Pharmacy gives inaccurate information, they deny patrons vaccines, tell one customer one lie then tell the next in line another lie to keep from doing their job. This place is a complete joke! To think they be want us vaccinated then hire inconsiderate and lazy people to issue them.

The pharmacist keeps hanging up on me. I thought that only happens when a caller is rude. I kindly asked the 1st pharmacist a question and she said hold on but disconnected call. So I called back hoping that was a mistake, a new voice answers and i proceed in kind a voice asking a question and she response with No and hung up.What is going on.....

TRANS COMMUNITY- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! The pharmacy is a headache every time I have to get my monthly script. Every single time there is a problem with them fulfilling the script completely. (even when I have it on Auto-refill, now all of a sudden it isnt refilling) Of course they just blame it on the Dr.s office instead of taking responsibility. One of the pharmacists there has made it a point to make me feel uncomfortable every time I pick up my script. After months of this mistreatment and abuse I am going elsewhere immediately!!

Purchase two at home COVID test only to find out one box had been opened used an previously returned & put back on the shelves. I should sue for negligence

Update: the pharmacy down the road was able to resolve all the issues I was having, seemingly indicating this pharmacy itself the cause of themI dont seem to be the only person whos felt personally targeted and even attacked by this particular pharmacy staff. I put up with it longer than I should have, getting notifications that my meds were ready, then mysteriously they never received the order(???) Happened time and again, sometimes putting me off my meds for days. I once mentioned I was stressed that I was having such difficulty getting my meds to one of the pharmacists while on the phone trying to get the issue sorted. She then called my Dr (didnt say a thing to me about it or ask any questions regarding any feelings about that) and told them they were concerned I was suicidal and withheld my meds (my Dr made them release my medication to me, after a brief discussion with them regarding how ridiculous the situation was). I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt, even felt crazy at times and tried to resolve things to prevent further issues with their staff directly. Similar complaints Ive seen from another. Then after many issues I raised my voice out if frustration, so they cursed me out, kept my partners card, called the police, and while it was all clearly for the spectacle of it (they just watched me get visa card with them) and I asked to have my medication transfered elsewhere, we had just come to the conclusion to find another place ourselves so hopefully the police precense expedited that process. Smh its scary to be honest, how often are they doing this to people?

I have always gotten my prescriptions filled at Walgreens because to me they are just better.I love their customer service I have tried Walmarts pharmacy I have tried CVS pharmacy and I did not like either.So kudos to WALGREENS for being America’s preferred number one pharmacy whom I love 💕Thanks For All You Do Walgreens 🥰

Ive been using this pharmacy for years now and have always been treated kindly and with respect...until today. There was an error with a prescription, whether made by my surgeon or the pharmacy staff is irrelevant, but because of the error, I was belittled, spoken to as if I were a drug seeker and quickly dismissed over three separate phone calls. Ive never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior from their staff until now. Error or not, those with whom I spoke should really work on their customer service skills.

Excellent customer service! Cathy went out of her way to check the entire store to see if the product I was looking for was in stock. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful every time I visit.

Worst Walgreens ever bought something there and they wouldnt return it said bc it wasnt purchased at that location but I read the return policy says anything purchased at a Walgreens can be returned to any location SMH

The pharmacist I spoke with was absolutely awful in my time of need. She could provide nothing but short, rude comments knowing how sick I was feeling. Terrible terrible customer service. I am changing pharmacies after this experience. Hope others get a chance to talk with compassionate and helpful pharmacists.

EDITED:This Walgreens pharmacy has improved by replacing certain staff with better more knowledgeable ones. Wait times are better, service, and correct prices are given making it an all and all better experience..Recommend driving a few minutes south to Belton. The most horrible Walgreens pharmacy! The wait times are long and the African American lady gives you wrong prices on prescriptions. Where as another Walgreens pharmacy you get same prescription for $50 cheaper.

Decent prices, Great service always friendly and try to help as much as possible.

Love this location. There normally packed when i get off however there customer service makes up for time you may have to wait and there trained well to deal with irritated customers. This is always my go to place to pick up prescription for both my daughter and myself

The worst walgreen ever.

Helpful and courteous describe this pharmacy. Usually they have our prescriptions ready and waiting before we get there. Their texting notification system is very handy.

