Great experience! I’m not used to this level of customer service from a dealership. I visited yesterday and was greeted by Roy who showed me around, answered all of my questions and threw out some suggestions that I had not even thought about. I was really impressed by his knowledge. We looked at a wide range of bikes and types and he could tell me everything about them along with the different changes from the previous years. Not your typical salesman who will give you vanilla information that he read out of the brochure but real world information coming from someone who has riding experience. I’ve been riding for almost 20 years now and this has been the best dealer experience so far. I couldn’t recommend this place more. 10/10

I am a new rider and I wanted a good 500cc standard bike to start off my “riding career.” I walked into DFW Honda with an idea of what I wanted, but not 100% sure on what was the best fit for me. Merlin quickly greeted me and helped narrow down the best fit for me. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase (a CB500F) and look forward to start riding. My thanks to Justin as well, who made the financial side of buying the bike smooth and non-stressful. I will be taking my bike back to DFW Honda when it’s due for servicing. Highly recommend this dealer.

I called Merlin before arriving to the dealership. He confirmed bike specifics over the phone with me and my spouse was sitting next to me and witnessed the call. After arriving at the dealership, and paying what was agreed upon, I come to find out the bike I discussed on the phone was not what I had purchased. The bike I received was lacking some features. I ended up paying more than $1500 above MSRP.My OTD cost was $5523. The Title receipt says the sales price was $4619. Definitely a discrepancy in what I paid and what was reported. Its possible that someone padded their wallet with the difference.In any case, Ill never be going back to this dealership again. The first thing I did when returning home was to remove the license plate frame, this is definitely NOT a dealership I would advertise for free.The man at the counter helping with motorcycle apparel and accessories is extremely kind and helpful. The young man who helped handle the financial part of the transaction was also very kind and helpful.

Just left the dealership and I dont think Ive ever been to a dealership that was so uninterested in selling a vehicle. We are looking to buy a UTV and a 4 wheeler, but this dealership apparently has plenty of customers and doesnt need anymore. No offer to test drive anything that was on the lot. Didnt even blink and offer to show us the 4 wheelers that were inside, even after I mentioned that were buying 1. Only 1 salesperson that could be bothered to show us the models that we are interested in that had literally been driven to the back as we were driving up to the parking lot. Yes, they were already sold, but there were 2 other UTVs in the parking lot that had not been sold. Seems like that could have happened.Well, DFW Honda, its good that youre doing so well that you dont need customers who want to buy products. Well not take up any more of your time. Thank you

Sales team was excellent. My son and I both bought motorcycles from them. They had a good inventory to pick from and they were extremely helpful. But service after the sale is nonexistent. Tried to call Monday. They are closed. I sent a service request with all the details. Said they would contact me. Tuesday no response, Wednesday no response. Sent message on Thursday and sales guy said they would call me. No call no message. Friday no call. Sent another service request today with all the details. No response. Time I guess to find another shop. So if you are looking to purchase a bike - go for it but dont expect service after the fact.

Amazing service! These guys are the best!Brought my Honda Metropolitan for a tune-up and Jacob went above and beyond to fix her up, completely cleaned out the carburetor, and made sure she was working perfectly. He was very knowledgeable and gave me very good recommendations so I plan to bring my bike back for all future repairs!Also, shout out to Colby for being awesome, King for helping me with helmets, and Tony for driving me back to DFW Honda.

Merlin was the best salesman! He greeted our family at the door. Asked us what we was interested in and took a dirtbike out from the back inventory to let me son sit on it and make sure that was the right size for him. He also showed us around the store and made conversation with my kids. We will definitely be back when we are ready to make our purchase! If you ever are there go see Merlin!

I walked in here to buy my first motorcycle in April.I knew what I wanted and Dustin walked me through the process. He knows all about bikes and was able to answer every question I had and brought up answers to the questions I didnt know to ask.John took care of the sale and is a long time rider and hes a great guy to talk with.Bart in parts can track down any accessories you want or need and hes great to work with.Ive dealt with Jacob (Service Manager) and Jason in the service department.Theyve done my first service and due to a recent accident theyre taking care of the repairsThis is my first claim and Jacob and Jason are dealing with the insurance and since theyre experts with Hondas, Im totally confident my bike will be tight when I get it back.I recommend this shop for sales, service and repairs.

