The best cap store I have ever visited, if you are looking for good baseball or football caps, this is the place. I got two caps, a NFL cap ( City of Green Bay ) and an under armour cap, all are genuine goods and you can even customize embroidery on them .

My mans favorite store in the Mall and also every other mans as well....always crowded for the space but the staff is always helpful and not pushy. Avoid weekends if possible!

Bought a hat a while ago, but the employee left the sensor on. Discovered this at home and brought the hat back to have them remove the sensor. I walked in directly to the counter and the employee was nice, but had to check with the manager. When the manager showed up (the one with long hair), he was completely unprofessional. No greeting, just walked past me staring at me until I told him the situation. He made a face like he was uncomfortable, and I mentioned that the purchase is on our Lids card in their system. Still said nothing, but looked at me super sketchy and removed the tag. I said thanks and nothing back. Come on now, if your staff is more professional than your manager something needs to change.

Not happy at all, not because the products, lids hats are the best, but the customer service was uncalled for. Came and bought 2 hats and needed them embroidered was ask to come back in a hour, gave them 2 hours and got there to know that they had mess them up and had to start from scratch again so i said ok and waited for a another 2 hours and they couldnt get it done right, the girl in charge kept. Letting the new guy mess up with no help all she could do was hide. After all the mess i didnt get my hat and was ask to come back next day with the offer of a free due over which i did and Now i had to pay full price again because they cant take care there customers with a free item for there inconvenience even tho they offered it to get me out the door . Sorry lids but this store never again. Hope this goes to headquarters service needs to get better.

I love hats I always wear a matching hat with my outfit so naturally I would love this store. Just wish they had more selection.

Save yourself the hassle and skip this location. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get embroidery on 6 hats and the end product was subpar and the 3D padding I paid for was not done well.

Not enough snapback or flex fit caps. Not enough caps for non Dallas teams.

Being a big sports fan. The buy 1, and 1 half off are great. My 2 fav. Mlb teams. Cincinnati reds, Texas rangers. I bought a Dallas cowboys cap also. As they had for the 2018 NFL draft. I was too late being 1 at at n t Stadium.
