First of all, the wait is entirely too long every time. The employees clearly don’t know what they’re doing because I was talked into buying Apple watches and a phone just to be asked to return to the store before I’m charged full price! Then he had the nerve to charge me activation fees after he made a mistake !!! The employees screwed up our entire order and didn’t activate the new phone! This is unacceptable and I’m truly considering a different service. Ive already been getting scammed by t mobile for over a year it may be time to switch. This is ridiculous and has me stressed and angry 😡
Awful experience. The employees especially the store manager Jason are just simply rude and won’t fix the mistakes they made. This location will scam you. Highly recommend different company and definitely not this store at the very least.
Still the worst carrier you can choose. They lie and scam. Went as far as emailing the regional manager to get an issue resolved. Non of the care, not the store manager, the district manager or the regional manager. Problem with this big company is they do what ever they want take no responsibility and know you’re just stuck. Do not choose T-Mobile. Especially the store at the Wilson location.
Fast service and great deal on Samsung ⌚
Came in having a problem with my phone. i was helped by casey he was awesome he did everything he could to get my phone going but it was old so he got me into this wonderful s21 and i couldnt be more happy.. he really knew his stuff. great tmobile to go to everyone was very friendly and helpful. will be going back to this one anytime i need something.
Fantastic experience start to finish! David and Casey were great! We mostly worked with David but both employees were polite, professional and helpful. We bought new phones, phone cases, watches and earbuds for our family. The staff was super knowledgeable about their products and helped us find what we wanted. They were cool about explaining the differences between the phones we were looking at. Actually, they explained the different ear buds when we asked about them too. They were great about patiently helping our kid connect his new wireless earbuds to his new phone. (He was happy to be listening to his music before we left the store!) David was awesome about making sure the phone case & screen protection was on the phone before handing it over to our son like we requested. The store was very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated that they had hand sanitizer readily available for customers. I also liked how the employees did extra things like flexing phone cases to keep everything looking nice and encouraged us to contact them with any questions.I would definitely go back to this location and recommend it to others.
The person that asked to help us, seemed like we were an inconvenience to him, gave us vague answers. Not a very helpful representation of T-Mobile.
Love this store! They are so friendly and helpful!
The store is very clean & organized. Great customer service!
Kori was helpful, friendly, courteous and kind! Its never easy to get a new phone but she made it fun, exciting and simple! She was willing to answer all our questions, was patient and was such a blessing! We highly value her after our experience yesterday ----- and we hope T-Mobile does too!
If I can give this place 0 stars I would. We waited over an hour to get help. The employees acted as if we were not even their and never advised us at least that it would be a while or even asked what we were coming in there for. The two men working there were constantly in and out of the back rooms and not once checked and let us know that they would be with us. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Got my problem fixed promptly. Young man knew what he was doing. Great service.
Best Survivor had recently that guy that helped me and Sue was very helpful and respectful and very good salesperson very good thank you
Tried to come in to see about getting a cracked screen fixed for my wife. She needs one for nursing. The two dopes behind the counter were no help and advised us to buy a new phone when we had insurance. The guy especially was terrible. Now the 225 we paid at best buy to the helpful guy was far less then buying a new phone that was less then a yr old. Didnt even let us know we had insurance in the first place.
Horrible service waited almost an hour did not get any help very slow working employees
I’m a valued customer of t-mobile and I was treated very unprofessional. James the t-mobile representative told me I could not come in the store I’m a great American and I refuse to be treated differently because I choose to not believe in the mask lie.we live on the land of the free!!!! People have died for our right..
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEWent into the T-mobile store the other day and was talking to a rep that worked there about a SIM card. She was in the middle of finding one for me to put into my fathers phone then the Manager JASON overheard what we were talking about an he mention “does she need a sim” an he told her yes. So she was ringing it out an he said you have to go to corporate to get a sim because the ones we have in stock were inventory for their phones in stock. I don’t feel it’s right to send someone over 25 minutes out the way to get a SIM card. The Rep looked all confused about the whole situation. I feel he acted that way because I didn’t want to spend money on a new phone. To the owner of the company, Jason has a lot of bad reviews on here. He’s going to make you guys lose a lotOf business.DO NOT EVER GO TO THAT STORE ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS CUSTOMERS SPENDING MONEY!!!!!!!!!
