This is the only place I buy paint. The customer service is excellent. The employees are really knowledgeable and helpful. They work quickly and efficiently. And theres often a sale going on if you time your purchase right!

I went in to Sherwin-Williams with a picture from the internet and the name and brand of a paint color. They were able to find the exact color I was wanting for my dining room. They were friendly, polite and very helpful!

I went in to find a specific paint for my parents townhouse. They went back in the records, found it, but sold me the wrong paint in flat rather than in satin. It did not match my touch up project. I went back and had to purchase the paint in satin. At no time was there an apology or a percentage in the exchange. I had to pay for the mistake in full.
