I went to go pick up my prescription at Walgreens Barton you got one line . that says for vaccine then you got another line that says if you want to pick up your medication the the representative are helping everybody thats done the vaccine but not helping people get their medication waiting a big long line thats not fair they need to make this better.representative for the customers theyre both was doing the registration what about the people thats picking up there medication you shouldnt have two lines if you going to help the Cobra people on both lines

Really big Walgreens. Im surprised by what they have here. Also got my vaccine here a while back, it was a fast visit. Just get there a bit earlier before your appointment to beat the rush 😼

I visited this store yesterday and I was satisfied with products on shelves and the customer service was a plus. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door. The tall guy very friendly and kept on checking on me to make sure I found everything ok. His name was Victor. I made sure to find out his name before I left the store. Thank you for your great service.

Cleanest walgreens ever, very organized, nice staff. They had what I needed, yes they took their time but what is expected during a lunch rush. It was still a good experience. Very helpful, pharmacy department was helpful as well.

Worst service I have ever experienced. No help at all. I got there to drop off my prescription and I was in line for 15min with no one being around. Then when filling my prescription the pharmacist asks where I got my prescription from knowing it had the hospital information on the left hand corner. She then went to the back and came back saying that the doctor never dated the medication. I then asked her to call the doctor and said no that I had to go back to the ER to fix it. So I went to Walmart down the street and they helped me within minutes. Called the hospital themselves and got everything squared away. Ill never go to Walgreens again!!!

I just appreciate how the employees from Walgreens are with you. Very polite, respectful and helpful. The store is always super clean and enjoyable to shop there. Wouldnt change my pharmacy and my Walgreens for nothing.Keep up the Awesome Job 👍👍.

The Pharmacist was very informative, polite and sensitive to my needs. He went beyond my expectations, considering how I had been treated at Wal-Mart, he took the time out to make the necessary calls to get my prescription filled. I was in pain due surgery1 day prior. I will always be grateful to Walgreens pharmacy staff.

The ladies that have helped me out went above and beyond..Elaine Carina and another older lady with glasses. These ladies are 5 stars+ Thank you I will definitely continue my business with this Walgreens location and will tell all my friends and family.

I needed to get pictures printed in a hurry it was Christmas evening I was already late... The staff that night helped me so much!! Karina was awesome she actually scanned my photos while I was pulling photos from my albums. They were a life saver. This place is horrible, a man came in tonight with a back pack filled it up and just walked right out infront of the store manager and other employees. I asked the person at the register if she was going to call the police she said she couldnt because it was store policy not to get involved...my concern was if they do nothing that person will be back again..Im never going to Walgreens again EVER

The staff here are very nice but the stores layout itself makes finding things extremely hard. However, I guess you can just ask someone and they will direct you towards it.

Walgreens on Barton Rd in Grand Terrace Is The worst Pharmacy I ever had to deal with. in 2017 I brought a script in to be filled and was told that they only can give me 45 out of the 60 pills that day and to come back in 10 days to receive the other 15 pills. I agreed & signed for my script and left, came back 10 days later and was told that when I signed for my medication 10 days earlier that I had agreed to forfeit the other 15 pills and there was nothing they could for me. about 10 days before my next Drs appointment I had ran out of my medication and could not sleep due to pain, I was so sleep deprived I almost caused a serious accident on the way to my appointment. Due to my horrible experience I never returned to this location until Oct. 2018 when I gave them a second chance. this time they told me they needed to call the Drs office to verify the amount & the office was closed. I said forget it & left. went 45 mi away to a friends house & went to the Walgreens around the corner and got it filled in less then 2 hrs. My opinion they need to fire the entire Grand Terrace pharmacy staff and start over because theres something seriously wrong with that location.

Idiot pharmacist wouldnt fill a clearly written prescription until she called doctor who wrote it. It was after hours and patient had to wait while doctor was asked stupid questions.

Was told 15 minutes for a prescription. It’s now been 30 and I’m told 15 minutes more. Why can’t you just be honest from the beginning. I could’ve done stuff and come back.

Chi went above and beyond to help me get my refill. I was out of my county and needed the Rx THANK YOU and your staff.
