With my experience doing Fast by appointment time

This place was a little tricky finding shipping! But once there! The people were very nice and had a empty door, so was able too back right away. Got loaded an on my way. Very good 👍

4th time picking up here and nothing has ever came close to the horrible experience I had and saw everyone else have with the shipping and receiving department. The woman at night..... Wouldnt hire her to clean my toilets.

Loaded quickly. Forklift driver loaded as I requested.

Easy docks to back into, super friendly, helpful staff. Fast load time. I hope I come back!

Sika sika sika Please - Please put some signs for Shipping and Reciving !!! Most of us hit the reciving gate witch is located at Botts road but the shipping is on the 142 street, than we need to back up back to Botts rd is just UNSAFE, Folks at the shipping / reciving are OK in my Book always busy but they do they best to get us in and out

Lady at the window is HORRIBLE on all levels. Does NOT need to be in that position at all. The guys on the dock seem are gteat and VERY HELPFUL but the shipping lady needs to be fired or put in an office in a back room somewhere where people dont have to deal with her.

Worst experience ever with shipping check in window first time here. Second time much better. Shipping lady says she gets in at 7am central time.

Zero star no 1... 7h on pickup 2 palets

In and out, Took about 45 minutes to load me.

Terrible is all the time I’m make a pickup. Allways long waiting line no less than 2 hours

Shipping is out of sack. Sign on window says open for a pick up but no one acknowledges your presence because they are playing on their phones checking Facebook.

Oh boy, the shipping/recieving dept is ruuuuude. I couldnt even tell the lady there what my pickup number was. She just kept repeating we aint got enough... we allready got a truck call your dispatch. .... But she doesnt even know why I am here... I literally got out hello, my name, and company before she kept inturupting me.

This place is horrible unless you enjoy being ignored and waiting for 2 to 4 hours to be loaded and then an additional half hour to an hour to get your paperwork

Fast loading only on appt, dont come earlier because you will be waiting for appt, People are nice and friendly here