Very helpful and friendly employees. Made me feel welcome and took care of my phone issue quickly.
Ive been with T-Mobile for many years. This has been by far my best experience with upgrading a phone!
Had very poor reception from the sales guys. Then when we got to talk to a salesman he was rude and short with us. I would never return to this store for anything.
So we started our journey at the Tanger location the associate there was great but in his inexperience needed help the manager came over (I think his name was matt) well he was rude and deeming so at that point I told my family we were leaving ..We came to this location and were greeted at the door by Dave . We explained what happened, what we were looking for and to work he went first getting the 4 Note 20 Ultras we wanted then helping with cases and screen protectors (even showing how much he trusted 1 case by tossing it lol) .Dave also told us about some shady things that had been done on our accounts and getting it fixed and getting us the best deals via trade ins and other promotions ( upsold us 4 samsung watch 3 with a buy one get 1 offer we werent even looking for the watches )The whole process took a few hours during of which James and Mo cracked jokes and engaged us making it not feel like eternity, later on Jason the manager also joined in and we all had great and fun conversations. After Dave had all the technicalities done and we were ready to transfer our data and set up the new phones Kori came over and helped him without having to be asked or prompted after that was done was time for cases and screen protectors which Dave and James did a fantastic jobIn the end which started out negatively at Tanger ( I did say a few choice words before leaving ) This team at Wilson did amazing I have been a store manager, Assistant manager in retail before so I did see the upselling and sales techniques but in a manner of which I wouldve had my teams operate at and im actually ok with buying all they suggested. We purchased 4 Ultra Note 20, 4 Samsung galaxy watch 3, 2 otter boxes, 2 Clear cases suggested by Dave, 4 tempered glass screen protectors and I am very pleased by the transactionI understand I spent a good amount of money at this location but from my read on the team it wasnt about the sale but the service so even if your looking for a not so lavish upgrade give these guys a chance and ask for Dave
I have been a loyal Sprint customer for about 10 years. The salesman was either misinformed or deliberately lied to me about sprint drive. He stated that it was included with a new line of service yet here I am getting stuck paying an equipment fee and subscription monthly. Not pleased.
I have always had a great experience coming here whenever I have a problem with my phone and need a new one. Mo is always super helpful!
Wouldnt sell the Byod device kit because of fruad?? Activated the sim card on my line then never gave it to me citing incompatibility issues but the device was already activated. Go to any other t mobile store, any other.EDIT 8/17/2020It was the manager jason that helped me.I had to go to another T-Mobile store the following day on Clyde Park and got one in less than 10 minutes . Meanwhile jason said he could not sell to me because I would commit fraud with a sim card...there are so many things wrong with that statement. He also said that his store isnt part of T-Mobile and its a third party store so he cant sell them directly again citing fraud? Jason didnt know there were part numbers on the sim card either, I went in there knowing I needed a certain sim card and after even activating it on my account, they said it wont work and even threatened law enforcement after being proved wrong, and before while I was waiting there when he was activating a sim card and he was amazed that the sim card number (ICCID) changed after putting in a different sim card. Good company just not the right manager here. Clyde Park T-Mobile is the place to go.
Every time I go there its something different. No one wants to help me, I never get the deals. Yet to find some wh ok nice and willing to really help me.
Honestly I always leave frustrated and the employees are always confused about their own plans.
Mo And Sara Are Really Great Team Members For Sprint. I Have Had Nothing But Great Experiences Here. Both Are Super Helpful And Very Knowledgeable Of What They Are Doing. I Highly Recommend This Store To Anyone.
