Extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness, and the profound unprofessionalism with this company. We had windows installed one year ago that are in need of warranty repair already. We had soffit and facia placed this May, not only did we wait nearly 8 months after ordering for the product to be installed, the quality of the work that was done is well below average. The workmanship and quality of skill we would rate about a 2/10. It was so poor from the very beginning, they didn’t even clean up after themselves and I had to pick up tons of nails out of my drive way to even park my car, the same amount of nails were left all over our roof. Please refer to photos. I reached out to our salesman who has always been professional, and honest. He forwarded my concerns to the proper individual. They were not addressed until I had to reach out again and let him know I never received a response. I also acknowledged perhaps a BBB complaint and google review would get things moving. At that point I was contacted by WW, the individual was rude and passive aggressive. He told me over a month ago he would have someone out within 2 weeks to fix the issues. Again, another huge disappointment, no one has shown up, no one has communicated as to why they haven’t shown up. We just want to have our windows repaired and the job done correctly.

Derek did an awesome job installing 12 new windows in our house this week! Was on time, kind, and cleaned up everything after he was done. Super excited with the final result and happy that the windows came in 4 weeks earlier than we expected. We got an estimate from a competitor and it was $13, 000 more than what Window World quoted for the same windows 😳 So happy we went with Window World.

Very disappointed as I wanted to buy locally. Salesman made me wait two weeks for an appointment, then told me he doesnt work past 4:00. I rushed home from work only to watch him sit in his truck on a phone call while i stood around staring at him for 10 minutes. No apology at all, bad attitude and I asked him to leave. Plenty of other vendors out there who are much more responsive and professional

Employees were very professional and cared about what they were doing. The window removal and installation went great. All old windows were hauled away and no debris to clean up. In addition to the window installation they wrapped all windows, garage doors and entry doors. It is absolutely beautiful.Would highly recommend Window World.

I’m pleased with the follow up after a concern about a window I purchased. It took time for someone to get out to my area, but I’m the end it was not a window fail. We discovered that the issue was most likely due to ice damming.

The window installers were great. On time, got the windows in quickly. They only sent one older gentleman to tear off all our siding and put on all our siding. Felt like they should have at least a larger tear off crew. My husband and I tore off over half the siding to speed up the process. The man did do a good job with the siding and placing in our new doors. Here is a before and after photo.

***initially rated one star due to reasons below but let me say our installers were AMAZING and our windows look GREAT. We actually ended up loving these guys so much that we may call back to have them do 5 more windows and our siding! If you use this company, as for the guys from Goshen! They made this company feel SO much better even after the frustration we experienced. Personally, I would give the guys 10 stars but because of the issues we had I increased the rating to 4.So far not so good. We were told 10 weeks to have all windows in our house replaced. That was last September. We were thinking mid-December at the latest. Fast forward to February and they hadn’t called to schedule an appointment. Finally after calling them, they scheduled it for this morning, 2/15 at 9:30. Nobody called us after missing the appointment. We called 4 times before getting an answer at 11:30 that they “misread the schedule” and now they’re saying they will come on 2/18 instead. I have moved furniture out of the way because they told us everything must be cleared within 2 feet of the windows, that included removing every TV we had mounted in our house, not to mention blinds/curtains/hardware. Our windows are BAD that’s why we are getting them fixed. After removing all of the blinds and curtains, our furnace is having a hard time keeping up too. This is so frustrating!!!!

They also put on a new roof on my house! It was a pleasure to work with the professional people at Window World! From the owner on down to his employees they were people that truly cared about one thing....whats best for their customers! They made sure we were completely satisfied throughout the whole project! I would highly recommend Window World to anyone! Plus, theyre just good people!

Two guys showed up and it was disaster from the moment they showed up . Insuffecent tools or knowledge how to use them . I loaned them mine Sorry I hired this companyThey walked off job and Said someone else can finishI ended up redoing them my self . I just got water in the basement from where they cut off the nailing finInstead of putting it behind the siding on a window when my wife washed the siding . They gave me a finically adjustment settlementGlad they didn’t break the windows in my upstairsBow windows beating out the basement windowI told them to use sawsall four simple cuts rather than break the glass .Would not recommend this company . This whole process of remodeling our house from the windows to the siding was excellent. Our house is just beautiful! Our house was a dated tutor that was transformed into a house that looks brand new!The window installers did a great job. I can’t say enough. Our siding turned out beautiful. Mike and Ray did excellent work. I just can’t imagine having anyone but them to do the job. I’m very particular and I never once felt uneasy about the whole process. I just knew from the beginning, I was going to be pleased.Our salesman, Ken, really did a great job measuring the windows and siding. He knew how picky I was so he made sure everything went smoothly. He came by our house several times.I can’t forget Amanda. When I had questions with colors or about anything, she was my go to girl.She even came out to our house to check on things and see how it was going.My house was completed today and I just can’t say enough. Very happy with my windows! Not only did they install the new windows, but they came up with a solution to fix an issue around my windows. I am really happy with the results!

