Great store! Great variety of Halloween costumes and Halloween decorations! The employees were very helpful and the prices seemed fair.

This is my favorite time of year so I love this store! They have so many things for Halloween. The staff was very helpful too. They just recently opened so they were still stocking the store so well be going back soon!

Horrible! They sell last years costumes at a higher price than whats listed on the package.When I complained to the general manager about the 10$ price hike from the listed price on the package he tried to start a fight with me.The selection is lousy, the service sucks; the employees look like they just broke out of the state penitentiary.Make the trip to Medford and buy your costume at SPIRIT or go online. Its not worth fighting with ex cons to buy a costume for your seven year old child.Happy Halloween.

This place is quite nice there are plenty of costumes targeted for people who are younger or that want to dress sexy or funny if that makes sense.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HALLOWEEN STORE! Employee I spoke to, Mike, was nice but stated that if you buy anything from them their corporate office will not allow them to return, replace or exchange ANYTHING! I bought a low lying fog machine from them and got home to test it. The machine squeals to the point it cant be used. They advised Im screwed. The employee was courteous and apologized. Unfortunately, an apology doesnt fix my useless $80 fog machine that I cannot use.

Horrible policy about returns. Even if the item is broken, you cannot turn it. We purchased an $80 fog machine and it didnt work. We could not get a refund or even exchange for a working one. At least The Halloween store in Medford will do exchanges. Dont buy from here!
