We asked Nerds to Go to help us convert everything on our old HP Tower to a new Dell with Windows 10. Jay, their technician accomplished all in our home in less than 90 minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable, had suggestions and was able to easily explain any usage differences from our outmoded Windows 7 system.Monica, at the office was very helpful as we had several questions before deciding what computer service to us.

I live over an hour away and when I explained it to them they were so helpful. I did have to bring the laptop in for the estimate, but they took all info needed then and I could take it back with me til they got the quote together. Once I approved it they ordered parts and we made a time I could bring it back in so I could wait for them to fix it. Which they did in record time!! I would definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience with Nerds ToGo in Grapevine. My 2012 iMac suddenly quit and I could smell an electrical short. Took it to their shop and within a day they had taken it apart and found the problem. iMacs are all in one units and difficult to disassemble and they discovered the logic board was bad. To replace the logic board meant ordering a new one from Apple which was expensive, so I declined the repair. This expensive logic board cost wasnt the fault of Nerds ToGo since anything you get from Apple is expensive. I decided to order a new iMac instead since it would be only a few hundred more to just get a new one.I asked the tech if he could leave my iMac unassembled since Im going to part out the screen, memory, etc.. to recoup the cost.I was only charged their diagnostic fee for this, which I thought was very fair.

Vicki and her team are amazing! I had a couple of old laptop computers that I either wanted to refurbish or recycle with confidence that my information would not be leaked and get into the wrong hands. After a quick assessment, their recommendation was to recycle them. They destroyed the hard drives to ensure none of my personal info could be retrieved. I walked into the Nerds To Go with my wifes 2011 13 inch Macbook Pro to recover some documents, music and pictures my wife had asked me to take care of years ago. I figured out how to do it but I didnt have the equipment, time or money to make it happen so I put it off. I am glad I went here because they were very professional and responsive. I received calls throughout the day about types of flash drives to backup the data and the laptop password to take care of the job. 2 laptops bit the dust with WEIRD BEHAVIORS INVOLVING BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH within days of one another. Nothing i have found any viri or adware or any of this ilk. Took them in, got them back, both now doing work from home stuff. Humm, I wonder if SARS-COV2 has found a way to infect computers. Anyway, computers treated and recovered. Behavior has been normal. Lost all of my Office apps. Called and they were quick to respond. Came to my house and had me up and running again in about an hour. My guess is they make a lot of money from glitched Windows updates (which is the problem I had). Obviously not something they can control but they are very knowledgeable.

Very nice people,took the malware and viruses off, but they did the bare minimum and wouldnt help with 2 programs, unless I paid more money, that only started to mess up after they worked on my comp. I would use another computer repair service instead of this place if I could do it all over.

Michael came out fixed my PC! My pc was slow and random pop ups kept happening,he was able to clean the Malware from my PC and got me back on track!!! Amazing company and Michael is awesome!!!!

Turned in computer due to Motherboard issues; received initial diagnosis of damaged motherboard, which was shortly followed up with a call informing that the PC was booting but the OS was corrupted. I was given an option that they could reinstall a new OS if I didnt have the USB dongle(lost original), otherwise the PC was fully functioning. I chose to re-install the OS in lieu of paying $250 which would require a purchase a copy of Windows 10 as that was something I could do myself. I picked up the PC and was informed that it was booting.I went by Best Buy and bought another copy of Windows 10 and headed home. I observed that the DDR4 slots were not in the correct slots in order to engage the dual-channel. Furthermore, I was able to recover the OS by just resetting the OS (an option that is available for resetting that does not require a purchase of an OS).If I was not a PC gamer, I would rate this place as a 5-star experience, but the RAM slots and incomplete information about re-installing the OS irked me. They were very responsive when I reached out to them regarding any issues I had when I got home. I resetted the OS and the computer has had no issues at all.
