Is a good honest shop

Kevin the owner of preciousness auto, not so much, does not know the exact problem and will not warranty any parts that he puts on, he will recharge you for an auto part that broke that he replaced a week ago and then tell you it is not going to be covered or repaired without payment, also broke the Schrader valve when asked to look at air flow in AC Kevin will definitely not be getting any more business from myself or will I tell anyone to take their vehicle to precion auto in granite city, poor work ethic and the young young man he has working for him has no idea what he is even doing, do not take your vehicle to this shop. POOR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!!!!!

Fantastic locally owned auto repair. Fast service for all your repair needs. Had a brake job and a air conditioner problem worked on. Great price and got my ride back to me when they said they would. This is not a corporate owned entity and I really like that. Plain spoken and knowledgeable on most makes and models. If they cant do it they will tell you where it can be done. Honest business.
