I spoke with Jacob about a transmission and a radiator problem that my truck had, which is under warranty. He told me that he will take about a week or two, to fix the problem but in reality they took 5 weeks. When I was finally able to pick my truck. I started my truck to warm up after 5 minutes there was a coolant and a transmission fluid leaking. I didnt even leave the shop and I could already tell it was already a bad job. I told Jacob about it and the mechanic took a look into it that same day and they both tried to push the blame into me. Basically saying that it was my fault that coolant is leaking because I used Radiator seal before I brought it in. For the transmission fluid they said it was perfectly normal that some of it leaks after being rebuilding it. However they did fix the coolant problem, a hose was not properly tightened. Again how can I be responsible for their work to blamed on is beyond me. The next day my tuck overheated because there was no coolant in the radiator and the transmission fluid was way lower than the minimum requirement. Afterwards I talked with Diane (Supervisor) and she told me that they will check on the transmission 6 months later and I will get my truck back that same day while I am there waiting. However I have a problem now that the truck shakes when I change gears and I took it back to them and they wanted to keep it there for a week just to see whats wrong with it. I called Diane several times after Jacob told us that, I left her a voice message and to this day I have not received a call back. I know they messed up from the beginning.

I purchased my Tahoe at The Thompson Group at Classic Chevrolet and I LOVE Cheryl!! SHE gets FIVE stars but she is in sales. This review is for the SERVICE department. I called them on June 21st and told them my engine light was on. They asked if it was giving me any trouble, it was idling rough and acting like it had transmission problems. I drove it in and they put the diagnosing stick in it and said it was no big deal to call if it got worse. Fast forward to about the 5th time I called him and said it was getting worse. He said he did not have ANY loaners. (The last time they worked on my car they kept it for 15 days! You must get a loaner from this place unless you have an extra car.) They said I was on a wait list for a loaner and they would call me when they got one. August 18 my engine light was flashing. Almost 2 months with my engine light on. I finally asked what number I was on the list and he said they had sold all of their loaners and they actually had ZERO loaners! I was on and imaginary wait list for nothing. Im done! I called Sewell GMC, they got me in the next morning and it was repaired the day after that! Simple! Respectful! NO LIES! Come on Classic, change your name!

I had an amazing experience with everyone there, it seemed as though they all wanted to bend over backwards for me and my wife. Our salesmen Tim was great. We appreciate his responsiveness this last week when we had issues. However I cant in good faith leave 5 stars for this dealership. We had a major breach in privacy and it caused a lot of extra stress on our vacation. Beware your vehicle here has a GPS device on it that was added it this dealership, they try to sell it to you but we declined. They said they would remove it. We paid in full for our vehicle and the full GPS tracker was left in it with only 2 wires cut. The unit was still working and caused our vehicle to be disabled on our road trip in Colorado. The dealership agreed to reimburse us but it is very dishonest to place a tracking device on personal property no longer property of the dealership.Our vehicle was registered over a month ago and still no plates. They use an excuse of Covid-19 but I actually know they were registered and sent a long time ago. We called the dealership and still nothing. I am so fed up i filed a complaint with the state today.We are the only customer with the last name I. We bought a Nissan Pathfinder with 9k miles. This review is legit and I am not one of the 5 star reviews with 1 review that I see. Look in your database again.

Edit to this story.The below is what was going on for a year or so and at that time everything has been exhausted as far as options go. Reached out to service and finally said I need this truck gone you got a van there can you get me a deal. Next thing I know, a sales guy calls and I speak my concerns to him. Two days later the finance guy call and he just makes everything as easy as possible because of the situation. They took my truck back in trade, not at a very low trade in either that killed me on negitive equity, added in a price on the van that was just the price of the van and not the upfitting stuff in it, then a couple other options and a good business interest rate. That was on a Friday. Monday I went to do the paperwork and I got all those plus a cheaper interest than the orignal, then a 8yr x 100k warranty, a 5 year tire and wheel warranty, and it was an in and out thing, After this experience to make up the troubles I am definatly impressed with how much they are willing to do to make any situation right for the customer.Very very unhappy with the vehicle I bought, and how many times it has been in the shop. Brand new Cab Over was bought, first 6k miles I had to take it in for a few weeks because the lights on the back werent working. While there I had them check the A/C as its basically a joke in that truck and employees have to drive around with the windows down because its so bad. The got the lights working, and said thats the way the A/C was supposed to be. Around 10k miles took it back up due to the truck was sitting about 3 inches lower on the drivers side than the passenger. 3.5 weeks later after changing the hubs, testing things, and everything they said they did they could not find a problem and just added more leafs. When doing this it lifted up the rear so now putting mowers up on it and taking them off is a very risky move as they start to tip over because of how steep it is. 2 Weeks later and this was leaning again after the new leafs. 12k miles, that A/C they said was supposed to be like that, well it went out. The A/C compressor which by what my service guy said it would take a couple months to get one because they ordered another truck one beginning of last month and its still not here. So far back ordered they had to take it out of another truck and put it in his. So I say Ill keep it working and call me when its in. By the time I got back the A/C compressor completely blew all the bearings. Had to take it back today, and get a loaner. No telling when it will be fixed, but with a brand new truck and only has 12k miles on it being in the shop that many times, they need to just buy it back. The truck is junk, and I highly recommend staying away from Cab Overs, Service says they are working on it, but taking a landscape companies work trucks away for 3.5 weeks or more in the peak season causes big issues running a business. I am in talks with a salesman there just to get 2 used vans and take this thing back off me, but that doesnt look like it will work either. To top it off, this is the closest dealer that will work on cab over 4500s (did not know that before purchase) so every time it needs anything I have to drive 1.5 hours up here. Worst experience in my business history.