I mostly only go here for pictures I get printed from my phone and lately they havent been very good quality. The last batch of photos I got printed from there just yesterday had green, blue and yellow lines across all the photos. The food is a little overpriced for my liking. I dont go here for prescriptions.

They do their very best, dealing with an impatient and demanding customer base. The pharmacy staff, in particular, does their best to be helpful, informative, and reliable. This is a great, convenient location.

If you are trans and looking to get your hormone prescription filled/refilled, do NOT try here. They are unethical, may deny receiving doctors authorization, and will heinously overcharge you (they charged $600 for my $12 dosage). The staff is dismissive, unhelpful, and at times straight up rude.Just go to another pharmacy, preferably somewhere in Kansas city.

I wish Glenda would stop yelling welcome to Walgreens everytime I go in. Prices are a bit much but now I just search for the orange clearance tags. Almost always have to wait in line and absolutely every time I have to show my ID for cigarettes when this is the only place I get them around here and I know they know my face. First time using pharmacy earlier this week and they kept one of my prescription discount cards. They have 2 red box outside which have pretty good selections.Just be careful of hustlers who broke down at taco bell and need gas $ the same man has asked me about 6 times between Walgreens, Burlington and price chopper. Dont let him fool you. Hes not in town for a funeral and his car isnt even with him.

Their staff is friendly and the pharmacists are helpful. I will admit that the lines do tend to get a bit long at times though.

Pharmacy staff is cool except for the blonde manager .She is very opinionated and obviously thinks very highly of herself . Other than that Five Stars .

I went in this afternoon, 7/16 due to a horrible experience at Wamart photo. I ordered a 16x20 photo canvas on 7/1. Walmart stating it would be ready by 7/10. Upon several attempts to pick up, Walmart searching for a lost picture, and finally picking the picture up only to see that the canvas was cut off at the forehead was disappointing to say the least. I needed the picture by Saturday 7/21. Christina, the photo expert at Walgreens assisted me along with the store manager Mike to get me another photo canvas, and print an 8x10 of another one the same day. They were such life savers as I was in a state of panic to get something re-done..They calmed me down and assured that they could help me get what I wanted. They went above and beyond by also assisting me with a frame for all my troubles. I was so relieved and couldnt thank them enough for their professionalism and expertise! I will be going here for all my photo needs in the future..

Nice store but the prices are always a little higher than I like for food stuffs, etc. Other wise a good clean store.

Horrible pharmacist! I cannot explain enough how rude the pharmacist is. I actually had to call her supervisor just to get my medication filled. If your prescribed a controlled substance dont go here they will automatically judge you as a druggie! They say your prescription is ready for pick up then you get there and its not,they think their gods i would not recommend this pharmacy!!!!!!

Heaven help this Walgreens! I’ve been using Walgreens for years. Having recently moved from WA state to Grandview, MO we thought, oh great! there is a Walgreens! NOT!! First of all, I originally chose Walgreens because of the 24 hour service -- they dont offer that in Grandview, so strike one. Strike two AND three: You absolutely CAN NOT use the drive through!!! If you don’t use the drive through you may be OK if you dont mind having Welcome to Walgreens shouted at you every time you come through the door. The drive thru is really beyond words, but Ill try.First, they only have one lane, there are two in Lakewood, WA. That, in itself, would not be SO bad if the people, the customers, had any respect at all for other customers time. They dont. Every time I go to pick up my prescriptions (and that is all ANYONE should EVER be using the drive through for: PICK UP or DROP OFF!) I get stuck behind someone (and sometimes SEVERAL someones) who thinks it is OK to just sit there and wait for their RX to be filled. Dont they know about having your prescriptions called in by the doctor so that they are ready when they get there? I just cant believe that they would sit there for 30 mins or more all the while running their engines and letting cars pile up behind them. Today I got behind 2 cars... not too bad I thought. I cleaned out the entire inside of my car (wet ones) and 30 minutes later, not one car had moved. So that first car finally done, I thought “OK this one surely will just pick up.” NOPE! Finally had to have the car behind me (two cars had already given up and left) back up so I could leave. Just cant do this store anymore. Ugh! CVS or Price Chopper?
