The store has great products, I used to love shopping at this location it was always a fun experience... The previous staff was always helpful and with great attitude, however the new staff they have now to management they all lack customer service... They are always rude for no reason they make it hard to want to go back there and shop... I skip this store now every time Im at this mall... No need for the staff to be this rude, I really hope they do something about it...

So lately I’m sick of this place …literally every time I go in and try to buy products from this place but man I’m sick of the manager because felt like this guy won’t let me buy anything! Every time I go up to him to buy a product he ALWAYS says “oops the internet just went down, I take cash” and like there was plenty of costumers using debit or credit just fine until I go up there and suddenly the internet shuts down and I can’t use my card and I don’t carry cash on me like that so it was just a disappointment every time I go ! Never coming back to that place and going to another one location or online !

This is a great store for people looking to collect a bunch of pop culture and nerdy stuff but dont let them rope you into signing up for their membership, they claim its free but after a month theyll start charging you. The membership isnt even worth it, its not that big of a discount considering some of their stuff is so ridiculously expensive.

So. Everything was fine at first. But then we get to checkout. The cashier and possibly the manager, was extremely pushy with the Membership. I made it very clear I did not want a membership and I was ready to go. But he started rambling about Freedom of Speech.It was extremely unprofessional, I work retail, I know all about memberships and I totally understand pushing a product.But there is a limit and this guy has got to take a chill pill.All of this was after he left the store unattended for fifteen minutes and we all waited patiently in line for him.Shopping should never feel hostile. Especially at a store where you are literally buying collectables.

They always have amazing finds and a neat store. My family enjoys the manga and merchandise available for anime and pop culture fans. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

I love all the obscure things you dont find at every store and they had a lot of good sales going on. Gotta go back to their wall of socks, I love animated long socks!

Dont let them get you to sign up for there membership. You shouldnt have to call and cancel something you dont want because it helps there incentives.

Awesome concept, awesome products, but every time I’ve gone into the store the employees that work there are nothing but rude, uninviting, and unhelpful. I’ve gone in a total of exactly 5 times to get gifts for people or stuff for myself and each time has been an awful experience. Either they can’t take anything but cash because their systems are down, or the employees spend their entire time in the back area, making customers have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to check out because they’re laughing and joking around while the store is busy in the middle of the afternoon. I work in retail, I get that sometimes the customers can be awful or rude and you need to unwind, which is why I’ve waited to even say anything. If you want a bad customer experience, but at least get some cool products, this is the place for you.

My kids 16 and 13 walked in before 8:00 with my credit card to purchase clothes and instead of being asked if they could come back tomorrow they were trying to close the manager told them to “get out” how rude do you have to be? Unacceptable and we will not be buying anything there! Let’s hear it for horrible customer service.

Very load music.Waited about 10 mins to somebody finally come to hell me at the check out.Picked 2 T-shirts from the BOGO 50% and cashier told me none of them were in the BOGO (!) couldn’t even hear him because of the crazy load music and then after all the wait told me he can’t take credit cards, just cash :-/ Get it together guys.

Bought a $10 hat cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for reward program and get discount. He said it was free so I said yes. Just realized it’s not free and I’ve been charged for it every month since then. I never even shop here or activated the program- only to cancel membership today. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency, won’t be back.

They attempt to sign you up for a subscription service without giving you any information about it. Be careful!

This store was really neat. They were either just opening when I went or just getting in new product. They have one of a kind gifts and are themed to popular movies and TV shows. They are kids like box lunch or Spencers. They did have records which I thought was cool. If you have something specific you are shopping for like harry Potter, got, marvel. They have some cool stuff

My last experience at this store was sub par, but I gave it another chance because the selection they offer is amazing. Pricing is a little higher than some of the other stores I enjoy but it is worth it when find something you enjoy.

Randall the store manager has a ton of knowledge when it comes to pops, comics and so much more. He is a down to earth guy who makes time to see how he can help you the best. This store is my favorite fye store. They take care of their pops and its always clean and they have great sales. Also they do give a veterans discount just an fyi lol. From aka security guard

Nice store. Tends to be a little cluttered at times but has a variety of things from pop culture to Japanese candy and toys. Id consider it more of a bright cheery Japanese Hot Topic.

FYE has really cool stuff in it but beware of the membership card. Cashier who checked me out was intentionally dishonest about membership by saying it was free. The membership is free for the first month, then $11.99 per month. It was not until he already inputted my info and I questioned him future that he came clean about the fees after the first month. I probably wont shop there again.

If I could give no stars I would! I was lied to about my membership being free and then got charged!! Didn’t mention the “first month free” said the entire thing was free then charged me. Do not shop here ever. Waste of money and overpriced as hell anyways. Also customer service is obnoxious when you call and will refuse to cancel your membership till you yell at them.

This a a great place to purchase T-shirts, Pop! figures, records (LPs), movies (BluRays and DVDs), and CDs. They also have other nick nacks that you can peruse. But great place to geek out and they do have a wide range of T-shirts. They have a surprisingly good record collection (mostly recent releases). They also have the heavier 180 gram LPs too.The only drawback is they tend be be a bit pricey. But they do have some bargins on the inner racks. Definitely a good place to go to get your geeky/nerdy side fulfilled....🙂

The manager Red of this place was extremely rude and inconsiderate, and I normally don’t write reviews but that guy should absolutely not be in a management position. Also, his odor does not smell healthy and he should consider seeing a doctor.
