I would definitely recommend coming here.I have been there 15-20 times and had no problem at all! Every order was correct, and i also gave a $1.60 tip because they were being very kind. Awesome experience!

We probably wont return. The ice cream is great but the service has been awful the last few times. They all seem irritated to have customers. They get mad when they cant hear you over that garbage speaker. Its not my fault the thing is older than me.

Brazier only. Exactly as it should be. All the things that gave DQ their popularity and success. Away from the same old fast food joints that line the same lane of Great Bend this cool spot stands out.

Marti and Natalie are the best staff at Dairy Queen !!!!!Me and my husband took our girls out for an ice cream treat and those girls were super nice ! Got our stuff out fast and our mocha moo lattes were the best I’ve had from there in years !!!I had written a bad review of Dairy Queen a year ago . But I thought a new review was in order for this new staff :) !!!!Way to go Dairy Queen for making treat time the best time for my family with your golden girls Marti and Natalie !!!!

The employees are so friendly. And Michelle is the greatest employee I have ever been served by. She is efficient and always smiling. And the ice cream is the best on earth.

I like coming to this place every time I want ice cream, they have amazing service and amazing ice cream!

Always a friendly experience with staff. Even with Covid directly affecting their business, they always are pleased and ready to get you what you want. I recommend their Crunch Cone if you havent tried it before.

Staff here were VERY rude. Seemed like they did not want to be there, tried to hurry us to order. There was an error with our order and we were basically told oh well.

Good, fast ice cream with great customer service

I ordered a s’mores blizzard with Heath. They sure remembered the extra charge but forgot to add the heath. They blended it twice and handed me a liquid mess... worse experience ever. I love DQ but this place sucked!