Was back and forth with Merlin on a bike, which was a challenge during this pandemic. I had my heart set on a brand new bike but wound up buying a gently used on and have been quite happy with it (Ill be back for that new one in a year or two). Im writing this review today because, like most used bikes, mine came with only one key, and the key is a very special laser-cut one that had to be special ordered. It arrived and when I tried it it fit the ignition but would not come out. The service guy took the bike back immediately and started working on it, including calling the central key cutting facility in California who walked them through resolving the issue. I rode home with my bike instead of having to leave it and they were very clear that they would stand behind the key and bike. I will be buying my next bike from them as well as service. Thumbs up.

Very friendly folks inside. Happy to help me out with questions and concerns of new bike ownership. John Daly answered each question and even was happy to show me some items for my impending purchase. He also held the bike steady and had me sit on it in riding position so knew the feel of its stance and the forward controls. I never felt a moment of pressure only welcomed assistance. Im a few months from buying but I definitely will buy from them hands down. Ill definitely update after purchase, most likely with more praise.

Just moved to Texas from California and stopped here on a whim after roller skating next door at skate town. Met a knowledgeable young salesman named Sam who helped us buy a CRF110 for my son and a 125 for me. Plus they had nice selection of helmets and other accessories in stock that we were able to take advantage of and I got a fair deal on the price. Highly recommend this place!!!

We purchased our first motorcycle here and were happy with the service we got. Merlin House is the man. Hes a great guy. He definitely met our criteria for a great customer service. Im very hard to deal with when it comes to negotiations but Merlin is very patient and I would say that, if not because of his good character and his sincerity I will not approved the purchase. I wouldnt leave a review for a dealership under other conditions, but my experience buying a motorcycle for my wife from DFW Honda was not only a breeze but overall, GREAT. Good service, not pushy and willing to work different angles to make a deal happen that would ultimately favor the buyer. Cant say Ive been treated this well in other dealerships. Highly recommended!

I am Interested in purchasing the 2021 CBR 600 RR. When I walked in, it was like I was invisible. Not one person greeted me, nor acknowledged I was there. I do believe everything happens for a reason. I was prepared to purchase in full. Like I said everything happens for a reason, it wasnt in cards for me to own a bike that day.

Merlin what a great salesman, he can sell ice to an Eskimo oh and Chad wow gave me an entire tutorial on the entire bike like a politician running for office. Id vote for him. Traded in a bike and bought a new TRX90 for my son. The process was very easy, and convenient. I live an hour away so I just submitted a request through the website and received a call about valuing my trade and getting availability of the new machine as well. Dustin was very nice and helpful as I was trying to figure out a Honda employee purchase -which did not work out in the end . But Dustin responded everytime I had a question and got the deal ready to go when I decided to pull the trigger. Delivery went very quick - I got hooked up with Ryan in finance which got me in and out quick and we were on our way. Nothing negative to say about this transaction.

Roy Marohn was my salesperson had the greatest experience spent all the time in the world explaining the 2020 Honda goldwing to me offered a test drive of the DCT as well, it was later in the evening I hadnt really had time to compare prices.They were selling at full MSRP price, And overnight at the motel I found the exact same bike for $1,500 off, And I definitely wanted to buy from Roy but no way was I going to leave $1,500 on the table for the exact same bike, so when we showed up Saturday morning I just asked him to match the price and he just told me absolutely no way they dont do it and that was it we walked out within 5 minutes unfortunately Roy didnt get the sale or the commission.But thats their policy, just not a discount motorcycle dealer.I was probably going to add about 2 or $3,000 of accessories so they lost that unfortunately Ill just buy elsewhere.Its a fabulous store theres a lot of action, a lot of bikes on the floor I could tell its well ran and very well maintained but unfortunately couldnt buy a motorcycle this time.

I have no reason to think that the service I received on my Goldwing wasn’t very well done. The only issue I have is the unreasonable amount I was charged. I did receive a quote prior to arrival so I only have myself to blame but I was in a hurry and didn’t do my homework. Once I dropped off my bike, while waiting I contacted two other local Honda Dealers and asked the cost for the exact same service. One quoted me $400 and the other $520. I paid $628 at DFW Honda. Lesson learned and advise to anyone going in for a large service, take the time to do some comparative pricing. These folks may do a good job, but hard to justify the huge difference in cost. It’s unlikely I will go back.

