Drove 15 mins out of my way to pick up a much needed prescription after giving my insurance card info over the phone. Worker on phone failed to mention that the prescription is out of stock so when I showed up 2 hours later, I couldn’t get the prescription and had to drive to another Walmart to get it. Unorganized.
They are so kind and always try to help you if there is a problem the manager always kind and always ready to anser you questions
This pharmacy was by far the best Walmart pharmacy I have EVER been to! They were all so nice and helpful. I wish every pharmacy could be like this but they dont all have amazing customer service like these people do.
My son has the flu and they say they don’t have the correct insurance info on file so I call and get everything they need and then pharmacy tells me it’s incorrect. So I call insurance again, verified my info was correct and it was. By the time I had called insurance company 2 times before I called the pharmacy back It magically worked. Why do that to your customers giving them the run around when in fact you weren’t paying attention or listening. Also she tried to tell me she couldn’t fill his flu medication without the insurance card present, which is in the mail and I have not received. Until I got loud with this lady then she was like ok just bring it when you get it. She was trying to make my 3 year old son wait for his FLU medication for the insurance card to come in the mail. Terrible terrible customer service.
ZERO. no one ever answers the damn phone. They don’t provide numbers to contact for employees. I’ve called everyday for three weeks to get a check mailed to me out of state and no one is ever in the back to get the phone. But I know people are back there because when I worked there the lady was always back at her desk on her phone.
The pharmacist here is completely incompetent. They stated my Dr’s Office did not call in my prescription so I called my Drs office and they picked up the phone and left my Drs office on hold for 20minutes!!!! Left me waiting telling me the office never called while they were on hold the entire time!!! Christian was helpful and polite. The pharmacist on the other hand, not impressed. I was also told my prescription was ready and waited over an hour!!!
Please someone give some classes of customer service to Daniella Moon ... what a lady with such a bad face and attitude to serve you..
These guys are very friendly and helpful. They get tons of customers and are able to do an admirable job!
Very helpful! I had ..a $97 prescription for my son. The person suggested i download goodrx and find the medication...it had a huge discount!! It was $14!! Had it not been for their help i wouldve paid WAY more!! They always call for my recurring prescription too...

Bad costumer service waited for almost an hour no one was there and 2 people come and let them ahead of me even when someone said I can go ahead and they stopped me from going in. Seems to me it was raisist. Then have the oradcity to ask if its ok to let someone else go ahead if me I am like no and left .Bad bad service and the receptionist needs to learn costumer service.
I havent had any problems with the pharmacy its self. Everyone is nice and courteous. I will continue to use them as long as I need to.
I have always had good service and results with the technicians and Pharmacists at this store and they deserve a better rating, but they are busy everytime I go in and because of the times I needed to shops and was told my prescription would be ready in twenty minutes, but was not.
(March 2019) Suddenly, after taking the same medication for over 5 years I am required to speak with a consultant; there is no value-add to this conversation (I was told the drug was on back order and talk to my doctor about switching - excuse me, I dont need to be consulted about this). The cashier refuses to give me my paid-for products, and I have to stand in another line and talk to someone else. Leave it to Walmart to make a 1-step process an irritating 2-step process for its customers. Still ZERO stars.(Initial review in 2018) They deserve ZERO stars. It was 1:30 pm, and the staff *refused* to ring up one more customer. I begged and pleaded, please please (Im on my lunch hour; I cant come back in 30 minutes). The gentleman in the back said is was OK, but the women upfront said, No. There is ZERO customer service here.

Worst pharmacy ever. The manager Jason moved to a new location. No one else there is competent at all.
Awful experience. 5+ staff members working, and not one was assisting customers. I walked out, and wont be back. Im having my scripts transferred out, and this Pharmacy should be shut down.
I just am appalled at the review from the lady on her lunch hr pissed yall wouldnt serve her, when they are on their lunch hr,. The odacity, I never have any issues at this place, always friendly,may have to wait a bit but I dont mind and I always get what I need
