I just wanted to do a shout out to Lacey. Her customer service was exceptional. I literally have no clue what Im doing. Lacey helped me walk out feeling confident, and like all my hair needs were met. There was another gal working that night too she was also very helpful. This store has a great vibe going, kudos to you ladies!

Theres ALWAYS a ton of people driving by to see if youre open....some people have businesses that depend on this store and it doesnt open until mid morning? LAME AS FUXK. If a pizza shop can keep it together with two employees during the pandemic Im pretty sure the place that sells hair dye has much less to worry about 😬

I just love the grants pass Sallys Ive never been to medfords so cant tell ya about them, but grants pass girls are super sweet and pretty knowledgeable in the products they carry, the manager i forgot her name super sorry but she is awesome and helps alot if you dont or are un sure of a product or the ratio to something and the one to See.

Talk about customer oriented employees! This group rccks. I have been exposed to great product and their good ideas about how to survive growing the color out and being the salt and pepper gal I am meant to be! The manager is so upbeat. I highly recommend!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Even though they were temporarily out of stock of the product I wanted, they provided a very suitable replacement.

The people who work here never fail to be kind and personable.

Very little stock available, shelves flex filled to look full. Employee was overheard telling several people they were not allowed to order stock. Absolutely no tools for haircolor application, no brushes, bottles, 1 package of processing caps, 1 frost cap.

The girls at Sallys are the best and the girl who runs the place is awesome, she really is wanting to help u with your hair and other beauty products. The way they are always there to help u is awesome and Ive never been in any other store that had such great employees like Sallys does I.n Grants pass oregon. Everyone that works there deserves a raise!! They should get too dollar they definitely deserve it . Sweetest women ever and thank u so much for all your help I will keep comeing back to buy my beauty supplies for sure !one thing I do wish they would have in the store that they dont have is u wigs, human hair half wigs i cannot find them anywhere but online and its frustrating to not be able to see something before u buy it! I think the half wigs would be a great item to have and would probaly sale better than the hair extensions do . Alot if women never heard of a half wig but like if your haveing a bad hair day put on the half wig and they look great ! Please get some in there . I bet it would be a really good item to sale .

They are always helpful and always have a lot of choices. It’s funny to me that people say, there is no help and there help is too helpful lol. Do your research before spending your money. They can help you but they can’t tell someone who doesn’t want to listen what to do. I love this place! Keep up the good work ladies and gents 😃

Great staff, and lots of products! Their store brands are pretty good, too. They have good pricing, and a wide range of colors for hair and nail products (my main purchases). I like they are open late as well, because I do most of my shopping after I get off work. The other beauty store that was in town would always be closed by the time I could get there.

They always have what I need and are very courteous. I enjoy every visit.

Items incorrectly priced and staff was rude and not properly trained in customer service or tact for that matter. Avoid Sallys if you can. Id rather give my money to Walmart & thats saying a lot.

I’m in disbelief the way I was treated by the alleged ”manager” Kaylee. She has a vulgar attitude and no regard for customers or service for that matter. Apparently she won’t be working here much longer and is spending her last days dwindling the customer base. I’ve been a Sally’s customer and pro card holder for over 10 years. Well not anymore. Highly disappointed.

It was the worst service also sold products to my 14 year old daughter never explained the hair color needed a developer n there was no instructions of a developer needed on the single bottles 60 dollars waisted#!!
