Knowledgeable techs and friendly admin. I had an o-ring blow out of a pressure washer and didnt know it. They figured it out and didnt make me feel stupid in the process. Saved me big time (vs 3 week warrantee backlog). Id definitely go back to these guys again.

They are really informative about mower repair. What really appreciated was Tracy took the time to explain what was wrong and, how to fix it. Instead of buying a new carburetor for $55 he sold me the rebuild kit for $17!!!

They did a great repair on my rider and the price was reasonable.

I had an issue with a snowblower that I purchased recently from Home Depot. It was under warranty and they suggested I bring it to Stacy for repair. I was very grateful not only for the help of fixing the issue but also for the information on how to better take care of the machine. They took the time to communicate and inform on a level that I could understand and I really appreciated that.I also feel like I have a trusted resource that I can rely on for factual information and quality service. I only wish that I had been in earlier before I needed service and I could have avoided a lot of issues. Thank you!

We have brought both a walk behind mower and a rider here on separate occasions. He does a decent job with repairs, but not very customer oriented. Both jobs took longer than estimated. When we called to check the status, he was abrupt and slightly rude. We will not be back. Customer service is just too lacking.

Recommended by a neighbor. Craftsman mower couldnt be fixed. Bought a fully assembled brand new Toro lawnmower from them. Had problems starting from the get-go. One week later it wouldnt start at all. Returned it. No news for days. Turned out to have a defective carburetor. Asked for a refund. Why wouldnt they check that the lawnmower works before selling. Should have known from the awful customer service. Suspect that they thought I was a dumb female. Wont do business with them again.

Stan the owner is a very rude person AND took money for a service he DID NOT PERFORM. We will never go back there. We were faithful customers for 10years; and we are not sure what happened but the man has become rude and dishonest.

Took snowblower to get to get looked at,as to why it didnt seem to throw snow as far.they said belt needed replaced and did that.they also did tune up this was a mistake. have had to take back twice for their mistakes.they never did what was asked when brought in. I went there because they are close never again. AWFULL. will go to my normal shop from now on.snowblower was not from early 90s, late 90s. the first time wouldnt run brought back then you replaced man jet. next time used snow blower worked good first time. then couldnt get to start brought back thats when you found out you had gasket improperly installed. will never use you service again

Its obvious when you walk in that these people know their stuff. What they dont know on the other hand is customer service, or human kindness. I dont know much about lawnmowers and apparently that was offensive to them. At the end of the day however, they got the job done and they did it well.It did take them a lot longer than what they quoted AND they never called to tell me they finished...So you be the judge.

Awful on the phone conversation stacey was very rude and acted like she didnt even want to fix my weed eater all rite I guess bring it in we are 4 weeks out 4 weeks for a simple weed eater that is flooded ? Never calling or recommending this place!!

I took my Craftman riding lawnmower there to be serviced Sept 2015, it took about 2 weeks to be done, still had same problems, took it back twice afterwards still with the same issue, I was told they replaced the battery. May 2016, battery is not jump start it each time I need to use it, called to question if battery was changed, owner told me it wasnt in the work order in 2015, so hell charge another $70 to replace it this time, he was so rude....

I dropped off my chainsaw to get the chain sharpened and they said theyd call when it was done, typically 1-2 days they said. Waited and waited,no call. Went back 3 weeks later and they had trouble finding it. Then I was told it was done weeks ago. So I went to pay with my debit card and they said cash only. So I had to make an extra trip back just to pay. No signs saying cash only, and wasnt told when i dropped it off.The owner was very rude to me. What a mess of a business. They need to close down and retire.

Customer service is rude and basically non existent. We bought our mower brand new from them, 3 yrs ago. In that time they have done all maintenance on it, it has had to go back atleast twice every year to them because of shoddy work. They always blame us that we are hard on the mower when they are the ones who suggested it to us for our 2.5 acres. This last fall it went in, in September, we didnt get it back until February (5 months) We paid $560.00 in supposed repair bill. They unloaded it off the trailer and left, we went to go move it and it wouldnt start. They came back same day picked it up stating they had to charge the battery?? Really? it took them another MONTH to bring it back (6months total) and charged us for a new belt of another $68.00.. The FIRST day we mowed with it the belt slips... they now STILL have our mower, (7 months and counting) and have again accused us of making the belt slip. seriously?!?!? Our mower has now been there another whole month, If it wasnt for my neighbor my Lawn would be ready to be baled by this time and i get excuse after excuse from them of why the belt has not been put back on yet..... And im wondering how much they will charge us for yet another part because the belt they installed slipped off .... Not only are they incompetant at their job, SLOW in their repairs, and rude, they also wont take responsibility when they cant or just dont fix the lawnmower correctly. Not impressed at all with this company. Quite honestly I wouldnt give them one star on this review, but that isnt an option... one is the lowest it will let me go. UPDATE make it 2 months, still no mower. They have now had our mower for the past 8 months (almost a year) RUN!!!!! dont walk away from this so called business.

I took my mower to have it serviced a year ago. After it was returned, 2 weeks later it started leaking oil BAD. I took it to another repair facility and they found the engine case bolts were SO loose they fell out. So much for service. I will not be back.
