AutoZone use to be reliable on answering commercial and counter.Im not understanding what has been going on there.They seem be slacking on phone service, parts, delivery, about everything they use to do with pride.I hate giving them a bad review cause I always held them at a five star.

I have stopped here three times passing through. They have had my parts, the tools I needed, and a friendly welcome every time. They go out of the way to help you out.

We stopped in due to our check engine light. Sorry I did not get the name but the young man that helped me was great. Polite, helpful, understanding. He came out to my car a 2015 GMC Yukon, beige in color. He explained that if you take the battery cable loose and allow a few minutes re hook the battery and start the car. BINGO fixed. Great kid, taught me a trick. That was around 9;30am June 10. We travelled on to Flagstaff, Az no issues. Thank you again to Autozone and this wonderful young man. Great job.

I walked into AutoZone great customer service to gentleman came up to me and immediately helped me look for the photos looking for gave me prices and help me for exactly what I was looking for I need to know change in the gentleman Christmas tree to everything he grabbed the stuff that I need and carried it to the counter and very very excellent service I hardly recommend this place

I was looking for light bulbs,when an employee walked between me and the rack I was looking at never said excuse me or anything,I finally asked if he worked there, he said yes and ignored me I finally asked him if he had the adapter I needed he told me to ask in the front cause he didnt know.No customer service,quite rude need to train employees about customer service because without customers NO JOB !

This is the WORST Auto Zone across the country by far! We have been stationed all over the country and always use AZ for parts, but not anymore. They never have any parts in stock and it takes them 2-3 days to get them. This is not a problem caused by Covid-19 either. This is a chronic situation that has just continued. Even for popular vehicle models you will not find them at this store. It is always a waste of time and energy to go into this store. Go to OReilly or NAPA to get actual parts. It is not worth wasting your time!

Got a fancy new key fob? Need a battery in one? These guys took care of it...the only thing I have to worry about is how to reset the code for key battery low.

For Grants, this location is convenient. The staff turns the star rating to a 2, they are not very friendly and I always feel like a bother asking for assistance. The times Ive had to return here, I make sure I know my item number so I can go in and out, and thats usually if OReillys does not have what I need.

There was an employee who didnt have a mask on.

Stopped here in a rainstorm needing to replace awful windshield wipers. These guys were generous enough to even put the new blades on my car in the pouring rain. So appreciative of their service!

They dont have good customer experience or training to handle ur business, they are Ill trained and unknowable in the automotive industry.

Traveling and had what we thought was a bad wheel bearing hub, they had the part. Turned out to be broken wheel studs. They went way out of their way with the tools needed for a big $4 sale for wheel studs. Could not ask for better service!

Here in the small town of Grants you will be surprised what we have.

I was traveling from Los Angelas, Ca to Nashville Tn in the middle of an ice storm. Of course I had car trouble. I stopped at a Car Quest parts store in Arizona determined that I needed a new Alternator. Of course the new alternator I installed was no good so 100 miles down the road here I am with a bad alternator again. It was getting dark on me at this point and lucky for me I chose this Autozone to stop at. Bruce helped me and went way above and beyond to help me with my repair. He made sure I got the right part, gave me the right tools (instead of just a basket of junk tools like the last guy) came out to the truck and held a light so I could see to put the new alternator on. Remember it was very very cold outside and this guy suffered through it with me. I will never forget your kindness in gettin me back on the road. You went out of your way for a stranger who needed a hand and I really really appreciate it. Bruce Canfield is not only an asset to Autozone hes a great guy.

Staff isnt what it used to be...the staff here used to be very knowledgeable especially when it came to my 71 Chevy they also used to be nicer...I get a sense of condescension whenever I talk to any of them.
