I went in today and got tea and after I payed for it, it tasted old and definitely not something I want to pay for.. it may not seem like that big of a deal but I was not expecting old tea.

I always like going to Quick Trips the employees at every store Ive ever been too are customer savvy and they have some of the best customer service Ive ever seen

Well I only gave it a four-star rating because probably covid is just not like it always is QuikTrip is like every other quick Trip in the world theyre very friendly very helpful and you can pretty much get anything I give it a four stars because of the covid virus and lack of human communication other than that I highly recommend it

Extremely busy QuikTrip, volume of customers overwhelms this location. Difficult access from very busy road makes this one to avoid whenever possible.

Arbitrarily forced to wear a mask by management, others were not wearing them in the store. If QuikTrip wants to play mask police I will get my drinks and fuel elsewhere. There are many others like me who feel the same way, they just wont take to Google to say so. I hope QuikTrip reconsiders their policy here, I think theyre going to lose customers over it.

The store was very clean not busy at all. The young man was very helpful . Got in and out ! In all a Fast Trip!!

Busy quick trip but lines move quickly as the staff typically helps each other out to balance the workload of ringing up customers.

Staff isn’t wearing masks. Not going to this QuikTrip until I hear that employees and managers are also wearing masks. One time an employee even wiped his nose with his hand then handed change to a family member. Disgusting.

This QT is a very busy location but the employees are very kind and work as quick as possible........Oh and if you havent tried the carmel iced latte (with an extra shot of espresso) and whipped topping, you need to! Youll be hooked after just one! (Shout out to Josie who made one bomb @s$ coffee today!!)

Stopped here for some gas and to use the restroom. I love Qts because their restrooms are always clean. Except here. The stall I used had dried poop and buggers on the wall along with barely enough toilet paper to do the job. The air vent in the ceiling is caked with dust. There was peices of tissue and hand towels scattered on the floor. And overall was just not clean. Wouldnt recommend a potty break here.

Hard to understand this place...always busy...good location...they never stock the roller grill anytime outside of lunch...I have literally been in there twice this week between 10 and 12 pm and the rollers were completely empty. Disappointing but definitely worth it to just drive all the way to Belton instead of going to this one.

I love QuikTrip . Theyve got it all. Gas, clean restrooms, good coffee and soft drinks as well as food. Donuts are great. Never pass up a QuikTrip.

Just another great stop at my favorite place.

I have been going here for 6 years now, and Ive never had a problem with this location that has kept me from coming back.While this place has attracted the odd beggar here or there, thats not QuikTrips fault -- Belvidere isnt exactly the best neighborhood to live in.

Refuse service for not having a mask. Wont be back.

This place is the worst QT I have ever been to. I am a fan of QT, but I avoid this place when I can. Dirty, coffee does not taste the best and constant mechanical issues with drink machines. Workers are not as friendly and full of smiles as much as I am used to from QT.

FYI my Bank Card was hacked at the pump yesterday. I had 17 transactions hit my account first thing this morning. I have it reported to my bank. I am trying to reach someone at QT to let them know their pumps at least the ones on the East side have been compromised.

Excellent location, clean, staff isnt so friendly. Though they are very concerned with their duties... so much so that they will mop your feet if you get in their way...

1 cashier for long lines. Took me 30 minutes to get gas because the location and layout was designed by an uneducated child. Do not go here if youre in a hurry.

Do not plan on getting food from the kitchen quickly here. I was the only person in the queue l, and it took them ages to even start my order. 25 min actually after I placed and paid for my order. If I hadnt already paid I would have left.

Typically clean, but usually very busy.They dont keep up on their coffee, nor maintenance on the slushy machines.

QT need to stop selling alcohol before 10pm.. people have a tendency to be very crazy in this neighborhood and its only going to get worse.
