As we all know, biking has become very popular this past year. Bikes are back in stock and out on the floor. Inside the store you are greeted with professionals who enjoy the very sport you are shopping for. Shoes, boots, clothing, Bikes, Skis, Snowboards, Water sports.Accessories galore. Associates are professional and more then willing to help you find what you need or what.

Great selection of athletic shoes and Brands. The winter boots are great too. 30 day trial period on shoes and boots.The swim suit collection takes up LOTS OF SPACE making it hard to make up your mind because of the Great selection. My husband and I went to buy 3 bikes and accessories from this store. The guys in the back selling the bikes were excellent! Helped us tremendously and were so nice. I give this review 2 stars because of the MANAGER. He was so rude to me when I got on the bike to try it out. It would have been completely different if he would have just politely asked me to get off of the bike. He yelled at me like I was a child. I told him I was sorry that the other guys told me it was okay. He kept on and on. I just kept politely saying I’m sorry. Another customer saw what happened came up to me and said wow that guy was so rude to you I’m sorry that happened. Come to find out it was the Manager of the store!!! If it weren’t for the 3 guys working in the back we would have left the store without buying the bikes.

Dropped a bike off in the shop and picked up a new one on the same trip! Great help on the floor and in the service center.Place is much improved since the remodel!

Alex was super helpful with my ski boots that were too tight . I bought new skis and boots this past season from here and Alex helped in that process as well. He was very personable and remembered me from months back, providing great customer service both times!

I was shopping among six stores including online bike stores to purchase a hybrid road bicycle. I selected this store as a result of me using the store to service my Raleigh bicycle. I found that this store had a reasonably priced bicycle that was lightweight with some durable accessories and components. The bike technician offered to put some of the components from my Raleigh bicycle onto the new 2017 Fuji Absolute which was on sale at the time. I bought the 3 year plan after getting a flyer and more information from the bike technician. I took the bike outside for a test ride and found that its different from my current bike, but I didnt mind. The bike technician was informative yesterday and today I went inside with the intent to buy one from here or online from the bike store. Obviously, I choose this store for various reasons, but people, location, and availability make a difference....not to mention the follow up services included with a bike purchase. I took a lot of pictures and notes about my new (15) year investment and choose this one. This company offers a military discount on purchases, so yes they will get my business from now on. I was treated with respect and greeted upon my arrival at the store. This store passed the test and is worth your time and consideration of any related purchase.Update: I put (10) miles on it as the road test. So far, so good!

Had an awesome experience having grinding noise fixed on my new bike. Talked to Mark sunday evening before the store closed for the day. Brought in my bike Tuesday afternoon, Mark fixed it in about 5 mints., and didnt charge said its just tiny adjuatment. This tells expertise and quality of service they have. 5 star for the service and big 5 star for Mark.

Just got my bike fixed. These guys are professional and nice, definitely will come again.

Took my bike here for repair and was really happy with their work. They fixed the problem - front chainrings needed to be bolted back in (don’t ask!!?), plus they dialed in both derailleurs, plus tightened my brakes... for $30!?? Of course it’s now my fav spot for all things cycling, duh!

This place was great! Couldnt believe this place was in texas but I guess Texas is more popular with snowboarding than I thought. Cameron was super helpful!

Purchased a bike here in February and unfortunately the bike has had its issues, but the bike shop guys have always gone above and beyond. Definitely appreciated the last visit when they said it would be 5-6 days before they could return the bike which turned into a phone call the next day. It was a nice surprise after the issues that I had with the North FW store while this one was closed. Also if you purchase a bike (whenever they get them in stock) get the protection plan.

Great sale at S&S due to an actual fire at Sears next door. But none of the inventory seemed affected and couldnt smell remnants nor even tell a fire had occurred. So insurance loss was definitely our gain across the board on all brand name merch.

Staff was helpful, grabbed some tires for mountain bike for a few dollars cheaper than what they were listed for on amazon. Last 2 bike shops I went to had those same tires for $20 more.

Took my skis in for wax. I was in and out in 10 min. Always friendly and knowledgeable.

Go-to store for all your adventure needs. I particularly like this location as the bike staff is SUPER helpful every time I come in. Id recommend them for any bicycle repairs or service. Mark answers all my questions and gives me time even when hes busy working on bikes. The bike selection is usually good but were seeing a huge boom in the industry so just give them some time to restock some brands.

Nothing but good things to say. I recently needed to get an aging pair of ski boots fitted which included some Heat/Molding/Reforming of the shell of the boots. I was prepared to leave them and return to pick-up but they made note of my home being 2 hours outside of town and addressed my need directly. That said, it was the ability to provide a professional service that few shops have the capability to do that sold me.... THANK YOU

Ive had my own road bike serviced here and had exceptional service. So when my friend needed a derailleur replaced on an older classic bike, we took the challenge to Aaron who not only took on the task with excitement but also had it completed quicker than expected. The seat and bars adjustment was also spot on. Aaron has a winning personality with his customers and really knows his stuff! Much appreciated!

Went there this morning to buy a road bike. The store was not busy. Stood by the bikes for 30 minutes. Pulled one down to check it out and the size. Was there by the bikes for 30-40 minutes. No one ever helped me. 2 employees walked by me. One of them twice. The other walked by and stopped a few feet and played on his phone. I put the bike up and left. Not sure how they run there bike shop there but seemed odd.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. It’s sad to come into a store and receive amazing customer service from the associates and then see how poor the management is. On multiple occasions when I have shopped here the line would be 4 people deep with one cashier and the manager would be on the computer disregarding the customers. Every time it’s the short older gentleman, Jim is his name I believe. I’ve worked in retail before and having to deal with this man on more than one occasion makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

The bike staff is beyond knowledgeable and professional. Some of the best Ive dealt with in DFW.

I am posting this due to the rude, non customer service we received from an old man working on the floor this past Saturday. We walked in around 2PM-3PM in search of a North Face jacket. He saw us coming towards him and rolled his eyes and turned around but we still approached him for a question. We asked him if there was a clearance section for winter jackets and he looked at us like we were stupid and blankly said no. He did not attempt to help us with anything else. He never welcomed us to the store, asked if we needed help or try to find a solution for us. I believe that stores should not have any racist, rude, grumpy personnel ever working their floor. He should be in the back away from human contact stacking shoes maybe. The best part is that 2 racks down from where he was organizing was a SALES rack with WINTER JACKETS! SO we were definitely convinced the lack of service was directed towards us. I see I am not the only review complaining about this man and yet I wonder why Sun & Ski Sports keeps him at their store!!

Definitely on the high end price wise, think REI, but the selections are the best in the area. If we only had the cold weather to justify my wifes ski and boot purchases, I would love it even more...Come to think of it the less cold weather, the less use, the less use, the less wear, therefore less purchases... Not likely, see you next year.

This place always has a great selection. We get all our ski clothes, and lake clothes here. great show selection as well. Mike is great to work with.

I went there and it felt like home. Everyone awesome especially Aaron. I went all other bike shops and have never met anyone as nice as him. It’s the best bike shop there is in my area.

They didnt have the exact bike I was looking for, but I just told my man Aaron what I was looking for and he showed me a bike that had everything I wanted. Very helpful and kind, five stars.
