Great people to rent from! We took several vehicles and trailers and the experience was smooth. Highly recommend.

Be aware of this place; they will rip you off!We rented a couple of Jet skies. The owner assured me that those jet skies will be admitted at Lake Perris. To my disappointment when we arrived at the lake they flagged them and we ended up wasting 2 hours to go to get in the water for just a couple of hours.To my surprise after returning the jet skies in a perfect condition. I was surprised that the owner charged me a huge amount for bogus repairs! The owner is dishonest and I highly discourage everyone to stay away from this place for your own piece of mind!

Tom was excellent to work with. Also briefly worked with Mike who was great as well. I had complications with my bank transaction however they were extremely patient and understanding and ultimately everything processed and finalized. Thank you for all your help and Im excited for this rental!

This is the second time we have used MC Adventure rentals. Both times it has been an easy going experience. The equipment is great and the service is as well. Will definitely be using them for our future adventure needs!

I wish I could give this company zero stars!!! I’m upset with myself for not reading the reviews before renting. We rented a sea doo for my husband’s birthday, the sea do would start right up( just like they showed us when we picked it up) but once in the water it would not pick up any speed, we called them from the lake and they basically told us it’s not their problem!!! When we returned it they tried to say we broke it, when we didn’t even get a chance to ride it!!! They act extremely nice and professional before renting and are rude and inconsiderate once they get your money. They rent out broken equipment and then charge you for it.DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!And to MC adventure rentals, don’t bother responding to my review I don’t want to hear your excuses as to why your such a horrible company, you guys are SCAM ARTISTS and are taking advantage of families who are just trying to have a good time.

Wow, I was going through my emails to see what I could delete and saw an email saying thanks for renting can you write us a review? Its funny because I was helping out a family at the beginning of the pandemic and we spent almost $500 to rent jet skiis for the day, when I spoke on the phone to MC adventure rentals I confirmed that if because of the pandemic they werent able to get the jetskis in the water that we would not be charged, I confirmed multiple times and they said yes, ( I mean duh right but I always ask ) They drove them to big bear and found out the slip wasnt open that day and offered to bring them another day or to bring them to elsinore (what?) I said I would speak to my boss on how they wanted to proceed. When my boss called they said they could not refund because they drove all the way there already (which was not our fault I confirmed more than once that they made sure they could get into the water) They never did refund us, only offered a rental at a later date but we werent in Big Bear, and none of this was our fault. I would proceed with caution, honestly a bummer because I always rent from small businesses when I have the chance :(In response to the response to this review, this is untrue, we never even met up because the company called to tell us they couldnt get into the lake, we werent even there yet, we were on our way. It was not our responsibility to know if the slip was open or not, when I asked the company multiple times if we would be charged if they couldnt get them in the water they said they would confirm with their friends who were at the lake BEFORE coming that they could get them in, I had the phone on speaker during this conversation and four people can attest to this information. They were never even delivered, we were called by the company while we were on the way there and they let us know they couldnt get in because the slip wasnt open on Monday but was open on the following day instead. We made the rental reservation the Friday of the holiday weekend (memorial day) for Monday. The lake was open, the slip was not which you said you would confirm before coming up. ( the company acted confident on their knowledge of the lake, why would you rent jet skis and not know the rules after stating to us that you have done it many times there) Responding to this review like this was a communication error and we were at fault is unprofessional and makes me respect this company even less especially when I clarified everything multiple times to be certain. If you do go forward renting with this company ( which I wouldnt) I would make sure you have everything in writing because obviously they arent trustworthy!

Do not use this company. They will rent you broken equipment and then charge you for the repairs. As far as I can tell, they had this planned the entire time. Instead of calling and discussing the issue with me, they simply charged my credit card for the so called repairs. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THIS IS A SIMPLE WAY FOR THEM TO MAKE MORE PROFIT.

****SCAM BEWARE****Rented here for my daughters 9th birthday to get our family of 5 out of the house in this pandemic. Sadly after driving the equipment 45 mins out to the trails that they directed us to, the equipment never worked. Her birthday surprise of a family adventure was ruined and instead of our family of 5 exploring and having fun together all day, we had to take turns on the one side by side that was operating. This caused us to cut our trip short and instead of a full day adventure, we had a couple of hours.I thought when we returned and the company saw and tested that the vehicle didnt work, that we would be refunded for the one vehicle and discounted for the other one. They tested that the vehicle didnt work in front of us and would refund for that one and have a manager discuss my concerns on the other one. Now two weeks have past and after multiple phone calls of trying to speak to a manager. They are saying they will refund nothing cause it is against policy.Say what now? I just spent almost 1k to disappoint my family with a couple hours of fun and a broken vehicle???I dont have the words for what type of people these are or business this is, buti can not believe we were scammed like this.

Great customer service, and great price. Had a lot of fun with the rzr rental. It was our first time and they provide trailer rentals, which made everything easy. Me and my wife enjoyed it.

We rented from them back in May and I thought I did a review then but it doesn’t seem that it went through. But, I just want to say thank you guys! We rented a 4 seater and a 2 seater for our family of 4 and our dog! We had an absolute great time! The owners dropped them off to us and picked them up. They were so nice and made us feel welcomed. They made sure we knew how to properly operate the equipment and told us the best trails to go on. We have a preteen and 4,5&6 year old and they totally gave us the best mix of fun and safe areas to go to!! I hope we can go back to you all soon! Thanks again! Nila & Robert!

My sister and I met up and wanted something fun and different todo. Neither of us had ever done anything like this and we had so much fun. Pack some food and drinks if you’re going to rent for the half day. We were prepared. Very happy with Mike’s service and the overall experience. Will totally do it again!

Great experience overall.Call ahead to reserve your rental and put down a credit card deposit. Then Mike will meet you at the dock with the jet skis and life jackets.Mike was extremely kind and accommodating and the jet skis were a blast. I highly recommend MC Adventure Rentals.

Mike made the rental process really easy. Met him to sign paperwork and pay for rental and then he met me in the desert with the utv where we were riding. Better prices than most companies around as well. 50 dollar delivery fees fair too.

We had a great experience renting a 4 seater turbo 1000 Razor from MC Adventure Rentals. They dropped the Razor off at my house and picked it up when we got back. They even cleaned it for us! I told them I needed to clean it up before they come get it because there was some mud where we rode, and they said not to worry about it and that they would take care of it. That was super convenient and the Razor was so much fun! Thank you MC Adventure Rentals! We are looking forward to our next Adventure!

Rented from Mc Adventure Rentals for my birthday! Got a 4 seater Polaris & a Can - Am 250 quad! They made it really easy and smooth so I didn’t have to worry about much. They drop off to you at the trails or you can pick it up if you have a vehicle to tow the equipment with! They were very accommodating & helpful. Any questions I had they were happy to answer & it really made the whole experience awesome. My friends and family loved it & we all had a great time! We will definitely rent again!

Mike had agreed to a later than closing time dropoff but I guess the lady at the office didn’t wanna work late like Mike, and when i had called her she said she would call mike and than call me back but she ended up blocking my number and another phone number when i called thru that one too