I just had the windows and rear patio door replaced by Window World of Michiana and the experience from start to finish was fantastic! The salesman, Chris, showed up on time and was quick but thorough in measuring and inspecting the windows we wanted replaced. He was very straightforward and educational while still being very low pressure. At no time was I ever pressured into buying a more expensive window or door, nor were there any time critical saving opportunities. The price was much better than any other offers I had received, even including the great but time critical savings other companies offered. The windows and door were delivered in the time frame I was told. The installation was very quick. The windows and doors were installed before noon, but due to heavy rain the exterior had to be postponed to the following day. The installation crew was professional and nice and did a fantastic job with the windows. The new windows definitely improve the look of the house and the efficiency. I am impressed and very pleased with the quality of both the windows and the installation! I have noticed that it is more quiet in the rooms that it was before and my furnace hardly ever runs now! The only thing I would have done different is to not wait so long to replace my windows!

Amber Raeder that gave a 1 star rating on a friends behalf of someone who put their frustrations on their personal FB page. It was mentioned that the technicians refused to wear masks and she had a difficult time with the manager. She also pointed out that after speaking with the owner that he rectified her situation and offered them a discount and had apologized for her experience . Im not saying this is a good company to work with since I have no experience with them however Amber took some extra liberties on her friends behalf, her friend as a side note pointed out at one point to refrain from making any negative posts on this site that she was in negotiations with the owner. Itd be nice if Amber and other busy bodies quit trying to (cancel culture) everyone or anything that doesnt agree with them or their agendas. We as a society have to steer away from this shortsighted behavior. Please disregard Ambers rating as it was not hers and was a stolen story from a friend to initiate drama. Dont give her review the time of day. (Down with cancel culture)!

We had windows put in a few weeks ago. The installer was earlier then expected which was wonderful and he immediately began working after addressing all of my concerns!! Our house looks so much better! The windows operate smoothly and efficiently and they look GREAT!! The price was so much more affordable then other quotes. And the staff was phenomenal! We still have 3 more windows to replace and we will certainly be using Window World again. We are so happy we went with Window World Windows. THANK YOU!

Henry and Gene did a great job for my wife and I as we ordered new custom windows, sliding patio door, siding, soffits, fascia and gutters. As with any project of this magnitude there were some obstacles to overcome but Henry, Gene and the Window World team made sure everything was 100% to our satisfaction. Had all new windows and patio door.They installed 1 window that had wrong grid pattern. The patio door was not the extra low e glass that we ordered. So everything was supposed to be ordered and fixed. After I called and my wife called multiple time we finally got an appointment for them to fix it. (for some reason they do not call or communicate.) When they finally came out the patio door replacement glass was to small and the replacement sash had the wrong grid pattern. So now this viscous circle has to start all over again. We paid cash so honestly I feel we should get a few hundred back for this monstrosity of a headach. I also feel that we paid in full we should be priority. So now they are going to come after everything is ordered and fingers crossed its right. Come and open up the house in winter with who knows how cold or how much snow is on the ground.Was very satisfied at first and was expecting a speedy fix but this is ridiculous!

We had three windows replaced in our 2nd story of our home in Warsaw, IN. The initial process was fantastic, however we found out that our windows had been lost in transit right around our deadline, so they quickly reordered for us and they came in a timely manner. The sales rep Ken was great with communicating with us every step of the way. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. Installation was done on a very windy day and the gentleman had to carry the windows and his supplies up a very steep driveway due to other contractors doing other work to our home. We are very pleased with all of the work that has been done. We give Ken an A+ rating and the installer gets an A+ as well purely for effort. The work was done and there was no mess or clean up left inside the house. We started this window replacement process with Pella, and needless to say they failed in every way possible in the selling process. Couldnt even get a person on the phone most times we tried. Michiana Window World has high standards that are not found very often in todays marketplace. To them a handshake means their word and they follow through with excellence!

This is more a review of ethics, but the fact that they’re posting 5 year old photos on social media that include the previous owners in them is extremely tacky. It would appear that they’re still trying to present Michiana Window World as a family business when it hasn’t been that in over two years now.

The installers did a good job. The scheduler is a nut case. After a dispute over not calling 30 min before arriving (Bee Window had no problem doing this on 3 installation dates, and my internet company) the man said to me if you didnt want my guys alone in the house with your daughters why did you hire us?. Who says that? And who would have men they dont know alone in a house with their children? Obviously that guy. No problem with the installers.

The Windows look great and the guys did a great job with the installation and trim! Will definitely work with them again!

We shopped most, if not all of the competitors, and finally settled on Window World because they actually listened to what our needs were instead of trying to sell us. Did an awesome job installing our windows, and even came back with a new screen because they nicked the kitchen screen during installation.

Their commercial says any window installed for $335.00, but there are hidden costs...it is actually 575.00 for one window. I wish companies would be honest and up front with their prices, instead of being deceptive. Now I dont want them to do the work because i dont have trust in them.
