They let me just sit and play and the employees were extremely well informed on all of the instruments and they were very helpful!!!

Fantastic place for all your setup needs. I’ve taken several basses and a guitar in for service and they have been superb. Setups, minor fretwork, to dirty pots. All quick and done right. I’m taking all my guitars to the loft from now on.

I loved going here! Everyone was so nice, they have reasonably priced and great quality guitars, and so many records too. I could wander the store for hours. I probably saved $100+ dollars and got the guitar that I wanted that plays amazingly well.

Bought this beautiful all Koa Lawson acoustic electric. These guys were so helpful and not pushy at all. It was fun, the antique mkt below makes it quite a destination.

So, First impression is not always what it may seem. We did not have a good encounter first time around, but we visited the Grapevine shop and had a great experience. The owner Todd was very helpful and friendly. We were able to find what we needed with Todds knowledge. We also were able to meet one of their guitar teachers, Kevin and he was also friendly. It is nice that they have a full package shop at various locations for convenience. As well as they carry a variety of instruments, a repair center and teachers there to instruct and provide lessons.Thanks for the help and great customer service!

Went there this weekend. Finding it was fairly easy if you just look for the antique store. Its in a quaint shopping mall strip in Grapevine. I really like the place and will continue to support a local small business. Good selection of guitars but more importantly is that it is tidey and very well organized. Prices are very inexpensive. Purchased a nice capo for 5 bucks.

Great help and knowledge. I took in an older guitar that had been in the family, and they helped me clean it up and restring it while I was there. Will definitely be coming here for all my needs in the future.

My child got a violin purchased from this store. Never used, on string was broken and we took it back to have it fixed. It took about a week, no one called us to let us know what the issue was, and had to end up paying almost $40 for a nrn set of strings, the pegs come loose and it wasnt even tuned! Sad to have such a tereibte experience from a local business.
