This was a great experience. They did a fantastic job. They actually went above and beyond to make sure I was happy after an unfortunate mishap that happened because my used granite was too thin. These guys will earn your business, and they will make sure you are happy.

Nino did such a great job! He made sure our new hardwood floors weren’t damaged and that the newly painted walls weren’t damaged during the installation process. They were very detailed in their work and very helpful. The granite counter top looks great and they were very reasonably priced. I already recommended him to others and I would recommend that you use him as well for your counter tops!Overall, a great experience!

I wish I could give UPG UPSolutions zero stars!!Jose L. Palma (Nino) owner/ operator is a thief and con artist. He quoted me a job 3x months ago for marble countertops to match my prexisting marble island. After paying him a $2k deposit for the stone he stopped answering the phone and txt messages. To date 7/26/2019 Ive not been refunded my deposit nor have I received the marble slab that was to be purchased. I will have to file police reports for fraud and theft and seek compensation through sueing his company and him personally for damagea. I was recommended him by a good friend who he did good work for, but with me this was not the case. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAMMER!! DO NOT GIVE HIM A DIME UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE IF YOU DONT HEED MY WARNING!
