I recently got my clutch, pressure plate and flywheel replaced by German Car Care. Their pricing was excellent compared to other shops and their customer service was fantastic. They were very clear and communicated any time there was an update on my vehicle. I picked my car back up yesterday and was amazed at how much better my car drove. I have veen using their services for years and have always received superlative service. I trust them more than anyone else to touch my car. my most recent experience with them kicked up to a lot more notches as they not only dealt with my auto emergency in a very professional and thorough fashion but also ensured that it was fixed with minimal fuss and cost. To ensure that I did not have any issues reoccur when I had to get the annual inspection done (which was due just then) they rechecked the systems and got it done for me! They made the whole process very convenient and painless and I loved the transparency of the whole operation. This is the FIRST TIME I ever went outside of the Mercedes-Benz dealership to have work performed on my 2013 MLB 350. They completed my A service. I had to come back because of a loud sound I could hear when I drove. We had some hiccups getting the problem corrected but I absolutely appreciate them for their professionalism, great work, making things right for me and getting the issue resolved quickly!!! I went to German Car Garage in Grapevine today for the first time, to install 2 trims on my BMW X6., Joe the owner and one of his guy install this in no time, when I asked for how much its going to cost, he said it is free!! I was more than surprise to hear this. They did a good quality installation and I was flawed that he did not charge me anything for this, dealership wanted to charge me 1 hour labor for this installation, I have never experience this kind of generosity from a car garage before. They are not after money, they want to do quality job and make people happy. I am becoming his customer from today.

German Car Care was recommended to me by a coworker for a check engine light on my BMW 428i that is no longer under warranty. There was an issue with the thermostat. I received a call that this issue would still be covered by BMW and they even called BMW for me and alerted the service tech. They could have done the work, not said anything and got paid; I would have had no clue. The honesty and the work they did perform for me (oil change, brake fluid check and routine vehicle service) has made me a customer for life! Great company and friendly people!

I am a business owner and provide a service to people and I know how hard I work at and go the extra miles to ensure customers are serviced far past their expectations and the entire team at German Car Care in Grapevine are 110% consistently on target. I have been using them for 5 years and they are honest, straightforward and explain options that work with your budget. Never have they tried to “upsell” me on services I do not need. They are all consummate professionals on top of their business and focused on their clients and what’s best for each individual client. I moved from the area but travel back for my car service because I as long as I’m in a reasonable driving distance, I will never leave them. I have to wait on my car so I’ve witnessed them interact with many of their clients and across the board they treat everyone with respect and provide the same straightforward honest advice. I have several expensive repairs needed on my car and they helped me prioritize the repairs over the next few months that is manageable with my budget. Never have they delivered high pressure unneeded repairs, that is simply not how they do business. They are there for the long haul not to make additional money off each client to pad their pockets. As a single woman with a reduced income due to Covid, German Car Care has seen to it my most urgent repairs are being addressed and we are working towards having all repairs completed in the next few months. They are the best Mercedes mechanic shop in DFW, and over the years I have been to many, none compare to this team!

Your experience may be different!Member of Chriss staff (New owner) called today and asked what they can do to make this right (even though they are not responsible for the previous owners issues).A positive - It sounds like the new owner Chris wants to take care of their customers.For me to much time has passed.CAR BMW 530I- Never again!!! Shocks installed incorrectly by Chirs, cost: four tires ($295.00 each), alignment twice ($199.00 each time), suspension inspection ($450.00), cost to replace components $1250.00, DIY website photo provided (arrows) so you can get right next time, the alignment pin goes in the alignment hole! and oh by the way I was not informed Chris did not have the tools to do the job, Chriss sends your car to a different shop to be aligned. Corrected by BMW-Mechanic removed and failed to reinstall center under body floor pan (service the transmission), BMW replaced the under body floor pan, changed the transmission fluid and replaced the filter $300+.-Air conditioning system Chris replaced thermostat and charged the cooling system, no help. Condenser cracked replaced by by BMW works great now $900+.I did not want to give you one star but, you must select something to post a review you (old Owner) should get ZERO stars!!!!