2 months ago my Family and I bought 4 Samsung A50 phones. The store employee sold me a warranty and a screen saver product named PURE GEAR liquid glass. This product cost $49.99 per phone. Yesterday my daughters phone fell out of her pocket and the screen shattered. We went to the store today. A nice young man explained they dont fix phones but ensured us we are covered under warranty and asked us to go to the 28th/Shaffer store to get the phone fixed.Sprints warrnaty is a replacement glass of phone for $29.00. We went to that store and explained the situation. They wanted $125 to replace the phone because they do not make replacement glass for the A50. This was not explained to us when we bought the A50 phones. We went back to the Wilson street store and explained this to the staff that was led by the assistant manager whos name is Mo. Mo told us there is nothing he could do. I asked for the store owners name. They would not give me that. I left my phone number and asked if they could have the owner call me. They said yes. Then Mo preceded to tell me to have a good day. I told the store staff that I was not mad at them but mad at the situation. Mo turned very condescending and told me about a dozen time to have a good day. Bottom line is am waiting to here from the owner to see if he will stand by the product they sold me. If not I will report them to the B.B.B. At this point I would NOT recommend this or any other Sprint store. I would give a zero Star if possible.
Horrible service by manager ...billed $419 to my account and no answer which mobile number used hit spot .. when asked to print my statement says my printer toner out then just asked to email the statement says my system do not allow me .. go to hell .. it’s private store so he do not care on Wilson Ave just before Costco
This place has horrible customer service. Go to the one on Byron Center near the Starbucks. Theyll actually help you over there. Will not come back to Sprint, its worth the money to go to Verizon or AT&T
Aaron and Tyler went above and beyond keeping the store open a half hour past closing time to transfer the contents of my old phone to my new. My phone was taking FOREVER to transfer everything, causing them to stay late. They kept a great attitude through it all. Great Sprint store and staff!!
Literally the worst service I have ever received from a Sprint store. None of their salesmen/women know how to properly activate and register phones, how to do returns, etc. One of the salesmen make women extremely uncomfortable, constantly flirting with the spouse standing right there.Ended up having to pay over $600 in fees in a two week span just to FIX what THEY MESSED UP. DO NOT go to this location, it is absolutely not worth your money or time. Also, this store is NOT an authorized retailer. They lied on their description. If your going to go to a Sprint, do not go to this third party location. Corporate is the way to go.
By far the worst experience Ive ever had switching phone companies. After 5 YES FIVE hours sitting in your store to get three phones switched over I am beyond disgusted and would NEVER recommend your company to anyone!!! Your staff has not been trained and were clueless as to how to set up our phones. I know now what the T stands for.... Terrible ☹️
Not the best communication when it comes to advising what data may be lost when switching phone manufacturers. We went from Samsung to LG and lost a bunch of data due to using Samsung specific apps. Granted we shouldve been aware, but it wasnt something we thought about after the rep oversold the LG phone.
These guys are very helpful. Im a Boost customer and they helped me anyway. I was having roaming issues and they explained why reset my network settings and made it work much better.
This store is great and very helpful. Jacob Misiak is VERY helpful and I will definitely be back, thank you!
I had an issue with one of my older model phones and the Sprint Store employee was able to help me get the situation fixed right away. They kept my phone for a few hours to clear out some items that were screwing my phone up. I really appreciate the staff here and how quickly they were able to help me out because we all know how much it sucks being without your phone
THIS SPRINT STORE IS THE BEST!! Aaron has been very patient with me. I was an, admittedly, frustrating customer when I went in to upgrade my phone and a day later decided I wanted a different model. Aaron took care of me with ease and a very polite demeanor. He even chuckled when I walked back in the next day because I’m sure he knew why I was back!! Haha! Thanks SO MUCH Aaron!!
Great
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! If you like being lied to and having your money stolen, well this is the company for you!!! This is also a third party sprint store, so if you need to do a return or anything like that it will be an absolute pain to get your money back. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this store. Victoria, the store manager is also one of the worst managers I’ve ever met, she has lied to me from the very start of my service with sprint and fortunately I canceled my plan with sprint within the “two week satisfaction guaranteed policy” otherwise I would be stuck payin a small fortune for terrible services that hardly work. Switched to Verizon and couldn’t be happier, I have better service and pay less than I would’ve been paying sprint.
Never get Sprint. I canceled and they are still trying to bill me. It is a scam and its unfortunate T-Mobile soils their name with Sprint
Umipressed with the willingness of store workers to assist with adjustments needing to be made two accounts this morning. They kept saying that we could do it online, but we physically came to the store because we wanted help, because phone things can get complicated really quickly. Just frustrating to look for help, and not get it.
