I have gone to Procraft several times for body repairs. I always thought they couldnt get any better but somehow they do. This time, after picking up my car, it was all cleaned up, even the interior. That is very appreciated! Thank you Procraft. Great business!

They are cordial and efficient. I got an estimate which has been approved by my insurance company. I am awaiting the arrival of a tailgate. When it is received, I will be scheduled. Hopefully I will get my truck back in about a day.

What a great place to take your car if it is in need of repair. I was treated with great care and they were always in communication with me about my car. My car came out looking amazing. Chris at Procraft went above and beyond. I needed and new bumper cover, a few supporting parts and some air bag diagnostics. Chris got the paint code when I came in for the appraisal and had the bumper cover painted prior to my repair appointment. They got the truck in and out a lot quicker than I expected. Amazing customer service. I recommend them to anybody needing auto body work, etc.

Took a few weeks longer than expected but I understand that was due to the parts they ordered coming in damaged. So when I ran beyond the rental agreement with my insurance, they willing picked up the rental bill until my vehicle was fixed.They also kept me informed along the way so I knew what was happening. And with no local Geico rep, they worked flawlessly with Geico to get things done, taking care of all the details.I will definitely be recommending Procraft to my business, and others. Quality, Customer Service, Integrity and Honesty! These are the 4 words that come to mind when I think of what Procraft Carstar has been over the years but, In the past couple of years there has been a few additions. I have used Procraft before but there was was a difference this time. I hadnt been in there but a couple of times this past year until the last week. Our 2012 Nissan truck need much help. It had it coming from all sides dents, chips, light replacement. There body technicians and paint pros did a wonderful job, you are unable to see where the issues were. Our truck was cleaner and on time, but it is more than that that makes me want to review them. They have the whole package now...... When you walk into Procraft you will see the interior has taken on a new and more stylist look. They have a popcorn machine, TV and some drinks (pg) available, while you wait. They are centrally located so you can walk around downtown if you wanted. There is a unity among the office folks and I wont say staff because they seem to enjoy working together to much for it to be a job, this can only make for a better experience for you the customer! You get this sense of knowing that your baby is in the right hands from everyone you come in contact with. Chris is your first smiling face, she gets you to the right person. Then maybe you will visit with Morgan one of the Estimator or maybe Jason the Parts Coordinator. Their body technicians and paint pros did an awesome job on our truck! You are unable to see where the issues were. Steve Howard and his team have really worked hard to make Procraft a Professional yet comfortable place to entrust one of your most expensive possessions to. But, dont take my word for it, go in meet the gang yourself. They have a lot to offer. They dont just do repairs, ask about the additional things they can do to make your baby yours, different from all others! It doesnt matter which Procraft STAR you work with, I know you will get the best! Thats MY opinion!

Terrible place! I checked there how much will it cost for a small damage on the side, they asked for 900$ I thought it’s too much and went to a different place, the other place asked me 240$ so I fixed it there! Be aware of MATT. Very greedy.

Last week, (through no fault of my own), the Girl Truck was in the shop. I took her to ProCraft and had let Steve know I was coming. Upon my arrival, the receptionist knew who I was and had all my paperwork ready. She sent an assessor right out while I waited and they offered me coffee, pop, water, or anything out of the fridge. The assessor was friendly, professional, and explained the whole process to me. While the Girl Truck was there, I received updates and calls. When I picked it up late Friday afternoon, when EVERYONE is ready to be done working, the employee took me out, was SUPER friendly and happy while explaining what they fixed and asked me to look it over. The detailers shined everything up, especially the tires and the Girl Truck shined like the top of the Chrysler building. ProCraft has earned a lifetime customer. I am so impressed with their workmanship, customer service, and employees. Spread the word. No one wants to be in a wreck, but if you are, take your vehicle to ProCraft. They will always get my business from now on.

Because I drive an Audi, Im used to service shops assuming Im made of money and trying to rip me off, and those who know me know how skeptical I am of shops and their so called estimates, but I was a mechanic for 11 years and Im a reasonable wrench. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just moved to Great Falls, so I dont have a garage yet. Due to urgency I took my car to these guys and got an estimate for two new tie rod assemblies. To my surprise they gave me a reasonable estimate and when they finished faster than expected, THEY KEPT WORKING AND FINISHED OTHER WORK THAT MY CAR NEEDED FOR NO EXTRA COST! all in the same amount of time estimated. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ive never taken the time to write one of these, but if they can go that far to treat me well, I can take the time to write an exceptional review. This is the only shop I have ever recommended. Thanks

Had my car partly painted. Had an issue but they took care of it.

Dont trust! Horrible practices! Had car inspected their $1420.00 quote and car still wouldnt of started with out a new starter!

I took my car in for a block heater with a repair time estimate of between 1-2 hours, it took 9 1/2 HOURS!, however the manager did seem genuinely sorry, and stated that they had the wrong instructions to place in a block heater, however I find it hard to believe something as so routine as a block heater installation problem would not have been noticed buy some one in the industry especially as my car is a very common model and my car is over 6 years old.