I visited this place one time because I was looking for a bike for the spring. I had called ahead and spoke to the lady who answered the phone and asked if the bike I wanted was there on the floor, she said she looked and that she did have it there. After I arrived it was determined that she made a mistake and that it was in a warehouse, not at the store. This was frustrating after I made the drive to grapevine from Fort Worth. Dustin, the salesman was very kind with talking to me and doing the small talk that sales associates do. So it turned out the bike wasnt in the warehouse and that they hadnt received the 2020 models, so there was a break down in communication somewhere in the process. Dustin later called me a few weeks after my initial meeting with him stating that he would soon be getting the bike that I wanted. This made me excited so I ask him to run the numbers and tell me what Id end up saying for the bike. He ended up telling me that out the door I would be looking at over $8,000. I believe he said $8,200. This was a major deal breaker because the MSRP on the bike from Honda was $6,999. He mentioned fees, service charges and all that, I felt I was getting screwed over with mark up so I ended my business with DFW Honda and started calling other places.I ended up finding Jones Powersports out of Durant, Ok. The price they told me over the phone was the price I paid, no fees, no service charges and nothing sketchy. I drove two hours to get my bike from here. They beat DFW Honda out of Grapevine TX by almost $1,500. The exact same bike that Dustin from DFW Honda was trying to sell to me was $6,750 out of the door from Jones Powersports.Let this be a lesson to DFW Honda because you lost my business. I was a serious buyer looking for a new bike and due to your insane mark up you lost a sale. On top of this, because you tried to over price your product to me I will never get my services done by your shop either. You cant have the dealership advertising a product on their website for $6,999 MSRP and expect the customer to walk out with an $8,200 bill.I will not recommend this shop. I advise people to shop around, even look at shop across the Texas line. You may end up like me and save a lot of money.

We have actually been to this dealership twice the first time was a few years ago the sales guy gave us lots of information and wasn’t pushy we didn’t end up buying with them just because they didn’t have the bike on the floor we bought from an individual instead. Fast track to wanting a new 2 wheel toy we were in the area looking at a used vehicle but unhappy with the condition we decided to go back to a dealership. We were in Denton so we stopped at a store in Denton went in no one would give us the time of day never once did they ask us if we needed help. I told my wife let’s go back to grapevine I’m not giving this place our business.We walk into the Dfw Honda store and are immediately greeted by Roy and asked if we need any help. We had two that we were considering the sales guys was knowledgeable and gave use info on the two. Offered to let us drive both NEW vehicles. Not once was Roy pushy he gave us time to discuss and kept us informed in the process. We left with our new two wheel toy and couldn’t be happier with the service. We live 3 hours away and will recommend it’s worth the drive and will more than likely return to this location if we find ourselves wanting another two wheel toy. Thank you!!

I worked with Payton (via email) for a few days in finding the right bike for a “maturing” experienced rider.Upon coming in to the dealership, his professional approach and guidance was exactly on point and aligned with my needs. I have been very pleased with my purchase post sale.DFW Honda was one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to ease of transaction and interaction with the entire staff. I want to give a shout out to Jacob and Bart- These 2 guys take good care of me. On 2 separate occasions i had to take my bikes- first time my gold wing for a CB and antenna install and my second time my vtx1800 for a clutch hyrdo fluid flush and change. Both times being able to fit me in on Friday late afternoon around 5 or so. I have had no issues with my service and will always let the pros take care of my bikes. Bart is the master mind behind the parts catalogs. Im so glad this shop is not that far from the house and will continue to bring my bikes here for service.

