First off WOW! This is easily the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctors office. From the front desk, to the appointment with the doctor, every person I had an interaction with was so kind and friendly. Exceptional customer service and so knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. One visit and they’ve made a life long patient out of me! Thank you!!

I didnt even want to give them one star but unfortunately I would not be able to post anything if I didnt give them one star. My daughter was in the office today and the front staff was extremely rude to her. I called the office to speak with the office manager Debbie and Ashley answered the phone. Ashley was very rude and unprofessional. I am hoping the office manager calls back so I can speak with her regarding the treatment of my daughter as well as possibly training the staff that answers the phone.

Just moved here from Nevada and needed to be seen for an annual visit. You want Dr. Granado-Chaney as your optometrist, her score on dr grades was great! Staff was friendly and I do not foresee myself changing to a different provider while in Texas.

Dr. Granado and staff are amazing! I’m new to needing glasses so I was a bit nervous. Their hospitality & professionalism put me at ease. They will be my eye doctor from this point!

Doctors are great! Very kind and helpful. Staff is kind but I did have issues twice with ordering my contacts... one time with them letting me know when they came in, and another issue with them ordering my contacts. Both issues were handled and I have no complaints!

I went in to this office excited that I was not having to drive over to Grand prairie to purchase my new glasses. The office is beautiful and the doctor was wonderful. But when it came to communicating with Debbie this is where I had a problem. I informed her that I wanted the same type of glasses I had before and handed the staff my old glasses so they would know which type I am speaking of. I am not the professional optometrist here they are. My glasses came in and I asked my sister who lives in Grapevine to please pick them up for me. I was so excited! But I was so disappointed when I tried them on and could not see. I tried several times to see if I could adjust to the glasses. I couldnt. I went back the next available Saturday, since I do not live close. When I went in this past Saturday I was seen very fast and the associate took my glasses and read them and she agreed that the new ones would not work for me. But what upset me is that she would not answer any of my questions. She kept saying I will have to ask Debbie, or I dont want to answer that until I speak to Debbie. I left my glasses at the office and still have not heard back from (Debbie) the office and I was left not knowing when I would be receiving my glasses. Apparently Debbie is the only one at the office who can answer this question or any questions.

I drive an hour and a half to keep going to this place. All the employees are friendly and are well trained on how to help you. I especially have had a great experience working with Dr Granado! But all the staff is great!Also, the selection of eye glasses is really good. They keep the most popular and name brands well stocked for those of us who are eye glasses snobs.

Since I havent had my eyes checked in years, I was a little nervous about the whole system. As is turns out, I had nothing to be concerned with. Melinda looked after the insurance - I didnt know if I had coverage, Anne was wonderful providing all the eye test with explanations as each was completed, and Dr. Grace was professional with clear details on what I need now and how to look after my sight going forward. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I just returned home from an eye exam here. I am very unhappy. On top of my eye exam charge and the extra tests (which I was told about and I approved) at check out I was slapped with an extra $150 for contact fitting. Excuse me? Its my same brand, Ive been wearing them for years, I know they fit. I was not told about a contact fitting price. It felt like a scam to just get more money out of me. On top of that, the doctor was extremely creepy, made unnecessarily flirty comments the entire exam and then gave both my husband and me unsolicited life advice about most importantly, dont get caught. No one asked and your advice is not funny. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

I do not have a regular eye doctor I went here for a baseline exam and decided they would be my location of choice in the future. A couple of months later I was struck in the eye by a ball and visited Eye Associates again. They explained how my insurance company would react to this second visit but completed thorough testing to ensure my eye did not have long term structural damage. I felt that my best interests were put first.Their associates at the front were very friendly and the eye doctor is the best. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend this place. From the time I walked in I felt super welcomed and everyone was really nice and acknowledge me, also Dr was awesome she was super helpful and glad that we had a few things in common and were about to talk about that as well as my eyes. Over all I was super happy I give this Dr. A 100% excided all my expectations.

My entire family (2 adults and 2 kids) sees Dr. Granado-Chaney. She is very sweet with my children. We found her by chance, after my cornea was badly scratched during an orthopedic surgery. They had an immediate appointment to help me out and we have been going there ever since. Wonderful staff too!

I have been a patient since my first pair of glasses as a kindergartener more than 20 years ago. The staff is incredibly caring and helpful, as well as both professional and personable. They take the time to catch up with me as an individual every year when I go in for my check-up, they help me maximize my insurance benefits, and every person in the office goes the extra mile to care for me. Once when I was a college student home for the weekend, they squeezed me in on short notice to take care of some problems I was having with my contacts. I will not switch eye doctors unless I move far, far away!

My review is based upon their eye glass sales practice, and not the optometrist practice. Both my wife and I have had the same experience at separate times so I opted to share our experience hopefully to save others money (in hindsight we overpaid a lot of money on my wife’s frames/lens, at least this week we stopped to comparison shop)Their pricing practices are less than transparent. If you request pricing on a pair of frames, they do not provide it without looking up your insurance first (?? = either put a price tag on the frames or quote the price of frames - this just comes off as deceptive, intentional or not; if you look to see we have $120 towards frames, you then quote whatever price is more than what our insurance covers because you can make profit).Also, I would encourage buyers use on line services BEFORE buying from Eye Associates. I found the EXACT branded frames, with all the same upgrades added, for $200 less than the office. Eye Associates will try and compete with online prices, so you may want to give them a chance - they admitted that the quote I physically showed them from the online company was a really good price and they could not match it.In summary- I encourage you get your script, and then shop the market place vs. trying to navigate the lack of transparency on how they price. The ten minutes I spent on the internet getting a quote saved me $200.As noted, this is not about the optometrist service which has been very good and efficient. My entire family uses the optometrist services and we are pleased and would recommend.

Competitive prices, and prompt service! Staff demeanor was great and wait time was minimal. I just went for a yearly exam to satisfy a LASIK requirement and was highly satisfied.

We moved at the end of October and I misplaced my contacts so I called & asked for a trial pair. They had the contacts ready for me the next day!

It was the best experience Ive ever had at an optometrist. The staff was extremely friendly, and the Doctor was awesome. They were able to fit me in for an appointment early the morning after I called them. Great selection of frames, and a quick turn around on my prescription. As long as Im in the DFW metroplex I will continue to use them, and tell my friends and family about them as well.
