Over the weekend, the glass door on my shower decided to disintegrate. I cleaned up as best I could, but there was still a lot of glass in the shower enclosure. This morning called Service Bath and Glass and two other companies to ask how they could help me. They all asked for pictures so that they could get back to me with a quote. Service Bath and Glass was here in under two hours to clean up the glass and measure for a replacement. They were professional, they answered all my questions and they were extremely responsive. The quote they gave me was very reasonable. The other two companies have not even gotten back to me yet.

Nice people, poor outcome however. This was the - second - company that I hired to install - a second - mirror in our master bathroom. Unfortunately the “fun house” effect exists again, and they also have no resolution for it. There must be a company, a builder…someone that can install mirrors correctly. They tried, though I wish they had tried harder. Maybe installing a new mirror altogether? Or as suggested, cutting out some drywall if necessary. I’m not knowledgeable about mirror installation though I know it is possible to achieve getting a mirror installed that has no distortion.

Needed mirrors for 2 vanity frames and they did a fantastic job for about $60 less than a national glass company! Adam was very helpful and friendly.... and they had them ready the next day! Will definitely go back if I need their service and encourage others to give them a try.

Installed a frameless shower and custom size mirror for my master bath remodel. Had a minor hiccup where one panel was the incorrect size. I was not charged a dime until it was corrected and I was 100% satisfied. They were also very flexible with my schedule. I was very happy with the service and would recommend.

Went there for a small pane of glass for my antique grandfather clock. Took only a few minutes for them to cut it and they charged me only $5 for it!!!! The prices online were over $30 for the same size!!!! Amazing service. I will definitely give them my service again.

Doesnt deserve even one star for the service I got. Never been treated so horrible as a paying customer. Lost my order, blamed me for not knowing who took my order, and when I asked for installation of the mirror, charged me a ridiculous amount and all they did is glue it and place it on the wall. I still feel like it was my fault.

This place replaced the glass in a sliding glass door for me quick and did a great job. Highly recommend!!

They installed frameless shower door and glass in two houses we owned and did a fantastic job. They also took down four big mirrors during remodel and put them back in place after painters were done texturing walls. They broke one mirror but promptly replaced it - no hassles.