Preston Dendy impressed us with his insightful perspective and understanding approach.In no time Id eliminated some considerations like a BMW, not because theyre not great bikes, but just in answering some of Prestons questions, he made me realize that Id be better off beginning a less complex ownership experience. Zero star experience - I have never provided a zero star experience ever but I guess there is a first time for everything!!I had a horrible experience dealing with salesman Merlin House on a used motorcycle purchase that they have listed out on their website.Heres the summary - I have found 3 competitively priced Harleys - one from a Harley dealership with lesser miles than what I have found in DFW Honda. I was courteous enough to ask hey I am only requesting if you can come down by 1000$ than the price you have listed on your website?He could have easily said that he can or not commit to that instead he responded in the following statements:I will be blunt with you - Really man - you want to be blunt with a prospective customer - thats how you guys do sales these days huh?Why are we still communicating, didnt you find one in Wisconsin - go buy that one and save money. I was baffled that someone can be this rude and arrogant and still be a salesman!!DFW Honda - I hope you will understand that often times customers find competitive offers and they are looking for a reason to buy one. It is your responsibility to offer a reason - and the one I was looking for was 1000 - 500$ cheaper than the other offer. Tell me what is wrong in that? Did you have to be rude? Unbelievable. How can you be in this business and not be customer oriented?And the drama did not stop there - when I have communciated that he didnt have to be rude then he said he can try communicating with management - are you serious that after you treated me so rudely that I will trust or work with you? no way!! So I asked to talk to his manager only to be told that the motor cycle is sold. I bought 2007 gold wing trike with 8000 miles my first bike my salesman Roy no matter what I say it wont do Roy justice been 20 years since I been on a bike Roy hit out of the park about like throwing from center field to home and ball never hit the ground I give a lot of money for it but felt good when I left .I came back the next day to look at accessories Roy told to enjoy the bike 2 or 3 months then decide very helpful. Took Honda Ruckus in for service to get ready for inspection and to fix any problems. When I got scooter home, I found that the tail light cable had been clipped and taped. This will not permit the stop light to come on when the left brake lever is pulled. Called and was not offered an explanation but was told they would order the part. Wow.

Used inventory is vastly overpriced. Salesmen are very pompous. Parts department is either overworked or has very poor customer service. I was told Id get a call back twice, which never happened, and instead had to keep calling to discuss an order I had placed but had not received.

Just finished a long distance cash deal from Houston. Preston took great care of me and we did 90% of the deal via text. The rapid response team is real. I texted at 8p on a Sunday night and he got back to me right away. They have a good selection and their website works better than most. Price was competitive and fair. My sales person was Roy. I bought a 2020 nc750x DCT ABS. Everyone I interacted with was great; sales people, finance people, etc. Later I brought the bike in to have some modifications done and everyone in service was just as helpful and friendly as the people I interacted with when I first bought the bike. By far one of the better dealership experience that Ive had. Great people and the environment seemed very much as that of a family household. When I bought my first bike Preston made sure it was the right fit and he is super knowledgeable about everything at the dealership. They quoted me $3,300 over the phone for a Honda 110 CRF and I drove 40 mins to look at the dirt-bike and buy it but then they told me the cost was gonna be $3,549. The msrp is$2,499 for this bike and they raised it over $1,050. What frustrates me the most is that I drove there expecting a certain price - be up front with the costs so I don’t waste my time.

They took excellent care of me. I have my beast of a bike the 2015 Honda CB1000R. I have to say after years spent learning on my 1994 CB1000F. I am a super lucky rider to jump on the same bike model 21 years later. I have to thank Preston who sold me my bike and Merrit, I think she is one of the managers... she was super nice to follow up and made sure the deal was going smooth and took care of me. I highly recommend DFW Honda.

Have only had contact with this dealer a few years ago on a ride they sponsored for over 70 bikes. They seemed outstanding in appearance and facilities. Going to take my 2002 Honda Valkyrie in for timing belt replacement, service and plugs before my trip through Colo, Utah, Nevada and New Mexico. Will their service department be up to the task? More later....

I was very impressed with Preston when I went into this dealership to look at purchasing a couple of Honda Monkeys. He was no pressure, easy to be around, and knowledgeable about the bikes. I’ve got to sell a bike before I dive into the Monkeys and he even reached out to other dealers trying to work a buy out for my HD.

I spoke with John Thompson last summer while bike shopping. I decided to wait a little bit but remembered him when ready to buy a couple weeks ago. Straightforward, fair, no pressure & very helpful. I bought a CB1100 with a service plan & am very happy with the bike and the buying experience. John, Merritt, & Robby all made the process very easy. My plates arrived about a week after I bought the bike & John called right away to let me know. I would recommend DFW Honda or buy from them again.

Very simple and easy purchase. I made a couple of phone calls to Preston on the sales staff, visited the dealership, bought a helmet from the parts department (who was very helpful) and left with a new bike. All the staff were very nice and professional.
