Not great with standing behind their products. Just be aware that if you have an issue, you are on your own. This is not the equipment to buy if you have a business and need your equipment every day.
I must say i was extremely impressed with this company! I was invited in for an interview through a temp agency and walking up to the building i quickly realized just how amazingly big the company was as a whole. Known for its phenomenal service and farming equipment company. I am very excited about the opportunity here and I cant wait to get started
I have booked mu4501 before 2 month in india yet not received delivery of product.and complaint to mr.akira kota and mr. Grewal india both didnt give any reply..I think there is no vaule of customer.
Americans will say ANYTHING to make a sale. My tractor is leaking hydraulic fluid after 30 hours on a brand new tractor. Customer service is non existent in this company. Number isn’t even in service and nobody works on weekends for kubota. Horrible service
I purchased my T2290KWT-48 on 5/23/19 on July8, 2020 I took it in because there was an equipment failure! I checked on the following Saturday the employee told me they was backed up could not get to it till 7/13/20! I checked back on 7/15 they said they had to order a part should be in the next day, I checked in on the 17th they told me it will be at least a month the part is on back order! Now, 1st of all I bought a Kubota because I believed it was reliable product! I live next door to John Deer! Then I want to say make me understand why you can’t give a person a loaner mower if it is going to take this amount of time for an unforeseen problem? I can’t have my lawn grow up around my house! I don’t think I should have to pay someone to come cut my lawn when I am paying for a mower of this caliber! Maybe someone out here has some information about this or went through this!
DO NOT BUY KUBOTA if you own a business. I have had two major breakdowns in the first 50hrs on a brand new skid steer and I am in the third week of no machine while they do repairs. The obvious solution would be a replacement or refund since the machine is brand new but not from Kubota. Just beware, the after the sale service is not going to be what you expect.
I have a New 4x4 M-7060 Cab & Air Tractor with front-end loader. I purchased the tractor for the 2019 hay season however, I did get the chance to put it through some field work before winter set in pulling a 10ft brush hog over 60 acres up and down hills this past fall. I found that the breather screens stop up fast they must be cleaned often I was in waste high grass and had to stop about every two hours. Kubota has the pull out radiator on this tractor just for that reason luckily the job only takes about Ten minutes after you have done it a few times and know what you are doing. Other than that Great sound proof Tractor with Loads of Power and what I love best Great on diesel run all day long under a load never fuel up. The M-7060 is the biggest model you can get before you get into mixing the Def in with the fuel.
My Kubota utility tractor is four years old now and it has been a great toolto help me maintain my property on the bay. However the one problemI cannot solve is the noisy pulleys on the mower deck of my T1880. I have replaced them twice so far and they still wake up people in the nextcounty. So much for lubed for life, if you have to wear ear muffs to get the job done. It is definitely not the sound of quality?????

Terrible customer service. I have a BX-25 with less than 200 hours on it. Gauge cluster failed due to water leaking in. Kubota knows about the issue but refused to address it with me and sent me back to the dealer.Dealer recommended I contact the company because they dont support the dealers and perhaps a customer would have better luck. Nice tractor terrible support. I will be trading it in on a green colored machine ASAP.

Front wheel disc broke on my 2013 M7040 Ultra Cab and they do not sell that independent part. I have to buy the whole front wheel although the parts are independent of one another. This is not an uncommon problem I have since learned. They choose to force us to buy the whole wheel for more money. Theres not even a part number for this piece even though it attaches the rim to the axle. What a ripoff. Now I realize why green paint is better. Cheap metal.

Kubota has always been good to me. I’ve had several over the years and wouldn’t consider anything else.
We bought a new x1100c rtv was ordered with a rear window screen great customer service and the dealer saxbys in Mendon are great !!we love it!!
