When I entered the store they were very rude and unhelpful. I asked about a glass carb cap and I had told him it was broke and he laughed at me and said cool also laughed at me for thinking the boba balls was 6.99 for the whole bag. I would not recommend this store to anybody.

My wife had a horrible experience here. She walked in to look for a specific item, and within minutes an employee made some snarky comment that there are cameras everywhere. My wife is dark skinned. She immediately left. She felt like he basically thought she was there to steal. We wont be going back. We found our item at a competitor.

I was there in the area to buy some cigarettes and got surprised by the pipes and vaping products there. Incredibly collection of water pipes and hookahs. The staff were friendly and explained in detail how things works. I will recommend this shop to anyone.

Its a small shop but that may be a good thing because they carefully choose what items they sell and display a lot of stuff I use and a lot of stuff Id like to try. I came in looking for, and found creme and mango pods for me and my wifes juuls, 4 packs. I didnt have enough time to look around as much as I would like but Im going to bring my wife next time very female-friendly place,if youve ever walked into a vape shop or a head shop and kind of wished you hadnt this is the place for you .

Really enjoyed the fact that the shop was so close, but when I purchased coils and showed the guy the model of my device, he sold me the wrong size. Guess what and they dont accept returns. When I asked if I could exchange for the correct coils, they didnt have them and they still do not have them! So, I returned to the shop to see if I could purchase another item and apply the cost of the coils and I was told, we cant do that REALLY? So very disappointed!!! 😂 Anyone need coils? LOEL😂

UPDATE: The owner has changed staff and now keeps a better stock of vape juice. He actually is great and this is now my vape shop.The only reason I give them 2 stars is because the young guy is awesome with customer service, but they never keep anything in stock. I recently moved to this area and after purchasing my vape juice a couple of times it was out of stock. I ask the young lady if she would order some in my brand and strength and she said yes they ordered it however here we are 3 weeks later and now she says it comes in when it gets here. Shop is close but they want to sell you what they have and not what you want. The lady there is very rude. Wanted to make this my vape shop, but I cant. She also tried to send me to their other shops instead of ordering it for me. I told her I would buy it if she did.

I called in advanced and I usually see how well people treat you over the phone before showing up. They did a good job but I found better prices.
