Gotta say in the last year this places service has hit rock bottom. Might be worthwhile to seek out another CVS received similar reviews. Avoid if you can.

Website said a non-rapid Covid test would get results in 1-2 days. This test result is needed to attend some events and to travel to some areas. Signed up. Got there 10 minutes early and still waited 30 minutes with only one car in front of me. Did the test and as I was leaving the clerk said results in 3-5 days. This did not help me for the verification I needed it for. 5 days later I got my results. I was good, but I could not use the I information for my purpose. If you need verification in a timely manner, do not go to CVS. Useless.
Pharmacy is absolute trash. I believe the manager named chai is so disrespectful and doesn’t know how to talk to customers in a proper way. He was basically saying it’s my fault that the doctors didn’t do their job properly. He was also talking in such a rude manner. Pharamacy needs a better manager!!!!

Horrible store. As soon as I walked in I was told to put on a mask. I don’t wear masks, can’t stand them. Manager was rude and had no cashiers open just self check out. I literally had the mask under my chin and he didn’t say another word. If your going to require a mask then have it all the way on. That is stupid. I won’t be back.
Horrible experience. Waited over 20 minutes to get service at the pharmacy & another 10 minutes to finally get a vaccine. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This location has total poor customer service! I went today to drop off a prescription and it was missing some information. I was told my prescription won’t be able to get filled by today because it was too late to call the clinic and most likely the Dr was gone. I’m like it’s only 3:30pm!!Then I got screamed at!!! The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription!!! In addition, he refused to return my prescription. Like, really????1. Is it my fault that the prescription had missing information????All these after I waited 45 minutes inside the car. Yeappp.... drive thru....! So much for Drive thru services!!!! 😂😂😂😂🚘🚘🚘🚘😂😂😂😂It’s always something with this location!!!
Pharmacy tech called me to retrieve my new pharmacy card info for 2021, explained that there may be a bit of a wait when I come in today to get my prescription since everyone is updating their info for the new year. Time is money and this bit of information was very important to me since I had planned to pick up my pills on the way to work and this allowed me to make more time for my visit. Thank you CVS, very professional.
They were overwhelmed with customers when I went to get my flu shot. Yet they maintained a positive attitude and saw to me quickly. The person who vaccinated me was kind, careful, and talked me through it so that i didn’t feel a thing. Yes, there was a short wait, but my service was excellent and the employees were all great.

Typical CVS. Seems like an older location. Friendly customer service and decent size store. The cashiers are always nice and they helped me once with the photo dept so I have returned a few times to print pictures from my cell phone. Good location right off highway 121.

They state they close at 10. I rushed there and made it at 9:55 and they were closed.
My mom is visiting from Indiana, she loves CVS. Unfortunately the CVS on Hall Johnson in Colleyville Texas is the epitome of filth .This is a covid year and the carts are outside the store, you need to bring the dirty cart in the store and wipe it down.The large public garbage can outside the store had garbage overflowing by 2 ft, spilling onto the sidewalk as we entered the store.We never saw an employee so had to use the kiosk. The kiosk was used by several customers and not clean. We looked for alcohol wipes to clean our hands, no such luck!Guess we need to get a covid test after entering this location!
There is no option for zero stars as this location deserves. The pharmacist here should not even be a pharmacist. He changes prescriptions and when ask about why has no explanation. This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I will drive across town to another location who actually knows what they are doing.
I scheduled a drive thru covid test for this (hall-johnson) location @ 3:40pm today. I drove across town and got there (in line) about 3:17pm. There were 4 or 5 cars in front of me. I finally got to the window at 4:13pm to be told that they stopped testing at 4pm. He proceeded to tell me they have a 10 minute grace period (I guess to pour salt on the wound). I told him I had been there for an hour. He continued to give me some excuse (I could no longer hear him at this point). I am just really disappointed that information is not disclosed up front to give me the opportunity to make a decision with all of the facts. Sad.
My wife is going into surgery Monday, the doctor prescribed us 7 different medications two of them heavy dosages of narcotics. Being a very serious life threatening thing it’s amazing how they don’t take the time to explain to you how to take this medication. The funny thing is me the customer has to force them to give me the information needed. Their attitude is terrible and they can’t be bothered. I’ll be switching to another CVS drug store.. terrible customer service!!!

I’ve never received such awful service at a pharmacy! I have picked up 4 prescriptions here in the last week and 3 of them were extreme back and forth a with the pharmacist, myself and my providers’ office over very simple prescriptions. The two women i encountered were very respectful and informative and understanding however the two male pharmacists were horribly rude and Sadly incompetent! One even called my doctor and had them change the prescription to a dosage that increased the cost from $33 to $200 then argued with me when I asked him to have it changed back to the original dosage. The other is obviously just lazy. I was notified my rx was ready then told I’d have to come back and get it tomorrow because he wanted to clarify the simple and accurate rx with my doctors office...who he hadn’t even bothered to call.
This is my second time needing to use this pharmacy for prescriptions as my plan no longer takes Walgreens. I was looking forward to use CVS for a change until I had to call this pharmacy. The first time they told me on the phone they were too busy to take my call so I ended up going to the location at Target on Glade Rd.Today I called 1 hr after my doctor sent the prescription to ask if the had received it and could fill as my 4yo needed it and was in pain. They were rude. Told me they just got it. I asked if they would notify me since I was concerned I had not received any confirmation of the prescription being processed. I explained I was new customer and wanted to ensure my account was set up properly. The rep answered: ‘it would be as always’ so I reiterated and he checked the phone and confirmed I would receive a notification when ready. I thank him. No manners in return. No your welcome no thank you. Just rudeness ok ok ok. 3 hrs later. We have not received anything and went to the pharmacy to find out they closed 10 min ago at 8pm. So without prescription. My husband ask for recommendations as a possibility to transfer to a 24hr location and they were rude and told us they did not know. I am very disappointed with the service and lack of curtesy at this location. I encourage everyone to use locations where employees are polite and not go to this location. We have a great neighborhood and it need to keep getting better.

