Have been to this store 2 times within a month and the service is outstanding here! Mark and the sales staff are very helpful, patient & professional. Yankee sells exceptional products & their great sales are a huge plus!!!! Very satisfied customer here!!

Very helpful staff decent selection always some type of special discounts going on they always confirm my information with them at check out To be sure that I get the latest coupons. They offer me up sales that include better savings and it’s always a great experience walking into the store and the smell is always so pleasant!!

As an English person, I love visiting Yankee Candle in the U.S as their choice of scents is so much more extensive than ours. The foodie scents are amazing and I always make sure to stock up to bring home with me.The staff were lovely and friendly and the shop was just perfectly laid out.

Im sad that this place is permanently closed! I shopped here often!

I’m in hold now for one hour and counting!!! Since they laid off the US staff and went overseas, Yankee Candle is inept in customer service, I think I’m done as a good customer. The off shore site is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!

They always have a decent selection of scents and accessories. The staff are always eager to help or leave you alone.

Windy and Linda were very helpful and both provided Great customer serviceto me and my mother from Orlando. I didnt feel profiled in this store as I have been in others..Keep up the great work ladies!!!
