Product - 10 Stars. Customer service, ZERO. Ive tried three times in the last 10 days through Facebook, email, and online chat assistance on their site and CANNOT get a response. Pretty lousy treatment a past customer that has RAVED about your product and passed along company information to countless people when they see my bike loaded on the truck. Really, really disappointing.

This ramp is everything its advertised to be and more!! I got my Loadall ramp 2 years ago and have rid myself of all the frustrations that come with the many other ramps Ive used. Phenomenally designed, and very practical. I once drove my smart car in reverse up the Loadall ramp in a snowstorm. Superior product. American made

Paul and team were awesome to deal with. I ordered the V3 system right after thanksgiving to make sure it got here in plenty of time for a trip i had planned around Christmas. Well, the shipping company misplaced the first order and Paul worked hard to get another one expedited to me and it made it just in time. Great company to deal with. Oh, and the quality is second to none. I have loaded my road glide and my dads Honda Vtx1800 in my truck with no issues. So much safer than regular ramps.

Ive had my LoadAll ramp for over a year. Early in the first year of use I had a failure with the ramp, which turned out to be self inflicted and not the fault of material, manufacture, or design. Paul had his welder come in between Christmas and New Year make a new piece for my ramp with a redesign to fit my needs. He did all this and shipped it to Florida at no charge to me. The ramp is great, very safe to use and now custom built for my needs. As customer service goes, you cant beat this company. If youre looking for a motorcycle ramp, look no farther, this is the ramp you want.