Clerk blantanly lied to me. Cost me money that I didnt need to spend. Dont go here. Go to the corporate stores, not these offshoot sprint store.
These guys saved my butt today and I couldnt thank them enough for it. I broke my Note III last night; they had the parts in stock, and had me up and connected in about 2 hours! Customer service was much more pleasant, service appears to be well performed, and the wait time was completely acceptable. Thanks guys, you just got yourself a new long-term customer.
Aaron and Nate are very knowledgeable and helpful but they also make the time you spend in the store fun with their great personalities. I would highly recommend doing your Sprint business at this store!
Nice staff. Easy to work with
I went in there today and Jacob was extremely helpful. His customer service went above and beyond especially since I had just went to Verizon down the road and their customer service was so bad that I literally walked out! I now have an IPhone 6 plus and I love it! Thank You Sprint!!
Everyone at the store was so helpful. Thanks again Jake for all you did and had to go through to help us out
Didn’t realize how different phones were nowadays. Got hooked up with Mo Davis and he walked me through everything I needed to know. Slept on it for a night and made my purchase the following day. Thanks Mo!
Wait forever and there is only 1 person working here
Jason, the store manager told me that the phone I got from sprint.com wouldnt work on sprints network. I even got the packing slip to show the phone was from sprint. Went to another T-Mobile store and walked out in 5 minutes with a activated phone, seems like Jason just doesnt qualify for his job.
Every sprint store I’ve been to has always been a disaster and this one was no exception. Takes forever to get anything done because the system and website is IMPOSSIBLE to work with. Always a disappointment when I have to walk through those doors. Not necessarily the employees fault, but more Sprint’s. On my last trip, I walked in with a simple question about how my new plan didn’t have hotspot set up on my phone, and it just needed to be activated. After their system crashed and they couldn’t find any information about my account, they told me that due to new policy, they have to have the primary account holder come in and put me down as a authorized user. I have always handled all the business and formalities of our family sprint account, but now I had to drag my mom physically into the store for something as simple as a question. They informed me of this after having me wait 45 minutes while they dealt with many sprint technical issues. I was very disappointed in the service I received at the hands of these sprint employees. Because of this experience, I will be switch phone providers ASAP.
Very kind staff and quiet place. Go here if you just want to get in and out without a whole crowd in the store.
Came here to upgrade to the new iPhone 8. At one point in time everyone in the store had helped me, they were all very polite and helpful!!
Walked in with a tech question, only to find out they no longer have a tech there. Apparently the closest 1 they have is out by woodland mall. Just another reason to leave sprint.
The Experts work here. Have had great success getting issues fixed at this store that others wont touch.
The manager was unable to answer questions on Sprints availability or non-availability of International calling plans. He refused to assist us in answering any further questions or concerns about using Sprint phones overseas.
Let me start off by saying that I was initially told by other sprint stores to not even bother going to this location because the techs simply do not care. I thought I would give it a try since it was located so close to my house. I should have listened to the other stores!!!I brought my phone in for a simple repair (non stop issues with my phone to begin with). I was told if they could not fix it and had to send out for repairs, I would be charged $25. This is ridiculous since I have insurance & it was beyond my control that this happened. When I returned to the store, there were quite a few people in line. Only two techs were working. Apparently someone was getting a brand new phone that they did not have in stock, so one of the techs actually left the store (while several customers were standing in line) to run to the mall to get another phone. Is commission really this demanding that you make a line full of people wait so you can simply get your commission? If I was the person getting the new phone, I could have completely understood that they were out & if I wanted to get it that night, run to the mall to grab it. After about an hour of waiting, they hand me my phone. Thankfully they fixed it, but now I can only use my phone on speaker phone. Seriously?!?! Then they proceed to tell me that I will have to pay $25 to get that fixed now. So, I walked out with a bigger problem then I walked in with! The tech had an attitude and could have cared less about my situation, but graciously offered to allow me to upgrade since I was eligible - so then I could spend $200! I just want my current phone fixed or my insurance to be valid when the store broke my phone. The manager did call to talk about the incident, but was accusing me of being belligerent (which never happened). The tech must have quick called him & filled him in on his side of the story. The manager was also talking so scripted it was insulting. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been treated wonderfully at the other two locations nearby and will be telling others to definitely go there instead. I dont usually write complaints, but this was above and beyond what I would expect now a days with customer service. Apparently they have enough business that they dont need new.