The pharmacy department people have no sense of how to be amicable to the people and my health plan make purchase from CVS. Every time i come to this store i walk away so mad. Honestly, I’m changing store even means i have to go 5 mile farther.

Count your pills!!!!!!!!Doctor writes out for 90 days and the give you 60 days and charge you for the 90 days. Also watch if you get controlled substance RX thats where they are cutting your RX and probably giving it to others......

The pharmacy here is SO slow. There might only be one person in front of you, but youll be waiting at least 15 minutes. They always only seem to have one pharmacy tech waiting/willing to help you. The rest seem to be just standing around. If you have the option to use target pharmacy, you should! Theyre awesome!
The pharmacy is very slow. Last Saturday, I waited behind someone in the drive-through for 20 minutes. A transaction should not take that long. My time was limited, so I finally gave up and left. Today, I made another attempt to buy my medication. The drive-though was occupied, so I went inside. Unfortunately, there were three people waiting in line with one pharmacist at the register. I waited for five minutes, and I could tell that this was another 20-30 minutes per customer day. I had to leave. Tomorrow, I will clear an entire hour so that I can go to CVS, wait in line, and buy my medication.
I feel you can tell a lot about a location by the condition of their restroom so this review is based solely off the restroom.This restroom is DISGUSTING!! Smells like urine the moment you open the door. Trash all over the place. The toilet was filthy. I just turned around and walked out.

I have now been sitting on hold for 15 minutes with the pharmacy. Someone answered right away and asked me to hold and has never come back to the phone. I guess its a good thing my prescription needs werent urgent. Very poor customer service.
David Lee is the manager over the pharmacy. He is got to be the most inconsiderate rude person I have seen in a long time. They have no customer service that’s why there’s not very many customers there I want to get a prescription filled they told me 30 minutes I came back in 20 they told me another 30 to 40 minutes what a waste of time if they can’t do their job they should find somebody who can otherwise shut their doors and go out of business. I wouldn’t waste my time going back to the store for nothing they are horrible
If you have the option of using another location, Id highly recommend it. The pharmacy staff only has one or two people with good customer service skills, the rest are not very friendly and tend to leave people waiting.
Rude, don’t know the answers, unwilling to help. Wouldn’t call insurance to resolve their system problem. Wanted me to do the work. will move all my prescriptions. Not recommended
Poorly informed staff!!! I called to confirm that I could get flu shots for my kids there, and told the pharmacy staff their ages. They confirmed they could give flu shots for ages 2 and 6. So I pack up the kids and make a special trip out. Only when I arrive do they tell me they only give flu shots for ages 7 and up. Very frustrating! Thanks for wasting my time!
Do not use this pharmacy!! Moved to Grapevine 6 months ago and I have to use CVS with my insurance. They refill prescriptions I dont need, and then the ones I do need are always out of stock, or something goes wrong. Ive been on the same medications for years none of which are controlled, and they still cant get it right. As soon as I left yesterday I they called me and told me my rx was ready. I had to tell the gentleman how to fill it, that it didnt need a prior auth like he told me it did. Im so disappointed at the lack of customer service. Will never step foot in this building again. I will drive to Bedford just to avoid this pharmacy.
Pharmacy staff is very disorganized, not friendly, and routinely messes up prescription orders and has told me on multiple occasions that a prescription never came through, even when ourDoctor has called and spoken to yhe pharmacy after sending in the order electronically. Go somewhere else if you can.

If I could put 0 stars I would...I never write reviews but I was so frustrated with my experience at this CVS that I had to write a review.I went in to quickly pick up makeup removerAnything I was interested in didnt have a price tag then I found something from Almay that had a price tag of 4.99I waited in line for too long because they couldnt get the lady That was checking out card to work.... Although,after she walked away they said it was the cashiers mistakeWhen i finally got to the counter my item rang up 6.99. I told the cashier, her name was something different like Debita, that the tag said 4.99 so I took her to where the product was located and it was stocked wrong, along with the surrounding products The whole shelf was stocked wrongShe proceeds to Correct the stocking issue instead of taking care of me- actually getting down on the floor to do so. I asked her if she was going honor the tag where the product was stocked and she told me no, as she continued to rearrange the items that were stocked incorrectly.Not only will I never return to this CVS, I will make sure everyone I encounter learns of my experience.I work in retail and believe in giving exceptional customer service and I expect to at least be treated fairly

The pharmacist was very rude and acted like I was done sort of inconvenience towards him for inquiring about my prescription! Never even started working on it until I called to ask if I could pick it up and was very rude and just not friendly about it. Hung up after he said “I’ll get working on it”. Not recommended!
