Nice store, clean, COVID compliant store. Helpful employees. No 5 stars because their services are EXTREMELY limited. If you have a Sprint dont bother going there, the store unfortunately is not equipped. If you need a Sprint upgrade, they cannot assist. If you need a T-Mobile sims card, they can assist. If you want a T-Mobile phone, they can assist.

Great reception. Hopefully you never have a problem with anything cause the workers are horrible.

Worst customer service I seen in years Travis the manager and top of the line according to him when I asked to see his manager he clearly said hes the manager get out of store no raised voice no cursing just asked to see manager cos he locked the safe and could not get the phone out I wanted and when I didnt want to buy the phone he was pushing on me his answer was kick a 3year tmoble customer out of the store like my business didnt t matter im sure tmoble will do nothing about it but it was a bad experience all around from badamager named Travis

This is why I switched from AT&T to T Mobile. Great customer service at this location. I did not have to wait. CHRISTIAN got right on my issue and got it resolved. Experiences like this reinforce why I am with T Mobile. Great effort! Full marks!

Have been a customer with ATT for many, many years and did not have any good experience throughout the upgrade process. Ended up coming to T Mobile, and am over the top satisfied with my service and overall experience. Christian along with Nico were very helpful!

I can’t believe how much better T-Mobile is than Verizon or Consumer Cellular. The service people in the store in Grass Valley are 100% better than any place else. The ad on TV and while on hold on the phone for an hour, says Consumer Cellular says it has the highest rating for customer service. I was with them for one month and I can tell you they have the worst service I have experienced with any business ever. T-Mobile is my go to place from now on!

Jarrett is very experienced in what he does he was able to help me with everything I needed and answer all my questions, as well as being an extremely kind and charismatic guy. Fun to be around and makes you feel genuinely at home in the store. I reccommend him to all different customers, and would definitely return myself. His taste in music is great as well! 10/10

Dana did a great job pursuing a solution to a complicated transfer of devices and numbers then getting my Apple Watch to come along for the ride. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’ve been with t-mobile for about 5 years. This is the best store I’ve used.

In general good experience except for last one. While adding 2nd line ($98 total for both) they applied unnecessary hotspots causing overcharging, 1st bill $150!After talking with guy there he said its because new ppl not knowing what they do, he apologized and said hell refund me $30 towards next months bill (made note on sticky note, dont trust when you see them doing it!) only later finding it wasnt true! That caused me another very long phone call with customer service and getting back only $15!!!!

I walked in to a pleasant atmosphere and an extremely friendly Samantha. She was able to answer all my questions and offer deals that I wasnt aware of that will help me greatly. Im switching from Verizon to T Mobile, getting extra services, and saving $40/per month.

Purchased two Samsung Galaxy S9 phones a few days ago. Upon preparing my phone with sim card, Marks sharp eye noticed scratches on the phone. They did not have another suitable phone in stock. Rather than have me keep a scratched phone, he, working with Kira, got me a replacement. Upon its speedy arrival, he swapped out the new for scratched one. Both Mark and Kira were very personable and professional...something you dont see too often these days. I commend them and you, TMobile, for hiring employees that go above and beyond to satisfy the customer! The phones are great too.

All the staff is great but we had some problems at first with our experience at this tmobile store. We were extremely disappointed and far from looking forward to solving it because its always a hassle and pain in the butt when dealing with phone companies and what not. HOWEVER when we spoke to the manager (krystal) we immediately knew that it wouldnt be difficult at all. We were pleased to find out that not only did krystal and Sam (another amazing employee) solve all of our problems quickly and politely but they made the in-store experience welcoming and very entertaining. Truly a great store with some great help!!!