Aaron was an amazing help and I am learning my new phone and loving it
Jason bought a car from us 👍🏼
I visit this store and waited for40 min, while the person helping customers was talking about Baseball and not helping customers . Need to respect customers time . And do his job ...... bad experience
I have been a sprint customer for nearly 10 years now. When I went into this store it was the worst service I ever had!I brought my HTC one M9 in for repair, they successfully fixed my initial issue which was no one could hear me when I called them or they called me unless the phone had the speaker phone function on or I was on my blue tooth. I picked the phone up and the tech that worked on my phone said that they fixed my issue witch was the speaker was lose and that they found an issue with USB charging port. Which is great, but unfortunately this isnt the end of the story. When I got the phone home I realized that when I touched a few certain areas of my touch screen my phone wouldnt respond. So I brought the phone back where I was greeted by the store manager I told him what happened he looked at me and said that they found water damage and that this is to be expected! Annoyed I took my phone where I was asked if I would like to purchase a new phone in this store I told him no thank you I will call sprint.Needless to say I will never go to this store again. If the location at Ivan Rest did repairs I would go there over this store in a heart beat.
Very helpful. Always trying to find ne the best deal.
Didnt have what i needed. But there very nice.
Ben was awesome! Couldnt have asked for a better customer service rep to take care of our upgrading needs.
The guys here are awesome, they really helped me with my problems and theyre so friendly i know a few by name now. Aaron is the supervisor and he does a really great job.
This Sprint store exhibited some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They provided conflicting information from Sprint customer service and were incorrect in their guidance to have a phone covered under warranty. Not only that, they held my phone for 2 weeks during which time they did not contact me once to let me know that the LG would have to be contacted instead. Not until I followed up myself did they inform me that they could do nothing. Complete lack of professionalism and basic follow-up almost turned me off to Sprint all together. I strongly urge you to contact Sprint directly for any service related needs and go to either the Ivanrest store or Bestbuy for new purchases or upgrades. Dont reward poor service with new business.
Good service.
Great customer service. Thank you
Had all the cords and plugs I needed for my phone. Gave helpful tips on some short cuts and general information.
Super great staff, very helpful, friendly, efficient, store was clean and quiet. I don’t want to ever have to go to a different sprint store.
DONT USE THIS LOCATION!!! I have been a Sprint customer for 15+ yrs and been using the Wison location for at least 5yrs and mainly delt with Max. Due for an upgrade so I stopped in hoping to purchase a new phone. I experienced the worst customer service ever! So unprofessional from the beginning. Nate approached me with his jeans sagging way passed anywhere close to being approiate and would not help me because (my fault) I didnt realize my drivers license had expired. I have never needed ID in the past, just gave them my PIN and password. Bottom line, they lost a sale and customer. Miss you Max!
Very happy with the customer service here!
Excellent service. Low pressure.
Disappointed all about sales. Dont go with Sprint they overcharge u anytime they can and wont address the issues at hand.
Horrible and slow service. More employees are needed.
Always given the run around and the more experienced staff seem unwilling to help newer staff
Good service with helpful staff.
Great customer service by Jake
Ring ring what ever happenes to land lines
Im getting unhappy with the service there. Im thinking about switching to another carrier.
Best service ever...
Worst customer service that ived seen in a long time. Watch out for returned phones being sold as new phones.
Great customer service!
Always polite and helpful!
Very good help ...
Good service
Ask for Aaron at this location. He will take care of you.
They didnt fix anything. Told me to call 1 800 number
Nice store
Great service, nice environment
Good customer service
Very poor at knowing anything and rude
This use to be my go to for all my needs but the last few times I have visited the staff was not helpful or friendly.
Don’t trust staff. Just looking to sell you. Worst service I’ve had out of virgin, Verizon, t mobile. Won’t ever go back here.
Customer service at this sprint is worthless.
Dont like
Very helpful

Sprint sucks..the service sucks
