Store is fairly clean, but could use a little more staff to help it to be better. The staff was helpful for the most part. Will visit again.

Walmart is Walmart. Theres nothing special about it. I bought two bicycles and one had the finder attachment broken and the front forks were poorly put together caused them to strip the threads when I fixed it. The other had bolts not tight and the rim of the back tire is bent. Lesson learned.

This was the first Walmart that I actually had employees speak to me other than just a greeter. They were all super friendly and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. Its a shame they all cant be like that.

I was able to get right through and check right out this time. The last three or four times Ive been in there. There was one check out open. I couldnt go through self checkout. What I had was tax exempt. And there was eleven people waiting in line. And they never opened another lane.

This store is great. Neat, clean and friendly staff!

Its not very often that you can get someone to help carry your things out for you but one young fella in the garden dept. At the great bend ks. Walmart was very ready to help. Easton (I hope I got that right) was ready to help load my soilInto my car. Thank you Easton.

Decent selection. Wait for tires was so long! But they are training and I get it, hopefully it gets better once they are staffed. They were friendly though and apologetic about delay.

1 star because no stars is not an option. Bought same priced and size cake from Hays Wal-Mart (Frozen Elsa themed cake), except it actually had a full image. This is ridiculous (right hello kitty cake). What a disappointment Great Bend!

Found everything I was looking for and some extra stuff They had a excellent selection of Hot Wheels Which is what I was shopping for so needless to say I was very happy

This visit was for pharmacy only. The pharmacy appears poorly run. Doctors office called in a prescription and when we arrived at the pharmacy about an hour later, they hadnt even listened to the voice mail. There were at least 5 prescriptions that had been called in and apparently they were filled in the order received. We then had to wait, while other prescriptions, (many arrived AFTER we did, ) but received their prescriptions before we did. There was no place to sit and wait which only compounded the issue. My brother, (who the prescription is for), is very hard of hearing. He is 65 and I am 100% disabled at 60. They staff was not very patient with him and when I tried to help, I got looked at like they wanted to tell me to shut up and stay out of it. Finally, the prescription was for antibiotic eye drops and after he completed his purchase, (over an hour and a half after being called in), I wanted to pay for the over the counter eye drops the doctor recommended. The clerk just walked away. I had been holding these eye drops since the beginning of the entire encounter, yet the clerk just ignored me and started walking away. Only AFTER I called to her did she come back to let you pay for the eye drops and for what it is worth, she didnt appear to appreciate having to Ring up my purchase and I felt extremely disrespected. Also, while waiting for the prescription, the clerk started disinfecting the area. I only have one problem with this. She was using 2 or 3 disinfectant wipes and wiped down many areas of the pharmacy, then the check out area of the pharmacy then worked her way to the drop off window then came outside of the pharmacy and wiped the counter and electronic machines starting at check out and working her way to the drop off window. NEVER ONCE in all of the area that she was disinfecting, did she change the disinfectant wipes she was using. Basically all she was doing was spreading things around after the first area she wiped down.

Thank you walmart for letting truck drivers park and shop and have overnite parking for tired sleepy truck drivers so thank you.

It is comforting to realize that though shopping for what you need may be risky, for you to have your customers apprehensions immediately attended to, still, with a greeter masked & informing me of sanitizer and masks available to me, brings to me the affirmation of someone who has my best interest in mind.....thank you and God bless

They never have enough motorized charts and being disabled I am not able to shop without one.

Clean and no problem getting help to check out

Very clean, up to date and cheap stuff just like any other Walmart... Everything is in stock usually and the store is pretty big!

Get everything from prescriptions to clothes for everyone to groceries. Convenient hours, well stocked, quick checkout.

I always go to the store at opening. Everyone is very helpful. Loretta at check-out is top notch!

The last 3 times I have been to Walmart to do shopping I ended up leaving without buying anything due to them only having 1 register open in the entire store. Im not using a self check out; I am not an employee and using the self check outs doesnt give me a discount for doing the job of an employee they have CHOSEN not to employ.

Been coming here for years and the electronics people still dont know much on what their saleing you when you ask a question the cellphones are not the best in my opinion a little high dollar and Ive been told the cellphones are not brand new and buying food here I wouldnt recommend Ive gotten sick from some of it I wish they would of kept the old Walmart and thats my opinion

The walmart was stocked and had everything that we needed.

This walmart is lacking as far as their inventory goes. Shelves are almost never stocked and Ive seen it take them 3 months to restock some shelves! I would much rather drive to mcpherson or great bend walmart where the stores are not only stocked properly but theyre just nicer looking stores, more modern

Wow. What a disappointing experience. I had to make a return to customer service, and while waiting, the lady (Angela) proceeded to talk about her personal life with her friends, who were right before us in line. We waited and waited and they continued to just visit. I got frustrated as I had other shopping to do. Eventually my husband came and found me and said that a lady named Sarah came and assisted him since a line was clearly forming and Angela couldn’t be bothered to do her job. He said that Angela started to work only after Sarah showed up. Perhaps Angela would be better suited for a position as “door greeter” so that customers will be less likely to have to wait on her for anything. Most of us can get our own carts.

The Employees Was Very Helpful In Helping Me Find What I Was Looking For.

It was 11:00 a.m. and no one seemed to be working yet. Only the self checkouts were open. The deli only had two selections to choose from. So I had to settle for what they had, instead of what I really wanted. It was a horrible experience for me.

Very clean..like most Walmarts too many self checkouts this lost jobs.

At least they let Truckers refill they groceries. Great place btw

Never seem to have my size of jeans at any of the Walmarts. So either a reallllllllllly popular size or they just do put them out.

I do not expect someone at the front door to greet me into walmart. But I do expect a friendly staff in store, who can say hello and smile at, when someone ask for a help. That makes shopping makes pleasant and enjoyable. I do not know whether you consider this rating as helpful or valuable. But I write it to make your store better and better shopping experience for all customers.

Lets face it, Walmart is Walmart is Walmart🥴 Internally, there are 4 things that change: 1) the arrangement of the stuff, 2) the size of the store, which translates into MORE stuff!!, 3) they may have outside stuff, Auto care or their ever-changing outdoor stuff, and 4) the personnel. Their personnel can be pretty strange, however, I have found that if I speak nice to them, they will usually provide the help I need......except the Auto Care dept. I am pretty sure that one or both of us are not using the English language. Not real impressed with Auto Care at Stuff....er, uhm...Walmart. Why do I constantly have Madam Blueberry, Bob, & Larry singing about the Stuff-mart??

Everything I needed was stocked, I received help when unable to locate an item. Quick service and everything

Lots of solar but arrive late on those hot Kansas days. RV parking best on west side.Adequate stock of most items I like. Water refill in the usual location.Not a lot of manned checkouts.

They do pretty well here. Sometimes lines can get backed up but the self check outs helps when I need to hurry and cant wait in line

Get your orders done online! Pick a time & when Walmart sends you an email - go park in the pick up area, call them (# is on the sign in front of you) & theyll bring it out & put it in yer car! Yes!

They dont have enough cashiers, so youll have to wait in line. The self check out is available, but lets face reality that this is you working fora company thats not paying you, you get no discount, no training, no benefits & they want you to pay for it. Hire some cashiers!!

People that work there are really nice and helpful -90% of the customers that where there we okay but 10% of them where packed full of attitude not too nice

Pickup to go is super easy and fast. The staff are great to work with and make it a very uncomplicated trip

The selection is going down hill.

The dehumanizing treatment received because you cant get help. Because of having to stay 6 feet apart, people mumbling behind masks, comprehension is difficult.