She has been so amazing and patient in finding the vehicles we need. She has even went so far as on 3 occasions to get the trucks brought in from other partner dealerships since they didnt have the brand in stock. Would recommend to anyone needing business or personal vehicles.

Mr Ken Thompson and Brian Thompson walked us through every step and option in buying or leasing my wifes her dream car. I LOVE CLASSIC CHEVROLET! I’m not a Chevy person, in fact today was my first time at their dealership. I came to assist my cousin with finding and purchasing a car, along with my dad. We came after having a horrible experience at Clay Cooley Chevrolet in Irving.Every salesman we saw greeted us and asked if we had been taken care of. Everyone was respectful, genuine, and not overbearing.Our salesman was Barry Sheffield and he was very polite. He was funny, personable, patient and honest. What I liked most about him was that he listened to my cousins needs and wants, and really tried to match what we came in for. He helped my cousin pick out a 2016 Chevy Malibu within his price range, and an even better color than he was looking to get.What I really appreciate about Classic Chevrolet is their family atmosphere and the care they show toward their customers. Their slogan, “Relax...and enjoy the difference” is so true because after my experience at Clay Cooley, I could instantly tell the difference in the dealership when I pulled up. I wasn’t stressed, I wasn’t anxious. I was calm and I was happy. When I was sitting inside I literally overheard a salesman on the phone tell a customer, “Not to worry. We will find what you’re looking for. I do not what you to stress about this.” I was very impressed by that.As someone who values the full experience when it comes to purchasing a car, not just the car itself, I am beyond satisfied with this experience!! Was looking at their cab over trucks. salesman said he was going to email me all the info and quotes. never heard back from him. i went to rush truck centers and bought an isuzu from them. they would even bring trucks to my location for me to look at and even delivered the new isuzu.

I went to a few other dealerships before I went to Classic Chevrolet, I was about to close a truck from another dealer. When I talked with Brent Williams about the same truck I had planned for a Valentine gift for my wife. Her SUV was ageing and while it was a clean ride, she was due for a new one. Brent William work on my trade and got me a fair deal, he really worked to get some extra feature on the truck to make it far more usable if my wife for some weird chance put something in the bed, or the sun comes out in Texas, but did not try to rake me over hot coals for it. I have to say I would send my friends and family over to Brent Williams for the vehicle needs, and this is after I cased out 9 different dealers for something for my baby.Thanks,

Horrible service in the service center dont book with james hes rude and dont know have any customer service skills I had an issue with my car n i told him to tell me before hand what it cost before charging me instead he tell me while charge me at the same time tf..... i had to get an manager involved..... because he wanted to argue with me instead of fixing his mistake. I dont recommend this service center go to a different chevy service center they said it was my battery for an check engine light.... if that was the case why is my check engine light on ... i called n left an message they never returned my call so it was a waste of time off work and money going there ....

And if I ever find myself in the capacity to purchase large numbers of vehicles again, I will purchase directly from their nearest Ford competitor. These people dont deserve your business. Stay away. I took my vehicle here for service. It took them all day to get to it and fixed the problem. They charged me $500 to replace the water pump. Only bring it here for warrenty/recall work.

I’ve been going here for years with no issues till June 2018. I came here recently for a $40 oil change as usual. They called me to report that it was cross threaded and the screw had been put in crooked. Then they call back saying I needed a new oil pan. Let me remind you I have history with them getting oil changes. I never was informed that it was any thing wrong prior to that. They told me it was going to be $573 to fix it. Why should I fix something that they have messed up. I had it towed to another mechanic. The mechanic shop that I towed my car to reported that they’ve seen where it was an error by classic Chevrolet. Classic Chevrolet messed up my car. They will never get my services again. Classic Chevrolet does not have honest people. I wouldn’t refer anyone to come here.
