us their was a delay in manafacturing and they would have to reschedule us to TWO MONTHS LATER. They were unprofessional on the phone, deceptive and rude. They offered nothing to remedy the situation at all. And hung the fact that we were contractually bound over our head. I will definitely be letting friends and family know in the future about how Pella likes to run their business.

Roger Hekstra provided excellent insight into how to address replacing my windows. He was easy to talk with & he answered all of my questions. Based on the professionalism of the first person I talked with to arrange the appointment, Rogers pleasant nature & his knowledge of the various products - their functionality & cost, I selected Pella to replace the majority of the windows on my home.Stay tuned I will let you know how the installation & final product perform.

Customer service is not in there vocabulary. Ordered my patio sliding door in May, but not installed till September. I realized there is a backlog, for materials, and labor. But I was never up dated on delivery, or installation. I tried many times to contact their office, but only received recorded messages. I left several messages, but never received a callback. Finally two installers did arrive to install the door. Evidently they were new, as they did a lot of concrete chipping, and grinding, before installing the door. after the door was installed, I was informed the screen.door, or the safety lock could not be installed, so they placed the screen in my garage. Again I had to make many calls and message to try and resolve when the installation would be completed, of course I wasn’t Able to reach a real live person. After several weeks I did receive a telephone call to tell me I new installer, was scheduled. I must say he actually knew what he was doing. He did an excellent job. But again after several weeks, the safety door lock failed to engage. After many calls, and messages, I finely talked to a customer service rep, and was told the locked worked find after installation wascompleted, . I was told to send a picture of the lock to see if there was a problem. I decided it was not worth the aggravation, so I repaired the problem myself. Before buying a door from Pella, I would suggest talking with other companies for price comparisons and a good customer service program. :

I am shocked that a company that seems so reputable has such a mess of an operation. Today, I had Austin Parks, Pella Salesman, come to my house to discuss my sliding glass doors. Austin was wonderful!! We had a December install date, with temps in the 20’s. Tom had already measured the windows and explained to us the different types that would look the best. His prep work made the job easier. The two installers arrived around 9 am and worked all day to remove the 6 windows. They protected the floors and carpets during the job. And, they left everything clean afterwards. They also removed and installed our blinds. The windows are fantastic! The color is a near perfect match to our trim. No need to repaint. We enjoyed the crew and asked them many questions which they answered. We wish we had done this sooner. Pella simplified the project and took care of everything. We highly recommend them for window replacements!

Logan and his crew of 3 others installed four 8 foot door walls in one day. They all seemed to know their jobs and went to work quickly and efficiently. The finished products are beautiful door walls. As I live on Lake Huron the view is spectacular! They cleaned up and left the site in good shape. I highly recommend them and Pella.

This was our first experience with Pella.Paid 6k for a new sliding glass door with a rim joist replacement. The guys that came out and installed it were great— super friendly and professional— the poor guys even worked through a rain storm!Our issue is that Pella sent us a defective door. The interior blinds are stuck halfway because the door is missing the hardware that makes the blinds move up and down! The contractor said they sent the wrong colored screws for the handle. They also never sent the SCREEN DOOR... like, what? Major parts of any sliding glass door...We ordered months out and paid way more than we probably should have for a premium product that’s not completely functional... and now we’re waiting another month for the parts and a technician to come out to fix it.Our experience with Pella was sloppy. We probably won’t be using them again if the need arises. If our door would have came completely functional as expected I would have rated this experience 5 stars but because we paid so much for something we expected to be able to use after installing I only gave it two — and that’s because of the stellar guys that came out and installed it.

My situation changed and I had to postpone the project, so I cant comment on the actual installation yet, but working with Derek was great and I plan on completing the project later this year.

Had a number of windows and a slider installed. The initial crew worked very hard but were unable to come back the second day due to a scheduling mishap. My sales guy and the scheduler worked together to come up with a solution, and the installer who came on the planned second day went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

We have waited to write a review on our Pella Impervia window and door until we have 1 full year on the products. This last year has been a really good test on the Pellas we installed. My wife and I installed both an Impervia sliding glass door as well as an Impervia sliding window in our kitchen. We opted for the thicker glass for sound deadening and it did not disappoint. Our loud neighbors dogs can barely be heard through the door or window when you have no TV or computer running. When you have a TV, dishwasher, or computer going, the ambient sounds make the sounds of the barking dogs completely disappear. The Impervia door is very impressive, the Fiberglass composition of the door make the frame/bezel very thin, this gives us an overall larger viewing window to look through. They would be the perfect door/window to have if you have a room with a view.If Pella could some how make this line of windows in a triple pane that would be next level.Jake S. was awesome, he helped us the whole way through and answered all the questions we threw at him, this was our first time buying any type of door or window and he was patient with us. 5*s for Jake.

Great service from sales to installation. Full frame replacements are more expensive than inserts, but the quality and appearance is night and day. We didn’t lose any viewing area and the replacement windows look much better than the originals. The installers even trimmed the windows and painted the trim so they look perfect. Jacob Schneider came by and gave me a quote. Was very professional. Was up front about the types of windows that would work for what I needed and the price.

We ordered nearly 50k of windows and doors through our builder for a new home project. We were originally told the windows would be delivered in early May. When the delivery say passes with nothing showing up, the office and our rep went silent on this and did not respond to multiple voicemails and emails. We drove an hour to visit the showroom and were told our experience was “unusual” and someone would get back with us soon. The next day we were informed the delivery would be late June - and then again our rep stopped responding to calls or emails. Our entire home project is delayed. This place has terrible service and never communicates. I highly recommend you buy Marvin or somewhere else. Avoid this place!!!!

He was very patient with us in teaching us the nuances of the mechanisms and functions. Worked with Lauren to find a new French door for our basement. We had a lot of requirements and she made it simple to find the right fit. She was very responsive when questions came up or when she didn’t know the answer, she was able to find it quickly. The showroom was also well organized to be able to see the available products.

My girlfriend and I have been working with Dustin for the last few months as we try to finalize a few remodeling projects. We are still up in the air on some color and design options, but he has been super helpful and prompt in addressing our ever changing minds.
