Worst service Ive ever had... I called in with issues all dang day and was simply told what I already knew. A bobcat isnt that hard folks. It cost my business partner and I enough money to never return to this so called business.... never received a final ticket because the other place in Euless was closed...hmmm.. but they wanted to make sure everything was perfect before I left... Hayden, terrible!!!!

Warren at the Stihl counter Is great. Very knowledgeable and responsive. I bring all of my Stihl equipment To him for maintenance for years. Delighted with his service.

As an event planner and special programs coordinator, I can honestly say that Fox Rentals is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Their staff went above and beyond making sure I had the correct number of tables and arrangements to make my event flawless. One of their staff members went out of his way to bring me more tables on his way home from work because I had incorrectly measured the space! You do not find excellent customer service like this often! We at Sante Center for Healing, look forward to working with Fox again in the future!

This place use to be good but I’ve been having problems with them not sure if different mangers but I’ve had same problem as Charles (previous bad reviews) Called me a whole day and a half later to tell me we popped a tire and also charged me 2 days when we rented on Friday after 2pm and returned Monday at 8am.

Excellent customer service: friendly, fast and competent. I knew they were great for equipment rental, but I just purchased a leaf blower from them. They don’t sell the cheapened version you find at the two major retailers (1 orange, 1 blue). I spent about $50 more, but the difference in quality is remarkable. One pull on choke, one pull on run and it’s going - at which point it can literally idle until it runs out of fuel. No feathering to keep it running, no flooding, etc. I would assume their other lawn and garden products are of equal quality. Don’t by cheap stripped down junk from LowesDepot - get the real deal from Fox. You’ll save a lot of money and frustration in the long run.

Fast Rental Process. I rented a well maintained pressure washer.

These guys are awesome! They delivered and picked up the tables and chairs for our sons rehearsal party and also for the wedding. They were on time, delivered the right stuff and were extremely customer service oriented.
