Kendall Appliance was professional and easy to work with for my washing machine issues. The gentleman at the office that I spoke to on the phone was kind and a great help in getting me set up for a repair. Larry, the technician, was friendly and professional. He explained the issue with our system very well and was able to fix the machine the same day. The issue with my machine was fixed within an hour and a half of my placing the initial call for service which is way faster than what we had expected. We will definitely be calling again should we have any issues down the road!

We bought a speed queen washing machine from them about 20 months ago. They installed it efficiently with no problems. Recently the mixing valve (switches from hot to cold water) stopped working, so I called them for Warranty service (3 year manufacturer warranty). I had lost the receipt, so they had to look up my purchase, which they had found by the time I called again (90 minutes later). They honored the warranty and scheduled the service for 3 days later. The repairman arrived promptly and replaced the valve in under 20 minutes. He informed me it is a family business where he had been working over 40 years! Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. I will definitely go to them if I have any future appliance repair issues or needs.In a nutshell: based on my experiences with purchase, installation, honoring a warranty, and repair, I highly recommend Kendall Appliance.

Dont put screws back or parts where they belong when working on things. Causing you to have to do more repairs.
