Wishing I could do 0 stars, literally the worst experience in my life, no one talked to me at all and was in foe 30+ minutes, no one got us a dressing room, and when we did get into the dressing room there were clothes, sensors and tags everywhere. Dont waste your time and definitely not your money.

Walked in, no one greeted me. The blonde guy was on his phone didn’t even bother looking at me. Later went to ask for a price on a jacket and he was talking on the phone, when he saw me walking towards him he walked away.

Look like this store was going out of business. Because was all over the place, not much selection and no sales associate available to offer assistance

I purchased 2 pairs of jeans online for my daughter that were the incorrect size. Returning them online involved a $7 return shipping charge so I decided to drive to this location to process the return. I drove approximately 20 miles to this location 30 minutes after the mall opened on a Saturday. Unfortunately, when I arrived they were closed, even though the rest of the mall was open. I asked a vendor just outside the location and he told me the manager didnt show to open the store and an employee was sitting at a table waiting. We strolled the mall for about an hour but when we returned the store still wasnt opened. Now I either need to pay a $7 charge for the return through the mail or drive another 20 miles to another location. Shame on PacSun for such a terrible return policy and for having such poor management.

Manager was incredibly rude as soon as I walked in the door. I came up to the counter and she was facing the other way doing something, she finally turned around half way and ask if I was ready like I was inconviencing her. After that she proceeded to give me an attitude the entire time I was asking questions about a return, the return couldnt happen and I understand that, that happens, but the part I didnt get was where her customer service was. I felt completely unwelcomed and it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth, i wont be coming to this location any more, which is a shame because they have a wide selection of stuff I like, the manager is just very unpleasant.
