Sunday September 5th I went into Sallys to buy some trimmers and the employee was rude. When I buy clippers and trimmer I want to see the product. I also like to hold the product to see how heavy the product is since I use the product daily. If Im going to spend that much money I want to make sure the quality is good. Stop assuming the worst in people your job is to sale so do your job. The employee didnt like my appearance and assumed I couldnt pay for the trimmers and made comments behind my back.

Love Sallys but dont get to shop there often. Dont recommend this store due to the rudeness of the employees. If I have to drive an hour to shop at one, Ill go elsewhere from now on.

Super helpful but a tad over priced. Good when they have what you need. would say to go later in day.

Was never greeted while walking into store, girl behind counter was busy on her phone, got what I needed and never asked if I needed help, while checking out not even a word. Dissatisfied 🙁

The workers are pretty helpful! Always asking if we need help but the manager isnt very professional. Just today the store was open late because Andrea believed the roads are too bad to drive in and refused to show up for work. Yet she still had two other coworkers come in and work understaffed. I guess the roads arnt too dangerous for other coworkers?

Rude workers and managers make this a terrible place to shop. I’m a professional stylist who have come in and asked why there are not more products geared around multiethnic hair and still there are no changes in the products they carry. I’ve been followed in this store which is truly based on profiling but trust I’ve never stolen anything in my life. This place needs to either close down or corporate needs to monitor it a lot closer as if this happens to me again I will record the incident and make it go viral!

Take my daughter here to buy hair. Nice to have a town only 20min away instead of being further away.