I would highly recommend German Car Care for anyone that owns a German car. We were experiencing increased road noise in our BMW 7 Series. After physically reviewing the back tires they appeared chopped indicating issues with the rear shocks. This was my first experience with Joe at German Car Care and he was extremely forthcoming, honest and thorough with his analysis and recommendations. As it was the Friday before the Christmas break, he did not hesitate in accommodating us for the repairs/replacements so that we could begin our road trip the day after Christmas. Aside from accommodating us into his busy holiday schedule, he went above and beyond what was expected. He reached out to the local Discount tire and managed to get us in for tire replacement by calling ahead and also advising us on the tire pricing and necessary recommendations. Further to that he reached to his contact at Garys Alignment and arranged for a wheel alignment for the very next day. Had it not been for his professionalism and strong relationships with these contacts we would not have been able to leave on our family trip as scheduled.We would HIGHLY recommend German Car Care for all your maintenance and repair needs given their honesty, professionalism and dedication to quality service and customer care. This is definitely a shop where the owner and staff take pride in their work, reputation, years of knowledge, customer service before/after the work and customer satisfaction. Long overdue for this review! I would highly recommend this location to work on your Mercedes or BMW as I have had Joe and his crew work on both. Tremendous customer service and communication to coincide with outstanding auto service is a rare find anymore. I feel very fortunate to find it close to home. I feel comfortable that they will fix what is necessary at a very fair price vs the dealership. I never feel like they up sale me on anything. It has been my experience that they work very well with third party warranties. Great work German Car Care and continued success. It is well deserved!

I bought a new license plate frame for my BMW. I was missing a screw from my current license plate frame, which had come loose on one side. I slipped into German Car Care around lunchtime on Tuesday to see if they had the correct size of screw and could install my new frame. I spoke with Joe who said he did not have the screw but he would order one directly from BMW to be delivered to their shop in a couple of hours. I returned later in the afternoon. Joe installed my new plate cover (which looks super cute) within 10 minutes and he refused to let me pay. I know the screw probably only cost him like 50 cents but it took a little time to order and install. He was quick and very friendly!! I highly recommend giving German Car Care a try!!!!

Had them work on my 2015 Smart Fortwo, and they did an absolute amazing job. They notified me of a few problem areas, but also gave me a time frame of when a fix would be absolutely necessary, and made sure to check over every single system of my car. They found a small axle boot leak, which we found we needed to replace within the year or so, and we will now absolutely be doing it with German Car Care. Stand up shop, and absolutely will be back.Thanks again, all!

I had an oil leak on my 2013 X3. I was able to get the car in *QUICKLY for a diagnosis and they are opened on Saturday which is great. They looked at it and even waived the diagnosis fee which earns them *CUSTOMER CARE points in my book. Their quote/pictures taken/communication was all done online which was really cool and it was all available within the next 48 hrs after I brought the car in. Though we decided to take the car somewhere else due to finding a better quote, the rest of the experience was great and I would recommend them. I cannot speak as to the quality of the service since we do not get anything done there.

Top quality car care ASE Certified Mechanics. If you want your repairs, etc. to be done right, then you want to make sure that the man working on your auto is ASE Certified. They will have the expertise and tools to do the job right without guessing at what needs to be done. Previously, I owned Mercedes Repair in Houston, Texas. I know what Im talking about.German Car Care works on all of the premium European autos. This was my first time to take my car in there for service, a 2009 Mercedes CLK350 Cabriolet. Im 78 years old and this is my favorite auto, and I take care of it so that it will last for the rest of my life. Thats why I came here.The facility is very clean. What a great service center..This is my third Mercedes and I have always taken my cars to a dealer. In 2015 I gave Chriss Car Care now German Car Care a try and will never go back to a dealer for service. Joe and his team are great to work with. They are professional and well trained and work with up to date computer systems just like the dealers. I have all my service including A, B, and C service performed by them andit is same as a dealer but more affordable. Records are well kept to advise me when maintenance time table requires work. I get appoints for service, usually wait in a great clean waiting room and repairs arealways ready on time. If you want quality work and people you can trust the is the service center for you. I highly recommend you give them a try.

