Not only did she help me with shoes at practically closing time, she found the exact dress I was looking for online and ordered it for me(shipped to my home) with FREE shipping! Cherry on top, she helped me find the most perfect jewelry to complete my look. Im going to look stunning for 10 yr wedding vow renewal. What a great trip!!! Im driving away with the biggest smile. This was my first time here and all the staff was so nice. There is a wide selection of dresses and accessories. Very clean and organized. Angelica is the best, she went out of her way to help me find a similar dress and nailed it! Sadly i had to leave for an appointment but i cannot wait to go back and order my dress tomorrow 💕

Went to return a dress and was rudely asked questions by skinny Afro American worker,.. she was so mean and acted so rude around all the other customers… looks like she was not happy being at her job and wouldn’t be nice or let her other colleagues be nice. So disrespectful and rude!!! (My tag and receipt was intact, JUST FYI)

Friend and I were shopping for wedding guest outfits. My friend went into a dressing room and the manager comes up to the dressing room and yells “YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE” ….my friend was like “Okay, one moment I am undressed” and the manager says “GET OUT RIGHT NOW” Very aggressive and extremely unnecessarily RUDE and VERY demanding. We had no idea the dressing room was “closed” because it had no sign saying it was closed. The people in the store begin to say “wow she was very rude” everyone noticed the managers unprofessional attitude. I couldn’t believe she spoke the way she did. I will be calling to get her name - and who ever is above her - this store is definitely loosing business because of the way this woman treats customers. I will never return to this store and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone due to unfriendly staff.

Very rude and aggressive I was shopping with my daughter and the cutest young lady was trying on a dress and removed her mask the worker yelled at her I’m front of everyone and said if she doesn’t put her mask back on she going to ask her to leave to store!!!! I was disappointed and disgusted and told the employee it was a more professional way to handle it . I’m at the grapevine store it is 5:27 pm!!!!!!

She has patiently worked with me for the last few days to find me several dresses that I needed in specific sizes from various Windsor stores across the US. After locating them, she had them shipped to me at my closest Houston location. I cannot thank her enough for all her work on my behalf.

Went in prom dress shopping for my daughter. Sara the salesperson was extremely helpful and patient with us. I will definitely recommend coming back. The store girls be bigger. But staff was wonderful.

Took my daughter there to get a dress today....dads treat. I typically dislike these outtings, but today at this store, i experienced a very helpful staff and extremely nice dresses at a press a father loves. Nice Ty.

Its hard to shop there when everything is all crumbled up in one little small space. Employees was not too nice or helpful. And they only have small sizes.

A colored employee at Windsor seemed very discriminate towards my white friends at the grapevine location. As they were checking out on the day 9/27/19 around 8:30, the lady told my friend that her dress was final sale with an attitude, and my friend told her, Yes I know. and the employee then rolled her eyes at my friend. I dont understand how someone could be so rude. Youd expect for an employee to give good customer service, but she was just so vulgar. It was very disappointing. She was behaving so awfully towards my friends for no reason whatsoever, they were just trying to buy their homecoming dress. But the other employees were splendid, excluding the one with the awful customer service.
