The dude at the counter went above and beyond the call of coolness. I like this place. the guy at the counter did something for somebody that was way cool and I happened to see it. Right on man!
The lady with the orange hair was being very rude, was accusing us of stuff we didn’t do. Closed the store in front of people trying to get in. She was being rude to my little brother Who did not do anything it was accusing us of making a mess and telling us she’s going to kick us out. We told her we didn’t do it and she gave us a Nasty look. She had tons of attitude for no reason. Sunday the 30th around 12:15 AM. Just innocent kids trying to get a Slurpee.
Not a place to go. No chili for nachos. Lol. Out of stuff normal 7-11s always have
I consider this location the most awful place in GP. Constantly grungy people and major homeless traffic from 711 to riverside park. This place needs a major deep cleaning!
Awesome place to find drugs and hookers.... Psych! 7-Eleven rocks
I wont shop at 7 eleven again because of this: I have a 64 ounce thermos that I was getting sodas in at 7 eleven and I was being charged 1.29 each time I filled it up. That was ok because I liked the reward program and most of the people are really friendly. Then one day I went into 7 eleven and the female manager, I guess she is new or something, anyway she wanted to charge me 1.49, which is only 20 cents less than then 7 eleven 64 ounce cups. I explained to her that I had only been paying 1.29 to fill up my thermos and she said to me that it says anything over 54 ounces was to cost 1.49, so I had to pay that. I told her I wouldnt be back. I get my 64 ounce thermos filled up at another store in town for just .99 cents but I liked 7 eleven. I stopped in one day and asked for her boss to call me but I think they just threw my phone number in the garbage when I left because nobody ever contacted me. She was also sort of rude. So you guys have probably lost a lot of customers and I hope you lose more. I know 20 cents isnt much but I am on a fixed income and I dont like change. Thank you. This all happened at the Grants Pass store on 6th street.
Usually kind of crowded pretty cool staff though gets through the lines pretty fast
Good store, a bit messy
No public restroom. Automatic 1 star.
The Only 7-Eleven in the area and its a good one.The slurpies are Good and there are whole host of junk food to be stockpiled before going to the theater. Of course there is a lot of other convenient items stocked in the store. Staff is always friendly.
Filthy, kids touching all the machines; not cleaned by employees. Customers NOT wearing masks. This place needs to be cited by the OLCC
I was in 711 in grants pass and the southern girl behind the counter was very friendly and fast service will defently go back ...5 stars
Know your customers, I waited for you to train someone and then you said beer sales were over. I said I have been here the whole time. You refused to even let me buy food. I waited for you, you saw me being patient.
The manager does not care about this location. People are ALWAYS loitering. I go into this store almost everyday, ask the manager over and over again to get people away from the building but he wont. Ive been told by almost every employee that the people that hangout are harmless and I have nothing to worry about. If you cant make your environment comfortable enough for people to come into your location then you are a failing manager! My wife will not even enter your location without me because people will just walk up to the car and ask for ride, money, etc. That is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to your customer base!
Average as 7-Elevens go. Usually clean but small so not a big selection. Just right for a quick beer/soda/cigarette/candy stop.
Showed my Id to some guy around 2pm I think to buy something for later to drink and he told me it wasnt me in my id. I even parted my hair how the dmv made me do it in the id. He then said its not real and that even if its real he can refuse service to anyone. I told him hes just being rude cause I look young. He then ran outside side to take a picture of our car and called the police. I didnt understand what the guy was getting worked up for. Extremely poor customer service, especially to those who look younger. Its not my fault I look 13 years younger than my real age.
This store has came a long way in the last year..!!! Things look so much better
There were so many homeless people loitering outside the building when I pulled up they walked up to my car to pan handle and I couldnt even get out of my car. It made me and my children so uncomfortable that I never want to go back to this store again.
Never a problem getting slurpees
Easy access to snacks and drinks, but there are LOTS of questionable characters that loiter out front.
To many people loitering
I love it