#1 dealership alternative in Grapevine. After bringing in my BMW 535i for front brakes and a service, I feel I sacrificed nothing compared to the dealer, and paid a far more reasonable price. I find Joe and his team to be very honest and hard-working, Ive been there quite a few times with my Mini Cooper and they always quote me fairly and get the work done quick. Today I decided that I was going to decline the work and take it to the dealership because my warranty has only been out for a year, and they didnt even charge me the fee for diagnostics that they ran. I would highly recommend taking your car to them, and feel like they are one of the few honest mechanic shops still out there.

I was taking my 2010 Mercedes E350 to this facility for a couple of years. My last experience was not good. I brought the car in for a squeeking idler wheel and they came back with changing ALL idler pulleys, belt, motor mounts were crushed, watching a leaky engine seal. As a former garage mechanic, I would have expected to have the faulty idler wheel replaced not all of them. The estimate of all the work they estimated was going to be over $2K. They recommended replacing all idler wheels as they will eventually fail. I went to import auto center they replaced the faulty idler wheel for under $200 and the car has been running great for over a year. They lost me as a customer due to the excessive repairs they recommended. When you lose trust, you need to change shops.

I think weve found an honest and knowledgeable BMW mechanic near our residence. The overall staff is great and Joe is the best! The rates are not cheap however reasonable. I hope they keep the rates competitive. Ill definitely trust them with all auto repairs.

Excellent service! Was experiencing electrical issues with my Mercedes and these folks quickly diagnosed the problem, searched for a reasonably priced replacement part (I ended up saving close to $100 from dealer price!) and performed the repair work quickly. When i picked up my car it had been washed, vacuumed & even the clock had been reset. They exhibit a high degree of integrity and go out of their way to meet their customers needs.

I cant say enough good things about this place. They are very knowledgeable, honest and perform quality repair. I am a repeat customer and cant think of taking my BMW anywhere else for repair!

Wow! What service. Porsche dealerships (and dealerships in general I’m told) are known for overcharging. That’s why I’m glad they are so close to Porsche Grapevine. I brought my 2008 911 S in for a service and exhaust rattle, along with the invoice from the dealer. German Car Care has taken car repair service to a new level. I have been servicing the 3 BMW 5 series I have owned consecutively at this company when it started as Chris Car care some 23 years ago.Now with a new name and under new management this company continues to define integrity and honesty as a way of life at this shop. They are not out to do unnecessary and not needed repair on your car which could cost you a lot of money. Joe and team do excellent work. I have been there several times, and always receive great service! I recently brought in my BMW X5 xDrive50i, which is prone to issues, and they were able to arrange for the BMW dealer to fix a couple items under long term warranty (read: recall) at no charge from them nor the dealer.

I have been coming here for the past couple years and they are great. They are quick to diagnose the problem and quick to fix it. The customer service is also great. Never had any problems with the shop or the parts.

I had been to 4 other authorized Mercedes dealerships prior to GCC, and no one could figure out what was wrong with my car and not to mention 3k later in unnecessary costs. FRUSTRATING! This recommendation is long overdue! Chris Car Care by far sets the standard for service and customer care. Joe, Trisha and Mack make you feel part of the family. I own a 2000 Mercedes that needed a lot of repair over the years. Instead of spending a large amount of money to fix all the repairs, including all the superficial repairs, Joe presented me with options. Joe put together a cost analysis that included must have and nice to have repairs with the associated cost for each. He explained in great detail each line item and the rational for the associated repair. This allowed me to take part in the process and as a result enabled me to make an informed decision.Any repair that was performed was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive and better QUALITY than any dealer or repair center in the DFW area. These folks know their stuff and are able to articulate it to the lay person. I have not had an issue with my car that Mack cant handle. It is evident that there is a great deal of respect among the team for the expertise that each member possesses...this carries over to the positive customer experience that I have had. Trisha, the customer service specialist, is always eager to put your mind at ease. She shared with me that she travels quite a distance to work daily. She stated that she does it because the team is like family and Chris Car Service provides a great work environment.I CANT recall a time when I left there feeling worse than I did walking in! I’ll leave a 5 star review after every single visit because I have never had anything but an incredible experience. I have a 2008 Mini Cooper that can be very costly when it comes to repairs if I take it to the dealership. Today, they replaced a couple light bulbs for free and let me know what to expect will need work I’m the future so I can be planning for it. They are over the top friendlya me helpful and I’ll never take my car anywhere else!!
