So helpful. The store is always well stocked and kept in an organized fashion. They stock a wide variety of product. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to assist. You can ask any question and you will get an honest answer. An answer that you can use to make a good decision for yourself. I have been going to Sallys for years, and I will continue to go to Sallys.
Employee, Tammy helped me was so warm and wonderful. She showed me all the options I had and gave me tips on getting the best results. Will shop with her specifically, again!
I walked in the lady asks if she can help and I said yes. Mind you she was behind the counter with no customer in front of her. She says I can after I ring her up I was like who? So I walked around and still no one was at this register with this woman. She was literally talking about someone who was shopping but had no intentions of checking out anytime soon. Needless to say after she waiting and waited for this one special customer to check out then she just same to where my daughter was standing. No apology for the extreme wait or for blowing me off. Nor did she ask what she could help with. This store is not where you go if you need assistance.

The staff was very helpful and nice but the last 2 times i’ve come in, a staff member was wearing a MESH face covering. it made me very uncomfortable that they aren’t following proper protocols to keep themselves and others safe.
Curb side service. I’d give it a zero. The store has one phone line. You call and place your order. That takes several attempts to get through. Once that’s done you drive over. Then you call again. Repeat. Busy disconnect. Call repeat. After many unsuccessful attempt to get through I got out of my car and went up to the door and knocked. One of the employees(who was stocking shelves for zero customers) came forward and tapped on the window glass at their shoe polished sign that said SORRY WE ONLY HAVE ONE PHONE LINE. THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE.Then walked away. They both saw me standing at the door and both ignored me for 20min at least. It took me 45 min to get my order. I had to make phone contact to let them know what I was there to pick up. Ladies be glad you still have a job and stop being jerks to your customers.

Got a nice greeting and all downhill after that. Checkout was without any pleasantness. Maybe the plague has gotten to the employees. We got no please and no thank you. Non return to places that treat us like that.

The manager doesn’t have a clue about what customer service is. She is very rude, not helpful and mean to customers AND employees, I don’t understand why she is still there! I’d rather go to the store on 183 than coming to her. Awful person

Fatal customer service! I opened the door of the store at 5:55 and the employee told me that she could not let me in because they had just closed, I told her it is not 6pm and the door is open and she says sorry we are closed. She didnt even have the courtesy to offer me the services online.

Every beauty requirement, gadget, tool and necessary assessory is in stock at a price you can afford for professionals and non-professional alike. This is a very well stocked store that is centrally located for easy on the spot shopping. I personally found what I needed and couldnt find at any other store so this success made my trip very worth while. The sales associate was there to help in a friendly way and that alone does make a difference. This is great for one stop beauty shopping.
I love this location! Every employee is SOOO helpful! They are wonderful and polite, even when I have numerous silly questions!! Tammy, the manager runs her store efficiently and is never too busy to stop and help customers, me!, as well! I cant say enough about this Sallys!! I would drive out of my way to go to this store!!!
Store associates are RUDE and because of them I will NOT spend my money here. This is the third time Ive walked in and received horrible customer service and walked out empty handed just because I felt uncomfortable. From all of the other reviews Ive read I know its not just me.
The girl at the register didnt show me where the products were. Instead, she pointed to where they were located. When I came in, she asked what I was looking for, and when I told her, she still asked about the wrong product.
Has all the hair supplies I need however the associates are not friendly. Ive visited this particular store monthly for several years and no one has ever acknowledge me when I walk in. They often walk past you and not speak or even ask you if youre finding everything OK. You need to know what you want and hunt it down yourself.
PLEASE READ!!I was having such a good day and my wife calls me to get her some damn hair dye, (shes only has like 3 hair Idk what the hell she needs it for) but anyways I go into this nice looking store not expecting to be there forever because I needed to go number 2 😨 I go in there looking for these weird products my wife wanted and let me tell you Ive never in my life have struggled so hard to find the right damn hair dye! I was about ready to check out and this woman yells thats her cash is closed and some non sense but eventually got kicked out when they werent even closed yet??? Idk what the hell is going on man Ive never felt so long in my life and after I find it I cant buy?!?! Im gonna be honest, if you guys read this Im praying for yall because my wife is going to raise some hell.. good luck 👍🏽 I hope yall have a nice tea party ;)
Every time I have been in there the employees are not friendly at all. If you ask them a question they always respond rudely. I thought maybe it was just one of those days where they were overwhelmed but no. I have been in 3 times and every time they are rude. I asked if they had something in stock and right away she acted like I was dumb for asking. I will not be coming here anymore because of the rude employees.

Good variety but SAllys has gotten super expensive over the years even with a Sally card...you can definitely get products for less elsewhere. If I owned a salon and needed bulk products Id shop here but no other need really
As someone who deals with customers, I know it can be frustrating sometimes. But Ive never in my life seen such horrible customer service. all I wanted to do was buy a $45 blowdryer but they kept telling me it was actually $70 when the sign clearly said $45. They were so rude about it and were talking to me like I was the stupid one. Since it was such a big deal I said I wasnt interested anymore. As I was leaving they didnt say a word, no sorry about that or even have a nice day. I asked to have the manager contact me to address the problem but its been 4 days and havent heard anything. I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of bitchy high school girls. Seriously, youll find better customer service at wal mart.

I went about 2 days ago to get some nail products and I walked out empty handed the employees are rude they don’t help and seems like that have a attitude any time I’m in there . I will not be returning and I will be calling corporate today to talk to them about my experience and ask them to check out the other Reviews. Those ladies need to be FIRED.
Fast clean and friendly
Pathetic, lazy, unknowledgeable individuals work here. If you want/need assistance forget it. I asked for a product that was on their current add (emailed the same day) and was told by the associate she wasnt sure what I was talking about first of all. Then after asking someone else, I was told they didnt have it and wouldnt receive the product for another 2 days. After contacting customer service and spending 30 mins on the phone, I was then told they actually had the item in stock. The staff does not know how to provide customer service. The associate was simply too lazy to go look in the back when the product was not seen on the shelf. Visibly frustrated that she was contacted by customer service and made to go get the items, she did not ask for my pro card # and she tried to charge me $12.99 for an item that was $4.99.
