I really hope Joshua C’s bosses see this. I was in a tough spot. Out of town with my 2 little girls and my battery died. No tools w me or anything. Joshua really went out of his way to help me get the battery in. His demeanor and helpfulness made an extremely situation disappear. In a time when customer service is a rarity Josh went above and beyond!

I just want to to say thank you to the guys here who helped me. Awesome customer service most importantly they actually care. I was there two weeks ago for a light bulb. I saw on the wall they offer a tool to diagnose your check engine light for free. So the gentleman help me diagnose it right away sold me the part for $52. Meanwhile there was a line and he never got frustrated or anything. So today I had my neighbor mechanic put the part on. I was quoted $2,300 from Ford dealer to fix it. Thank you Autozone.

I was told that my battery was still good and just needed to wait an hour to hour and half. When I didn’t receive a phone call and they said they didn’t have any batteries in the back charging. When I went in to see why they ended up saying the battery was actually no good and needed to purchase another one. Wasted my time!

Just yesterday afternoon, I went to try to buy something I needed for my truck, there was a very nice young man who spoke Spanish and I asked him for help to find what I needed. The young man tried to help me but his coworkers prevented him because he had already finished his work shift. The young man told them that I did not speak English and that I needed to speak to someone in Spanish but they did not care about me and did not allow him to help me. I will never go to an autozone again in my life. OReilly serves better.

They never have, the parts that are oe parts of most American built automobiles, basic Ford, Chevy, Dodge. ....... But for the most part okay I use the service and I do go back .... Thats my positive review?

Poor customer service. Have 3 employees in a full store...one goes on lunch break (which is understandable...everyone should get a lunch break), the other wanders the store organizing things, the other makes an announcement that he is only checking people out...not looking up items...which is what half the line needs. And instead of having the employee who is organizing things behind the counter help...he continues to just ignore the line and put things away. Finally I get to ask for my item and they tell me it’s in aisle 2 and instead of waiting 10 seconds for me to grab my item to check me out I have to get in the back of the line...again. Took 20 min to check out with one item. The employees don’t think in a manner to convenience the customer and their attitudes show it.

Had a horrible experience .Needed to return item had a hard time Aaron was one of the ones who helped me also wasnt very helpful at all. Even a bit rude I asked for corporate number and he just told me its on the door which I didnt see at all. First time I have had a poor experience at an autozone never again will I shop at this location if at all.UPDATE: conclusion, over 16.15 autozone has lost a customer for life Aaron tell corporate that their policy was good how it was. And for your company Kmart was once huge and look at the fate they have suffered over the little details.

If you can buy your part online do that instead. The managers here let the employees ignore customers. This is why business loose out to online shopping. Poor customer service. Why are you ignoring customers in the store ready to make a purchase and instead picking up the phone to answer a question for someone else?? Crazy.

This auto zone has very inept staff who cant tell a spark plug from a muffler.

First time here and Juan really helped me out. I needed an engine air filter and cabin air filter. He showed me how to do it while doing it for me. He also recommended some great starter tools for me. Looks like Ill be coming here more often. Definitely saved money rather than having Ford do it for me.

Love that I dont need to keep my dog waiting for me at home by herself.

This is my favorite place to get all my parts for my vehicles. Weekend crew very knowledgeable of every car part.

One of the last places that gives a life time warranty. They have a very old guy that works there. This guy is very smart and can answer most questions. He is just happy as can be.

This location is pretty clean, and the staff are decent. As with most auto repair places be prepared with the parts & info you need or else youll be subjected to the do you know what youre doing look from the staff. There is a good selection of parts and accessories for most occasions. There are also monthly specials that are advertised that may be helpful for you as well.

I bought actuator for my van 02 dodge caravan and oxygen sensor and it is overpriced almost 3 times higher than the once you can buy from online. I rushed, I got no choice. Not to buy here no more . Online is better.

Hopefully this review is for the Grand Terrace location. Online and in-store systems showed the part I needed was in-stock. When I got to the store, hose was nowhere to be found. Clerk called another store to verify in-stock, didnt get a name of who she spoke to. When I got to the second store- no hose. Had to go to a 3rd store to get the hose. AutoZone employees are NOTHING like we were in the Chief days. No training.

The manager this morning was very rude and lacked customer service. Maybe hes not a morning person. If thats the case, he should work a later shift and not the morning. He completely ignored my presence when i walked in and was patiently waiting on him to ask me what i needed. I had to wait for an employee to come out to help me. His behavior as a manager is unacceptable. He needs to learn to lead by example.

This Auto Zone is great!! I needed to get a new air filter, James helped out. I was just expecting him to give me the filter but NEVER expected him to actually go outside with me to the car. He actually put up the hood and totally install it.The bonus was that he was always smiling and professional. This totally blew my mind. James totally went above and beyond in my eyes. Now a days you are lucky to have people like him work for you.

Most of the people who work here are not that knowledgeable about what they are supposed to know. If it was not for that computer in front of them, they would be completely lost. They act as if the fact that you walked into their establishment is an indication that you have no idea what you are doing. Then they commence to blowing smoke up your ass. You can even pull out your smart phone and pull up their website and they will tell you they still dont know what you are talking about.

Needed shocks and they were the only parts store open. Mike helped us, very nice guy! He made sure to compare the part we brought in and verify all of the pieces were in the package too. This meant so much to us, due to the fact that NAPA sold us the wrong part.

The manager at this location has fantastic customer relations skills and is also extremely knowledgeable about his products. Picked up two Bosh wiper blades and they are very nice and work much better then the value priced blades I had bought before.-1 star for one of the very associates, very helpful and polite guy but it may be helpful to also take a second to listen to what the customer is asking/politely telling you.He insisted I needed the same size blades for both sides of my car. Which I knew was not correct due to calling the store and physically having the blades in my hand. (Brought in to specifically avoid this type of run around)But everything worked out and I left happy with some pretty fantastic wiper blades! :)
