I am writing this review regarding the service I received from Busy Body. I had called and spoke with both David Brady and J. I didnt know which treadmill I wanted to purchase. Both of these gentlemen took an extraordinary amount of time to explain all of the options and which one would best suit my needs. They not only picked a superb piece of equipment, but the price was incredibly fair. In addition they arranged the delivery that went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this company and the 2 gentlemen who represent them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a piece of exercise equipment.

We had a few issues with getting delivery but the owner went above and beyond and contacted us personally to try and fix the issues and is also assisting our in-laws. Great customer service and personal touch from the owner.

David was excellent to work with! This was our first time buying gym equipment. He did not try to oversell us but rather listened to our wants and found everything we needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and made buying gym equipment fun! It was a quick and easy process. We would absolutely recommend working with David for in home gym equipment!

I am a heavy treadmill user, and purchased a True machine from this store about 4 years ago. I was reluctant at first because I had owned a commercial unit in our previous home in Nevada. The salesman assured me that this was a machine that would stand my abuse and my then nearly 250 lbs. He was right. The machine is superb. I had a routine service recently and there was a misunderstanding regarding the details. Only 1 person showed up but the machine needed to be moved and lifted to replace a jam nut. After explaining the problem to the repair supervisor from Corporate, he ordered new parts and sent two people out to do the job, and did not charge me a penny. The warranty had long since expired.Kudos to Busy Body its superb service division. No smoke and mirrors from them, just honest sales and honest service.

This is my second time buying equipment from this location. First it was a Precor treadmill about 5 years ago, and now I switched it for an Elliptical due a back injury. Jake @ at the store is very knowledgeable and helped me order exactly what I was looking for. He is great with following up and keeping me updated with the delivery timeline of my order. Today I purchased a zero runner, a machine I have wanted for the last two years. David, the manager, was very patient with me as I tried all the different machines, and asked all my questions. He even allowed me to have a mini workout to make sure It was what I wanted. I highly recommend going to busy body if you are wanting to have multiple options to look at before making your purchase.

Fair pricing. Delivery takes forever - over two weeks for an item that was in stock. For another item I was interested in, they didnt have but would call as soon as available - over a month still waiting.

I recently purchased a Procure 935 Treadmill and Brad was super helpful and patient. I has stopped in there 4 times over the past year and drug my husband in this time. Brad showed us all of the treadmill models and took as much time as we needed to hear all of the features that differentiated one model from another. We went home, priced online and read reviews on the Procure and then went back to the store and again spent 45 minutes trying to decide. We got the best deal out there for the best model out there. Brad was great, and I am so impressed to see the same salesperson in the store throughout the years I have been visiting. It took us over a year to buy but in the end we did and from a great store and salesperson. LOVE LOVE the treadmill!

I had a very good experience with BusyBody of Grapevine, worthy of sharing. Jared Naegle loaded me with information and recommended the perfect spin bike, a Precor Spinner Shift. He did not push the sale, but rather answered questions and provided facts. Couldnt be more pleased with my purchase! After ordering, I even threw him a curve ball and changed which model I wanted to purchase. He facilitated the change, then when shipping of the unit seemed to take too long, he contacted Precor and upgraded me at no cost, so Id have a bike to ride soon.
