They gave us great customer service, however weve had our jeep since 2004, & this was the first time we were informed about additional service needed for our jeep. Better late than never or we just have a great vehicle, going with a great vechicle!

Super quick service and they explained everything that was going to happen. Im really happy with their service.

We had a 2020 Wrangler with 10,000 miles on it that had a spot on our 8.4 inch head unit. I took it into them and they said it was normal wear and tear. When I went to pick it up the screen looked dramatically worse. I asked them about it and they claimed that was how I brought it in. I contacted Jeep customer care and Jeep said they would cover it. Lithia Grants Pass called me and told me that even though Jeep would cover it that they refused to do it. I let Jeep know and they were very displeased. Jeep told me I had to take it to another service department. We went to Lithia Medford and it was a night and day difference dealing with them. Lithia Medford said it was definitely not normal wear and tear and that they would take care of us. Lithia Grants Pass is very unprofessional and couldnt own up to their mistake. I will have nothing to do with them from here on out.

Bought lifetime oil changes 6 years ago, havent paid for an oil change since. They are courteous and easy to use.

Every time I call this place they do not have anyone available to change my oil. They regularly send their techs home early and do not have anyone to man their express oil change area even two hours prior to closing. I bought my car brand new from Lithia and have lifetime oil change service but good luck trying to get someone to actually perform the service.

They were quick and professional, but seemed extremely expensive. Battery replacement and some wiring tested came to over $460

Service department communication is slow or ineffective, presume incompetence. I wont be returning.
