The after sale Service is lousy, you need an appointment for any minor adjustment that’s a month or so away. (Here in Grants ) After finally I got an appointment which I waited a month, I tried my hearing aid after they worked on it, I told them it was too loud, shrill, I was told you’ll get used to it, they wouldn’t adjust it. Today I went in to pickup the other hearing aide that I had repaired, which wasn’t in. I informed them of my problem, I was told they were busy you’ll have to made an appointment. I was planning on up grading but after all this I’ve changed my mind. In my opinion they don’t seem to care of their patients, They made your sale anyway .Edit- Since I wrote this first review I’ve been back a couple of times to have both my hearing aids adjusted. The hearing aid specialist and his secretary were very kind and professional towards me. Both hearing aids were adjusted, and never have I heard and understood as clearly as I do now. Thank you
