The whole Jim looks team went beyond customer service to help my wife and I resolve our glass issue. This support started with us appearing at their glass shop, where it was clear they are going to help, to install at the RV park.If there were a 10 star rating ….they would have it.Thanks…….

I told Tom I wanted pricing on fixing my old storm window or buying a new one. He told me my window was 30 year old junk. I said are you telling me it cant be fixed and he said that wasnt what he said. They charged 73 dollars to fix my junk window. I will never go back.
