The worst customer service experiences are at Sunglass Hut. Wouldn’t take a return citing a myriad of excuses that didn’t line up with the return policy. Was told I would have to talk to a manager… that wasn’t even there.If you’re going to buy sunglasses that cost hundreds of $$, buy them at the designer store where you’ll get real customer service, not this trash.

I had a great experience at the grapevine mall location. I met the manager and his associate who were both extremely friendly. I would definitely return to this location for my next pair of sunglasses.

Went to Sunglasshut in Grapevine Mills Mall. My sales rep Angelica was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable with the Oakley product that I purchased. She has a great customer service skills and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!!Went back to return the previous purchase and dealt with Angelica again. She has a great customer service very helpful and attentive to my needs. She is an asset to your company.

Found a good sale and some nice sun glasses. Buy one and get the rest at a discount is very nice. We bought 3 pair

Worst customer service; they dont care about the customer. I ordered a pair online and when I try to return at the store, they said all kinds of reasons and didnt accept the returns. I returned within the 3 days after I receive the glasses, didnt even open from the box. the rep at the store herself opened the glasses and cleaned them and saying there are scratches and she doesnt accept it. Which is ridiculous she was the one opens it and cleaned it. What if the scratch from her cleaning. She says all the bullish reasons to not take the returns.

This SH has excellent customer service. I have purchased here twice now, and will continue to return.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The lady there tried to be helpful, but the gentleman was VERY rude. He didnt say a word to us, only to say he found a scratch on the sunglasses we were returning and they couldnt accept them. Ummm...no. Those sunglasses literally sat in a box untouched until yesterday. My bf got them for his birthday, opened the box and didnt like them and put them right back. We had a gift receipt, but there was a supposed scratch. Yet, somehow neither of us can see it.Avoid this place like the plague. Also, if you try emailing customer service, good luck. Their email will return undeliverable.

Bad customer service. Representative make me feel like she is cheating. She wanted me to buy multiple items so she can get a nice commission. I have been there several times and after today i will never go there ever again. I am done at this place because of this poor customer service. For those who never been here before be careful these representatives are all about themselves. 0 customer service.
