We used Platinum Granite for our kitchen remodel, and only after 2 years, my sink is completely separated from my quartz countertop and i have awful water damage! I emailed them and NO response to correcting the damage they caused due to faulty installation. Im NOT pleased with their communication and VERY UNHAPPY with their quality of installation. Attached are pictures of his installation for my sink and faucet... you can see that due to the sink not being installed correctly, I now have awful water damage to my cabinets! They also placed a purple cup under the pipe as if they knew it would leak.... that cup is NOT even ours!?!!! Awful!

John installed a wet bar counter top and backsplash for me, and did a great job. John had a remnant that worked perfectly for this application, and helped me find the backsplash I wanted. The piece of quartz I purchased had to have a seam cut in it, and Johns crew made it invisible. They are masters of their craft.

As a general contractor, I 100% recommend Platinum Granite! The owner personally comes out to each job for take off & install. These guys are the best of the best!

John and his team did an awesome job on our countertops for our master bathroom remodel. He followed up with me quickly on everything and was on time for scheduled appointments for measurements and install with no “surprises” in schedule or price. He even helped me with guidance and professional tips on the DIY stuff I was doing with flooring and remodel. I definitely recommend!

John and his team are awesome. Easy to work with, easy to get in touch with (which is surprisingly hard to find), and great work!! I love my countertops. Will definitely use them again and again.

John has done two jobs for us. On job number two, I called and left a message and he never returned my phone call to so I could go over to the shop and pick out a quartz for this job. I am not sure why he did not call back. Then this job was put in. This was a new material for John, he had not done any like it before. So, he did a finish edge around the sink but in the process there is a chip in the quartz. Someone filled it with black stuff. I had to use paint thinner to clean up the silicone they left all over the counter, and I wiped the dark spot. Now you see the chip. Called my contractor and he called John. John is going to try and make it look better. We will see.

Incredible service and selection. John, the owner, came to our house to do the template and had the counter top picked up from his distributor all in the same day that we made the deposit. I told him that we were in a bit of a time crunch as we were trying to finish a remodel on our kitchen and had family coming into town this upcoming weekend. He told me he would push our job, even though it was a small job relative to the projects they were working on, to the front of the list. He had his guys at my house two days later to install it. Incredible service, experience, and knowledge. Will definitely use Platinum Granite for any future needs.

John and his crew did an awesome job updating our kitchen backsplash and countertops. This is the second time we have used Platinum Granite and have been very happy with Johns services.

Not a good experience. I called and text John several times to tell him I was ready to start. Like Linda Smiths review he didnt call back. So I had my husband call him. He did call my husband back but by then I had to pick another company. He told my husband he never got any calls or text. But he also recommended a painter who called him while he was at the house and left him a message. He acted insulted and mad that we had gone with someone else. When he should have asked if there was anything he could do to earn our business? That always works best for me !So if he doesnt call you back before he even gets your money ... what are the chances of him fixing a problem during or after the job is completed ?

John the owner works with you to help see your vision come to life...we had some custom pieces done and all his work is BEAUTIFUL!
